It's a very quiet place all the people that come are friendly, the staff is super friendly and very helpful I enjoy my stay like always every time at the Deerfield location the rooms are clean up today they have a washer and dryer on site which is convenient

The room was dingy. They was doing a lot of stuff in the hallways. Couldn’t really move. The elevator broke on me. I had to wait five minutes for it to get fixed. Just basically don’t recommend.

Good for a couple night's stay, but needs a deep clean and QA of room conditions. Bed frames were wobbly, had loose supports, screws falling off, and missing screws, lamp usb chargers didn't work, etc. Keep your socks on, floors haven't been mopped in ages. No ice machines.

Excellent location, close to 95 exit/re-entry. Customer service AAA. room and bathroom were clean but the floor was super dirty, walk without shoes for a moment and got bottom of the socks dark and floor was sticky. Air conditioner very loud but does the job. No ice machine available

Parking in the front of the property was very limited and the sides and back felt unsafe. Rooms are left open until someone checks in and not cleaned well. The staff was friendly, but I wouldn’t stay again.

Convenient to Cracker Barrel. Well lit parking lot. On screen Tv guide did not show programming. Live roach running around in the bathroom. Tub permanently stained. Tub faucet stripped making it difficult to adjust water temperature in unit 229!

Traveling with) young children, Checked in at 2:00 AM for a quick stay. The bathtub was disgusting—looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Too late to complain, and with exhausted young kids, we had no choice but to deal with it. After only 6 hours of sleep, Woke up to find my daughter covered in bites—BED BUGS. Absolutely unacceptable. Stay far away from this place!!!

My stay at this extended stay was not the best experience. The receptionist was rude and when I was given my first room. The door was open and the bathtub was not clean there was still hair in it. I found tobacco in my sheets when I spread them open. I was given a second room and it was cleaner. I did see a roach in the bathroom as well I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

The room we stayed in was very convenient on the first floor and was clean and spacious. We were evacuating from Hurricane Milton, so we had our cat. He did fine with the room. There was a fridge and a stove but no silverware or pots and pans…so be creative and go to cracker barrel and get some plastic utensils and plates. The staff was friendly and let me know the rules of how to get fresh linens. However, we NEVER got breakfast. And I asked when we checked in if there would be enough breakfast for us… they assured me they would. If you say breakfast is from 6-9, The people at 8:30am should still be able to get breakfast. But that just wasn’t the case. So if you’re staying here, don’t expect breakfast, expect coffee….unless you are up at six. And even when I was up earlier there was no breakfast that day. They also wouldn’t waive the pet fee even though the state of Florida said hotels should. There are roosters, but they are late risers and don’t wake you up until 8:30 or 9. Overall, I’d stay here again based on location(close to beaches, publix, cracker barrel)and price. But just be aware of the details and oddities so you aren’t disappointed. Also there is no coffee maker in the room. And you have a 100.00 refundable deposit. Hoping corporate sends me a pet fee refund soon….

Booked through Hotels.com which stated free breakfast but they call that a grab-and-go, it was an efficiency with kitchen yet no plates, bowls. cups, coffee pot, utensils, serving/cooking elements, paper towels or dish soap. Further, sink taps run very slow and the bathroom spigot is inconveniently positioned to make it very difficult to catch water in your hands. The closing disappointment was hopping into the shower, turning on the water yet there was so little water flow and the diverted seemed defective, it was impossible to shower. With the water running, it also became very apparent how poorly they clean the floors, my barely feet left black on the tub noting I had shower at the beginning of the day and wore shoes until I checked in. How other reviewers sign the praises of this place escapes me unless they equate it to primitive camping and yeah, it may be a notch better than that. Photos and videos available but Hotels.com app isnt working correctly.

The smell of weed when you walk off then elevator to get to the rooms takes your breathe away. We were excited about one night away from the kids and being able to sleep in. But the bed was horrible and the noise from the hallway there was no sleeping in or hardly any sleeping at all.

Did the job but barely. ‘Breakfast included’ is a meager supply of single-packaged muffins and packets of oatmeal. Coffee was passable. The AC made a loud whining noise after 5 minutes of being on, I had to turn it off to be able to fall asleep. Like I said, it did the job…barely. Wouldn’t recommend

I just want to say Kim the front desk lady went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. She was extremely kind, empathetic and helpful when I had some issues with my car and hotel room. I really appreciate that level of kindness she showed me when I was down and out. The world needs more people like her. Give her a raise!!!!!

