Our family of four waited nearly one hour in the hotel lobby to complete check-in. The hotel system did not have my name listed for Room 3024. Although the hotel staff tried to assist by contacting the room operator, and I also sent emails and left phone messages, It later became clear that our information had not been properly submitted to the hotel, which caused significant stress and prevented us from checking in smoothly and with peace of mind. This situation negatively affected our schedule and overall mood that day. In addition, during the week prior to check-in, I received nearly ten reminder emails from the host, which felt excessive for a holiday stay meant to be relaxing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this accommodation to others.
