The walls were full of holes badly spackled and not painted, there was a construction crew redoing the roof all night till 3-4am. I didn’t sleep at all. There was no one physically there to help guests, to the point police came looking for a fugitive and asked for assistance in person and was denied because no one was there in the office, its all done over video chat. The breakfast was terrible, no eggs, no sausage, no yogurt, no syrup, stale nasty cereal that messed up my stomach and a weird smell of mold in the building. Worst hotel stay ever for me, I want a refund they denied me one and told me bye bye. I didn’t sleep at all, the room was not clean or up to code, they had a dehumidifier plugged in to account for the mold. And the pool was green nasty, not clean. No breakfast, no pool, no rest. What was the point of my stay, if not to acquire those very things?

The motel was adequate and reasonably priced. Check in was with a person in Asia(electronic kiosk) but went smoothly. Most of the motel staff on site spoke minimal English at best. Ice machines on both floors did not work. Shower handle and controls were hooked up backward in room 119! Thought we didn’t have any hot water but actually did. The lady responding from the front desk lectured me on how I should’ve reported it sooner?!?! I think perhaps they should have installed the controls properly instead of ass backwards! Breakfast was ok. Don’t expect any protein. Waffles, toast, muffins, juice, yogurt and instant oatmeal to be prepared in the microwave. Coffee and 2 choices of dry cereal.

Room was clean, nice size fridge and also had a microwave. The pool was not filled, as they were doing construction on it. That didn't effect our stay though. Also, check in, is with a kiosk, which was quick and easy. Breakfast was waffles, cereal and honey buns.

Very clean and comfortable. Was disappointed that the pool was closed but oh well, half hour to beach

Only down side was that the pool was closed. Would have been nice to know that prior to reservation.

The bedrooms were clean, everything was picked up. The pool was nice and warm. I would definitely be going back!

Housekeeping comes in every single day the rooms are very spotless the only thing I did not like about it was the fact that the free breakfast doesn't even start until 7:00 a.m. when most people go to work between 5:00 and 6:00 is when they want their coffee not at 7:00

Everything looked clean but I slept at the hotel for 1 night and I had a roach crawling on me on the bed.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I drove up but was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean and neat. I enjoyed my stay.

There were bed bugs. Great room. Just not happy about the bed bugs and all that includes. Cost me a lot of money to remedy the situation.

Roaches everywhere. Bed sheets had multiple different color stains in them. Room was very damp and moldy. Sketchy parking lot. I did not even stay here both nights. Booked a different hotel for my second night it was so bad.

We stayed there a couple weeks ago and the room was great. It smelled clean and fresh. Like chlorox. This time our room was musty and smelled awful. I have bad allergies and was coughing all night. It was horrible. The dehumidifier was not working properly. We called someone to help with the tv also and they said that the dehumidifier was working fine but the musty smell was still there. The room smelled so very bad and even my clothes smell moldy. I was very disappointed this time.

Okay. Live music next door incredibly loud until midnight. Toilet was very loud, something out of whack.

The bar next to the hotel was playing loud band music until 1am. I hardly got any sleep from that.

Room was clean and smelled nice. Looks like everything was renovated. The only low point is the bar across the parking lot. The music and screams went until 3am and the room is not sound proof at all.

Check-in was done via a person in a kiosk. I have never been at a hotel in 40 years of travel as an adult where a human wasn't at the front desk. We wanted to get some extra towels after check-in but we didn't want to go back and hope the kiosk was working. Our TV wouldn't allow us to get any channels. It looked like I had to use my personal TV streaming like Netflix but I couldn't even get that option to work. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

The property was older and the rooms smelled of chemicals. The room also had a noisy dehumidifier. gave it a 3 out of 5 rating.

The room was spacious, well-appointed, clean, and very comfortable.

