The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. The property seemed understaffed. No one at the front desk when we arrived to check in. No one at the hostess station for our dinner reservation. Self-parking was across the street and did not work — had to return three times before I could park. View was nice. Food was good.

The room was clean. The outdoor pool was too cold to use. It would be great to heat the pool when the weather is a little cool. We couldn't go in the poor at all :( The food at the restaurant was excellent.

Place was nice and, I would stay again. Bathroom could have been a litter cleaner but, it was a nice spacious bathroom. Had a problem with the room at check in so ,to get what I believe I paid for, it cost an extra $25 a night. Even though I had called ahead and was told it was no problem and be written in my reservation to be no higher than the 4th floor due to issue with heights. Plus the resort fees etc., it was a little pricy.

Our stay was perfect. Our first contact was Leo, the parking attendant, who was beyond helpful and made us feel at home immediately. Everyone was so pleasant and attentive. The pool and beach are immaculate and gorgeous. We took food out to the patio; it was delicious. Our only issue was that housekeeping did not attend to our room the first two days. We discarded trash ourselves and opted to ask for no housekeeping on our third day for the $15 credit. We will definitely be returning. We had a great time.
