Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. There were drunk people at the bar being extremely loud and disruptive, making it difficult to relax and enjoy the stay. To make matters worse, the fire alarm went off around 6:00 AM. Being woken up that early by a fire alarm after dealing with excessive noise from the bar made the entire experience frustrating and exhausting. I expected a hotel to provide a comfortable and peaceful environment for its guests, but that was definitely not my experience here. I would not stay here again.

The A/C whistles while running which is annoying at night trying to sleep. We found a dead cockroach in the room and during our 6:25am fire alarm evacuation we found a couple in the stairwell too. Also, when running water in the bathroom sink, it would leak all over the counter. Beds were comfortable. Good shower.

There was loud yelling, laughing, and excessive noise near my room until around 2:00 a.m. I called the front desk multiple times and was told someone would address it, but the noise continued. As a result, I only got about four hours of sleep before an all-day professional training class. The next morning, management apologized and offered Bonvoy points, a quieter room, and complimentary breakfast, but the system was down and I was told notes would be added to my reservation. When I returned later that day, there were no notes, the hotel was sold out, and the only accommodation provided was complimentary breakfast. I understand hotels can’t control every guest’s behavior, but they can control how noise complaints are handled and how well they communicate between shifts. I hope they improve their response to overnight disturbances so future guests don’t have the same experience.
