Breakfast was awful. Staff were unhelpful. Wifi...dont even get me started. Its so bad I couldn't even load chrome. Its 3 megabytes per second. This place bunz don't stay here.

It was very clean and staff was really nice and helpful. The TV did not work and there was no service in the room. It was a little toasty and humid in our room. Other than those things it was ok.

The stay was ok, the room felt damp and wasn’t particularly clean. The whole hotel needs to be decorated as everything was old and rusty. The hall way downstairs was filthy wasn’t hoovered at all. You had to avoid tissue, sweets and lumps of chewing gum.

Understand check in is normally 3:30pm, but we arrived early and were never offered to be called once room was available. We called three times to no avail, got room after 3pm. Good service dictates a simple call onceroom is available
