Everything was perfect! Great staff, upgraded room, and gorgeous views! Also very close to great restaurants! The beach was beautiful and the hotel provided chair and umbrella setup special for every guest.

Pool is over packed meaning it’s too small for the hotel or the restaurant allows people from the outside! Room 224 was too hot at night! Not enough towels in the rooms with a double queen room! Bar outside by the pool never opened on Saturday and Sunday only on Friday!! It was ok but not to be called a beach resort

We stayed a week! The room was very nice and the Ocean view was spectacular! Jenn at the pool side bar made our week! She was so welcoming and on her A-game! Pool was ok. Beach was great but the chairs get placed too close to each other. We like to bring our own music and cooler which was not allowed. Food at the on site restaurant was really good and we never really had to wait. Location is great for walking to local restaurants and shops. I do wish there was a dedicated smoking area…a place that is covered and welcoming. I know smoking is taboo these days but people who smoke pay the same amount as non-smokers. All in all a good experience and thankful we had decent weather until the end of the week.

booked this property mainly for the location, and it didn’t disappoint—tons of restaurants nearby and the beach just steps away. We had an ocean-view room that was lovely. The hotel isn’t super fancy, but it’s very nice and well-kept. The downstairs bathrooms were surprisingly clean and updated, which I appreciated. On-site, there’s a restaurant, a coffee shop, and even a gelato shop. Beach chairs and an umbrella were included, which made it easy to relax. The pool needs a makeover but overall, it was such a great stay. We have two little ones under two, and even with that, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights. Although the beachfront access is nice, the cleaning staff never cleaned the rooms before 5pm or unless we went to the front desk and complained. The staff left a lot to be desired. The hotel is a bit dated and could use a fresh coat of paint and some new rugs and better light inisde and out. The outside of the hotel is pretty much complete darkness at night. Not safe to walk aound after dark

I appreciated being able to walk across the street to the beach but I don’t think the hotel was worth the cost for the convenience. Also, I was not aware of the $23 per day parking fee. On the sign as you scan your parking pass, it states $5 per day.

LIKES: An older building, nicely remodeled recently. Good food in the restaurant & nice bar with friendly bartenders. The gelateria in the lobby was a nice touch pastries, muffins, croissants, gelatos, & all kinds of coffees . The location was gorgeous, looking out from our window down onto the pounding surf. Lots of great dining options within a 1 block area: JB\'s with excellent dining, Kahuna for casual lunch, and even a tiny, excellent Peruvian restaurant across the street serving high quality food, & lastly "breakfast all day" Deerfield Beach Cafe,100 feet from the Hotel with really good breakfasts. The housekeeping staff was very friendly & accommodating to anything we requested. Our room had a large TV, tons of drawers, safe, coffeemaker & minifridge. We enjoyed our 5 day stay and would return. DISLIKES: The front desk staff needs work. In entering our room, we found the cold water faucet was broken, no water came out. Went to the front desk since no answer from our room. We explained broken faucet, they called "maintenance" & told us it would be repaired quickly. Went to lunch & when we came back, asked front desk about faucet status. They were clueless & told us it had not been ordered due to communication error. We demanded a different room & it took 3 people 15 minutes to find us one. No offer was made to help us move luggage, did it ourselves. Parking lot needs lighting badly. Borderline dangerous at night. Some front desk staff members need "courtesy training".

Excellent location directly across the beach and pier in the center of Deerfield Beach. The hotel is within walking distance to many local restaurants and gift shops. I really appreciated the complimentary beach loungers and umbrellas for guests. I was able to wake up and walk downstairs to watch the sunrise with a warm cup of coffee from the lobby cafe. Valet parking pretty much a necessity since beach parking is costly and extremely challenging to find. Would love to stay here again when pricing is better outside of spring and summer break windows.

More modern style hotel right on the beach with multiple restaurants conveniently located at the hotel and nearby. Area around the hotel is well maintained, but there is a street between the hotel and beach - seems different in the advertising photos. Parking lot is about a block away. Staff is ok, but not overly friendly. Room accommodations were very good, and the bathroom was very sizeable. However, the shower floor/pan and tile was disintegrating and in need of repair/updating and the sink was cracked. Generally the cleanliness of the room was ok but the bathroom and floors throughout were not what you would call "spotless". We were expecting better for the price paid and star rating of the hotel. Breakfast is NOT included which is another slight negative.