I've stayed a lot of places. And this is by far the most friendliest staff I've ever met each, and every one of them had their own personality and brought their A. Game and to the table I was pleasantly happy. I stayed about 2 weeks. I would definitely recommend it to anybody. I would love to stay again sincerely, Mandy, Johnston. Thanks team

The Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Fort Lauderdale - Deerfield Beach is conveniently located right off the Interstate and an exit. The staff was rude and not helpful. There was no one at the front desk when I arrived and checked out. I had to yell out to get someone. Upon checkout, another occupant was trying to ask the staff a question, in Spanish. The staff did not speak Spanish and did not seem interested in helping the occupant. The room was comfortable. The shower hot water took a few minutes to get hot.

I booked five nights initially, enjoyed it enough to book for 2 more even though the hotel definitely has some issues. I rebooked and paid at the front desk before the initial check out date, and didn't think anything of it. Then I was awoken at 11:00 at night by strangers entering my room with a key. I told them to leave and then the phone in the room began ringing further disturbing me. I went to the desk to make this issue known and the woman, and she began giving me an attitude and raising her voice at me as though I was the one who did something wrong or had no reason to be upset or even slightly disturbed. The gentleman at the desk who extended my stay did not do so properly in the system and they believed the room to be vacant. This is not my problem, it is theirs, and I did not deserve to be spoken to like that. This literally just happened to me and I will be following up, simply due to the hostile, unfriendly and lack of sympathy reaction of the hotel staff.

We had a reservation for two rooms and the person on reception said that we hadnt and that only two people could check in and we would have to contact expedia or go somewhere else. Our employees had to contact a senior manager for him to speak to reception and the person still refused. It took over half an hour before the receptionist agreed that the reservation was indeed for two rooms. All unecessary confrontation. It is the first time we have booked our employees here and it will be the last

Never stayed here before. But it was great! Front desk was so friendly and helpful. There was one lady there, i think she was housekeeping, she was such a great greater and the biggest smile for people coming through there. Sha had awesome customer serves/relations. The manager that was there was so accommodating so friendly. Had a little situation in the room i was in and he accommodated me with another room. Wish these people were at other places that i stayed at.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience wasn't the greatest. Despite arriving at 6 PM for a 3 PM check-in, my room wasn't ready, and I had to wait for over 30 minutes to receive my keys. To make matters worse, another guest who checked in just minutes after me returned because their room was a mess, clearly not cleaned properly. It's evident that the hotel is understaffed, leading to delays and cleanliness issues. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Parking in the front of the property was very limited and the sides and back felt unsafe. Rooms are left open until someone checks in and not cleaned well. The staff was friendly, but I wouldn’t stay again.

Most of the hotel receptionists were friendly, smiling, and very helpful. One was grumpy and seemed anoyed with questions. Breakfast is minimal but adequate to meet the need of a quick start.

Morning staff attitude wasn't very nice. When they say free breakfast it's actually a muffin, coffee or tea and a breakfast bar. If you are fortunate you may get an orange. Bfast runs from 6am -9am but in order to get any of the above you need to be downstairs latest by 8 before it finishes.

The free grab and go breakfast at 7am only had 1 muffin or instant oatmeal. No juices, no milk, not even creamer for the coffee.

Staff was nice. Very clean . Most of the breakfast goodies were gone by 7:30 am and the staff would not replace it , so fruit and fridge was always empty . But overall nice

Staff was friendly and helpful!!! The grab and go breakfast could have been better, sometimes only 2 items available, no boiled eggs, no yogurt, and no fruits... I stayed in room 111 and it was very comfortable and convenient for me with my limited walking...

I use a wheelchair and booked a room for handicap. The issue their elevator is out of work for four days and another a week before it's fixed all the rooms with handicap or higher floors and impossible to climb up stairs for me. The breakfast was non existing when I went down it was only 2 breakfast bar and coffee. The staff were friendly and they did their best to accommodate me. But I did have a fall from not having a handicap shower and had to climb over the tub this morning.

Room was clean and bathrooms are new and nice, however the AC unit in the room would blow hot air often. Then the say don't collect trash you have to take it down yourself on a 5 day stay and I had to carry the towels myself to front desk to get washed and wait while they wash them to have towels. There by much of a breakfast best to say coffee and packaged pastry .