This is the first time I have used a kiosk with a remote front desk clerk to check in and check out. There is also an employee at the front desk but more for information purposes, the front desk employee does not handle money, room keys or registration. The room was comfortable and clean, there is no carpet which is important to me these days. The TV did not work initially and housekeeping came to fix it. The next morning, the TV did not work again and I did exactly what housekeeping did to try to get it working but it still did not show the cable stations. The breakfast is ALL Carbs, which does not work for me.

The wifi was not working, which was the only way to watch TV, the room was not very clean, it was a bit shady, the check in was a virtual person, so when you called the front desk, no answer. It was not clean and very dated.

Enjoyed staying at this hotel. I stayed for over a month and the staff always were nice and friendly. They always asked if they could do anything for me. Great place

Cleanliness was excellent but the breakfast consist of nothing but bread muffins cereal and waffles which is nothing but carbs no protein no nothing and you don't actually get to see a person behind the desk you're talking to him through a computer screen and it took forever for me to check out and get my deposit back

Checking in is quite strange. There are NO employees working the desk! All very futuristic, you talk to a "man" on a video screen. It worked but didn't feel secure if there were any problems during the night.b

The room was great! But there was NO ONE at check-in! You have to check-in with a guy on a computer screen. It’s terrible… it’s very impersonal. My particular check in person never smiled. He seemed like he hated his job and that was my first impression of the hotel. Thankfully the room was nice.

Average but generally clean hotel in good location. Stay was spoiled by a ludicrous check in system via a video camera machine causing delays. Sadly won’t use again if that system persists.

They they don't really have front desk people. It took me about 45 minutes to get checked in. They make you talk to a screen that has difficult to understand people from I on the other end of it. Plus connection issues kept making it so you couldn't hear them and the stock prompts play over the person's voice. It was a real clown show and a waste of time that I hadn't planned on.

The room was basic but spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. There was not a person on site at the front desk. The area was a little rough but we had no problems. The check-in process was completed remotely with a video chat on a kiosk. It went relatively smoothly but I had to put my credit card through 3 times before they said the $100 deposit was paid. I was charged all 3 times and they were not able to remove the 2 extra charges. Their solution was for me to contact my bank and dispute the charges which is inconvenient.

We were visiting family and the location was very convenient to where they lived. Also convenient for all that the Fort Meyers area has to offer.

Centralized near restaurants and sport bars.

It is in a pretty unsafe area of ft.myers. like walking cross street you would be in a terrible situation if after dark. They also have green pool.

The rooms were clean, but the area leaves a lot to be desired. We stay here when we work in town and I comforted by a homeless man as I came out of my room in the morning on my way to work.

Average bedroom facilities. Don't look forward to a nice breakfast though. Your options are VERY limited. You get the following: Croissants, 2 types of cereal to choose from, bread (no toaster available), and a waffle maker with syrup. If you're lucky, you'll find some milk. Only two types of juices. Orange and apple. The lady who was working in the breakfast area in the mornings are not very friendly, and when asking for something, you hope and pray she understands you. If so, you get bit of an attitude. The reception desk wasn't physically manned once in 4-days we stayed there. You have to talk and deal with someone virtually when checking in and out. The staff cleaning the rooms are from Haiti, and barely speak english, but seem to understand it ok'ish. The lady working in the breakfast area, doesn't seem to understand english, and can't speak a word....and the breakfast really sucks. Don't look forward to it. For the money it's ok, but overall, I won't choose this place again, purely because of the breakfast and staff language barrier issues...and a short tempered lady manning the breakfast area. Oh...and don't be late. Breakfast is only served until 9:00am...not one second later. She'll start cleaning around you while you eat, and remove the food and shut off the juice machine while you're still eating...no chances of getting a second piece of bread or another cup of juice one second after 9:00am. Also, there is an extremely noisy club jamming in the evening behind you.

It was very close to where I needed to be in the morning. Room was nice. Beds comfortable. Breakfast was not so good. No juice( machine didn’t work). Just Bland. Waffles were good!

Said there was free breakfast but there was only cereal waffle yogurt. Expected eggs or bacon or something hot. Nobody at desk had to talk with someone at a kiosk that felt like I was being scammed.