The dust on the molding and the bathroom door slots was an inch thick. The bathroom door did not shut all the way it was a slider. The hotel spot was wonderful. The doors need to be painted and the dust needs to be removed.

Upon check in the room was dirty gum on the floor, stains on sheets shower head like it was falling apart. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times before but this was my first horrible experience with them and definitely my last.

Wyndham Deerfield Beach Hotel completely exceeded my expectations — hands down the best hotel location I’ve ever stayed at. It’s literally right on the beach, offering breathtaking views and unbeatable convenience. You walk out of the hotel and you’re steps away from the sand, the pier, and the vibrant energy of the boardwalk. The hotel itself was spotless — you can tell cleanliness is a top priority here, which made the stay all the more relaxing. Every area, from the lobby to the rooms, felt fresh and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the food. The bar/restaurant serves delicious meals with a great atmosphere, perfect for a casual dinner or sunset drink. I also loved the breakfast coffee spot and the gelato place right downstairs — the coffee was fantastic and the gelato was a treat any time of day. Positives first. The location was excellent. Right on the beach. Had ocean front room with beautiful view. Pool was very nice too. Now for the cons. Ghost ants all over the dresser in room. Balcony tiny. Can only stand Bathroom door had no lock and was a very heavy wooden sliding door. Room definitely needed updating. The lady serving the coffee and gelato in the lobby was quite rude and seemed to always run out of coffee. This is my first negative review. I myself rely on reviews and feel the customer should know even though I hate doing this!

Hotel is immaculate. We had a Beach View King Room and the view did not disappoint. Hotel restaurant prices are reasonable and the food was good. We enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to visiting again.

Bathrooms and bedrooms could use updating (we stayed 4/9-4/12 and 4/19-4/21 in different rooms). Beds were very comfortable. Views of the Atlantic are outstanding and the primary reason for us coming to this property many times over the years.

Location, location, location! Perfect spot for your stay. Across from the beach and in walkable distance to shops and restaurants. Room was a little small, but didn’t spend much time in it. Property was very clean. Checked in online ahead of time, but that didn’t really save time. Still required ID and CC at check in bc they could not see uploaded items in their end. Maybe a system glitch? Other than that everything was smooth and enjoyable. Did not have a car on premises with us, but didn’t need it.
Location, location, location! Perfect spot for your stay. Across from the beach and in walkable distance to shops and restaurants. Room was a little small, but didn’t spend much time in it. Property was very clean. Checked in online ahead of time, but that didn’t really save time. Still required ID and CC at check in bc they could not see uploaded items in their end. Maybe a system glitch? Other than that everything was smooth and enjoyable. Did not have a car on premises with us, but didn’t need it.

Excellent stay but it was very very expensive. Ocean view was fantastic. Balcony is useless, you can barely stand on it, can not even put a chair. Front desk service was great. For the price they charged they could have at least included free breakfast and parking. Onsite restaurants are good but very expensive. Lot of dining options near by though.

Has to wait for a room over an hour from check it time, with 6 children. Booked 2 rooms and neither were ready. They don’t offer us anything. The bottle of condition in shower was empty. For what I paid I expected better.

The hotel didn’t have the exact room we booked available but made it up to us after the first night by moving us to a corner room with an awesome view. All thanks to Lilly, the manager, who was absolutely delightful and did everything she could to make up for the problem and went above and beyond. A true professional and a lovely person. We will be back.

Excellent stay! So easy to go from your room to the beach where you get towels and chairs included and the pool near the lobby. Front desk was very attentive and eager to make my stay a good experience. Will definitely come back hopefully for a longer stay!

The property was ok but room service sucked. Options were limited and I had to call several times to get anyone on the phone. Housekeeping ignored my DND sign and kept knocking waking me up. They seem understaffed and lacking in amenities. The nicest thing is the view of the beach.

