Amazing pool and pool area. Breakfast was great with a varied selection of hot and cold food. Coffee available all day was a real bonus. I never had to use the coffee pot in my room.

Property was totaled debris everywhere on pathways. Pool needed a cleaning. Hallway and room smelled of wet mildew. Tub did not work easy. Door to room was stuck when opening. Would never return or go back. Very unsatisfied.

Inconvenient that the side doors absolutely will not open even if you have a key. Breakfast was cold with no way to even heat it up because there is no microwave anywhere in the facility.

Staff was very friendly and the room average. Breakfast was very good. What I didn't like was that the pool was not heated and also the lights around the pool were not lite except for one. Very hazardous in my opinion.

The staff was very friendly but the room was dirty. We found two dead roaches in the bathroom. At 8am I had to call Maintenance because our bathroom door wouldn’t open. They came quickly but even he couldn’t explain what happened. I wouldn’t stay here again.

As soon as we got there I had to use the bathroom, we had been traveling for 9 hours. I used the bathroom bathroom downstairs as soon as we checked in. I walked in and there was a big roach on the wall. I typically don’t panic over a single roach and given it was downstairs I just hoped that was the only one. As soon as we get to the room I see several more. It was absolutely disgusting. The second day there we came back to our room and the towels had not been changed out, when I called down to the desk they said it would be the next day before they will change them. Worst hotel experience ever and I will NEVER be back. I left a google review and the owner replied and just said “thank you for your review” DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! It’s not worth the time and effort of having to throw things away and carefully unpack when you get home to make sure you don’t bring roaches home.

This was my second stay at this hotel. I came for my Birthday on this visit. My first was not great but ok enough to give it another try BIG MISTAKE. first room smelled like mildew and the carpet was wet smell so strong that we had to move to another room which had the same issue but mold in the bathroom even on the wall. The curtain rod rusted so could not hang the towel there. Had to kill several Roaches and hoped none would come home with us. The mildew smell was in our clothes and had to be washed. I know they had a bad Storm there recently and I believe the first floor may have had some flooding and they didn't notify us. Because it made no sense for both rooms to smell like mildew with wet carpets. A lot of the plug outlets were no good and what we plugged in would fall right out. Funny thing is the room we moved to was the one I stayed in on my first visit was upset that the condition was so horrible. The good things are Sheets and towels we cleaned and in good condition and the breakfast was nice. The staff were friendly. But will have to stay somewhere else next time. Very very unsatisfied 😡😔😔

Older hotel, facilities, and dated carpeting; however, rooms were clean. Check-in was smooth…staff very accommodating. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but it looked fine. Hotel is conveniently located near the freeway, with numerous shopping and dining options in close proximity. It served our purpose.

Pros: Location right off 95 Room/beds/air conditioning were comfortable. Nice small balcony. 2 extra pillows were promptly supplied Huge swimming pool Cons: Shower faucet worked but was housing was hanging loose and in need of repair. Breakfast was just ok... scrambled eggs sausage but bacon was swimming in grease..untouchable.

The good & the bad - good full breakfast included - they do a good job on that. Nice looking big swimming pool but it was so cold that it was not usable. (Hotel was selected because it had a full breakfast & a pool, got one but not the other). It's a little dated but otherwise a pretty decent place. Extremely comfortable beds!

They have improved their room service. I noticed that my room was cleaned every day and the towels changed. Major problem is that the hotel did not have a functional internet. I stayed there on a business trip, and to not have internet for a week is disappointing.

The doors were broken and when you went out you couldn’t get back in, so you had to walk back around to the front of the building. The halls smelled a little mildewy but my room was okay. The outer rooms located by interstate were noisy so I moved rooms. The place is older but overall a good place to stay and I felt safe.

Great location! Within walking distance of Daytona International Speedway. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed and good size room. The carpeting in the halls and room appears to have never been cleaned. The shower handle was cracked and in need of repair. The crack in the bathtub was repaired while I was there. A three star hotel at a 5 star location.

The issue I had was ... I went to the front desk to make a complaint bout my shower cause it wasn't working.. I told the front desk lady and she didn't have any type of urgency to help me with this issue... i explained what the shower was doi and she gave me minimal directions on how to get it to work.. Then told me there was nothing she could cause no one was there to check it out so I replied and said I have to be somewhere at 8 and I need to shower .. She said she don't kno what to tell me and continue to text on her phone.. I politely said ok and walk away... Another person who was waiting in the lobby and said he had the same issue and came to my room and got it to work... I immediately checked out afterwards.. Customer needs to be better and professional.. There are good people in this world and I am one of them.. I'm tired of spending my hard earn money at places and the workers treat customers like crap... This needs to stop...

Every team member was so kind and helpful, front desk, manager, hostesses, grounds keeper, housekeeping and maintenance. It is the team working there that made my stay a 5 star stay.

At check in the clerk acted like was bothering her. Once I was in room found out TV didn’t work. Called desk and got will let maintenance know. 7 am next said something to different front desk clerk. Still nothing. Noon said something to third front desk clerk. Never was fixed.I checked out two days early and wasn’t asked why. Just can’t print receipt out til next day. Older lady must be training new employees and isn’t very customer service friendly. The new clerks don’t seem very happy when she around either. Trash in stairwells.

The breakfast was canceled due to the cook being sick. Cold cereal or muffins weren’t provided. There were dirty sheets and towels littering the hallway like maids just quit in the middle of the day. The hallway and steps weren’t vacuumed. Bacon was dropped on the stairs and never cleaned up. The shower had very little water coming out of the faucet. The first night our room smelled like cigarette smoke.

Amazing pool and pool area. Breakfast was great with a varied selection of hot and cold food. Coffee available all day was a real bonus. I never had to use the coffee pot in my room.

Shower head attachment wouldn’t hold the shower head. Shower walls were filthy toward the bottom of the shower. Carpet in the hallways had a musty sour smell. We stayed there three nights. Tried to eat breakfast at 8:30. (Breakfast served until 10) After we came down there were @30-40 people that arrived after us. Most of the hot foods were gone. Never got bacon brought out. I even knocked on the kitchen door asking to bring bacon and they said they were done cooking. The juice seemed watered down. VERY disappointing. Front desk personnel were extremely friendly.

Although not new, the hotel was very clean and well kept. Good breakfast. There were a couple of small issues with the room and we were offered to change rooms. Would stay there again in the future.

The hotel was as expected for a budget hotel. The room was clean and the beds were excellent. The hot breakfast was generous and had lots of variety.

Not very clean.. my kid found roaches in the rooms, bathroom and on the ceiling. Drainage issues with the toilet and bathtub. They sent up someone to snake the toilet and the guy asked if I knew how to use the snake as if I was to do it.. then when I said I did not (cuz I wasn’t planning to fix the toilet for the hotel), he kept on shaking his head as if it was my job to do. Only help was that they did help switch out the rooms

Upon arrival the Lobby smelled of Marijuana and there was no one at the desk to check us in. Once a person arrived we were given a room that the door had to be hit to open. We also askedfor a cart and he said thatrhey must be in rooms and to find them he would haveto call over 150 rooms. We then asked for moretpwels and said we couldnt have anytill the next day. Really we had been traveling for 2 days from Arizona! In the room the sliding glass door led to a outside porch that overlooked the road. We went back to get another room and was given onion the second floor motel hallway smelledstale and must. When we arrived to the room it stuck so bad and the toilet was rocking when you sat on it. I immediately called customer service to request a refund and the Customer Service rep was unable to get anyone to answer the phone. I had tried all day to call with no one anwering the phone. End result i recieve a full refund so DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL WHILE IN DAYTONA!!!!
