Ocean Beach Palace

Be aware of parking fees, and they charge a resort fee and also I wasn’t too happy about having to go back to the front office because my key was not working the next day so they had to reset it and it was like re-checking in

Room had blood on the sheets, TV didn’t work, no phone in room. Outside is very stechy looking unlike the photos online! Second room was better but little concern was shown for the state of the first room we were put in. And feel there should have been some compensation offered for the blood, broken tv and no phone but none was

It was ok. Stains on the sheets, yellow water and waited two hours for clean towels. Front desk person was really nice and the lobby smelled good.