Reception staff did not promise me to get into my room at 4 PM. Claiming that they are waiting on housekeeping to clean the room,I checked in around 2 PM. The reception person stated that they cannot call housekeeping until 4 PM I brought my 84 year old mother for Mother’s Day treat I asked for the manager around 3:15 to 3: 30 p.m. I expected warm and kind treatment, after a long travel, instead she had me waiting and standing on the counter for 35 minutes even though I told her I’m not feeling well To call Expedia and verify if I’m the person who booked the hotel The room that I checked in was clean I booked a room with city view. The city view was not good at all. However, the beach view from the lobby is beautiful I did not use the pool

The property is in an amazing location. Located directly across from the ocean, steps away from restaurants and shopping. Short ride from neighboring town to switch up restaurants. The on-site restaurant/bar was delicious. Has a gym with everything you need to get a good workout in. The rooms are very clean. The whole building is very nice but in need of small repairs. We would definitely book here again.

Great location for beach access. Great food options and more are supposedly coming. A lot of local traffic as the hotel is a banquet venue. There’s quite a bit of construction going on in and around the area so can’t wait to see how it looks in a year.

Overall, we had a great experience. The staff was pleasant, and everything was taken care of. Noteworthy is the location and the vibe. It’s a very busy area. The upside is it’s walkable to restaurants and shops, you don’t have to drive anywhere. The downside is it’s crowded and not super peaceful. The beach had a ton of seaweed but that can’t be helped. The embassy suites down the beach is much quieter with a relaxing feel but not near much else. For what it is, it’s a great spot. If you are looking for convenient and high energy, this is your place.

We stayed a week! The room was very nice and the Ocean view was spectacular! Jenn at the pool side bar made our week! She was so welcoming and on her A-game! Pool was ok. Beach was great but the chairs get placed too close to each other. We like to bring our own music and cooler which was not allowed. Food at the on site restaurant was really good and we never really had to wait. Location is great for walking to local restaurants and shops. I do wish there was a dedicated smoking area…a place that is covered and welcoming. I know smoking is taboo these days but people who smoke pay the same amount as non-smokers. All in all a good experience and thankful we had decent weather until the end of the week.

The Wyndam was very clean and comfortable. It is an older hotel, but it has been kept up nicely. It is right on the beach and in walking distance to great restaurants. My only con was there is not an included brrakfast. The option they have is the patio bar and grill. It has a great view, but the food and prices are less than desirable

LIKES: An older building, nicely remodeled recently. Good food in the restaurant & nice bar with friendly bartenders. The gelateria in the lobby was a nice touch pastries, muffins, croissants, gelatos, & all kinds of coffees . The location was gorgeous, looking out from our window down onto the pounding surf. Lots of great dining options within a 1 block area: JB\'s with excellent dining, Kahuna for casual lunch, and even a tiny, excellent Peruvian restaurant across the street serving high quality food, & lastly "breakfast all day" Deerfield Beach Cafe,100 feet from the Hotel with really good breakfasts. The housekeeping staff was very friendly & accommodating to anything we requested. Our room had a large TV, tons of drawers, safe, coffeemaker & minifridge. We enjoyed our 5 day stay and would return. DISLIKES: The front desk staff needs work. In entering our room, we found the cold water faucet was broken, no water came out. Went to the front desk since no answer from our room. We explained broken faucet, they called "maintenance" & told us it would be repaired quickly. Went to lunch & when we came back, asked front desk about faucet status. They were clueless & told us it had not been ordered due to communication error. We demanded a different room & it took 3 people 15 minutes to find us one. No offer was made to help us move luggage, did it ourselves. Parking lot needs lighting badly. Borderline dangerous at night. Some front desk staff members need "courtesy training".

Hotel is immaculate. We had a Beach View King Room and the view did not disappoint. Hotel restaurant prices are reasonable and the food was good. We enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to visiting again.

The day we arrived the sheets were dirty. Hair on both beds, blood spots on one set of the sheets. Staff ended up changing them and told us they would adjust my bill. Never did. The next day we left for 6hrs, when we returned our room door was open. When we reported it the staff said they would review the tapes to see if anyone went into our room. But we were checking out the next day and they never contacted us. I will never be staying there again.
