The first room we were put in had a very bad smell we asked to be move and we were. The breakfast could have more options. We ran out of coffee told the person and she replied first time that ever happened and never got more. The pool was also dirty and needed to be cleaned.

Just a really good property for the price. It was kept clean, the pool is nice. The staff were very helpful. Our room was comfortable though the bathroom was a little small. The hot breakfast of waffles, cereal, yogurt, toast and fruit was adequate.

The rooms where great, the staff very helpfulness but the main areas where totally under construction with no seating inside or out anywhere. The pool was very clean and kept up, and very spacious to swim. No extra towels out and again no seating anywhere except a few old dirty broken lounge chairs. The location is perfect. The guest computer broken as well. The Hotel itself is very nice and lobby is very inviting plenty of parking, well lighted for safety.

Some power out in part of the room. Couldn't be fixed but at least staff brought us a functioning light. Waaay too few power outlets. No daily room make-up and cleaning so the microscopic waste baskets filled and overflowed. Could not use the back door right next to our room. Emergency only. Good heating unit. Nice tub with plenty of hot water. Very poor wifi signal and sloooooow. Ended up having to use our phone as a hot spot. Tiny fridge and microwave. Fairly quiet: traffic noise. Easy, free parking. Wheel chair accessible. Desk fully staffed 24/7. No breakfast put out, but they did have coffee. There is a tiny brewer in the room, also.

The only good feature about this hotel is it had a good ice maker which is said..I stayed 20 days February and 19 days in November but will never stay there again. I needed to use the light from my phone in the laundry room because the lighz bulb had not been replaced in the 19 days I stayed.

The room was gross. The sheets and towels were stained. The furniture was ripped and the walls were paper thin. You can hear doors slamming shut all night. It needs some serious upgrades. I feel like Expedia overcharged me and ripped me off on the room we got. I would not stay there again.

While I was in the shower I was visited by a cockroach. My boyfriend washed him down the drain before I could get a picture. We told the desk about it but they said there was no maintenance people to take care of it right now, but we had plans & had to leave. Then in the middle of the night there was another one in the bathroom . I tried to kill it but it got away under the tub. The caulking was gone. We talked to the front desk person & she said the manger would call us. Haven’t heard anything as of yet.

My boyfriend, myself and my service dog stayed for one night. We drove early in the morning and arrived in the area around 11:30. A quick call to the hotel front desk, and they notified us they did not have early check in until 1pm. We went and grabbed some lunch in the local downtown area and returned at around 1:45. The room was still not ready, so we waited outside. By 2:30 the room was ready for us. Krystal the front desk associate was very kind and accommodating, even gave us some complimentary water bottles for our wait. Once we got into the room, everything was clean for the most part. The room and hallway had a musty smell, but it was fine for the money we spent and we only stayed one night. Upon arrival we were exhausted and wanted to take a midday nap before dinner. The housekeeping staff was incredibly loud right outside our room, yelling at each other to communicate. After about 30 mins they finished cleaning that hallway and we were able to get some rest. The walls offer zero soundproofing so it was difficult to unwind even in the later hours of the night. Sometimes you’ll hear knocking or slamming doors from upstairs or down the way, it was difficult for my service dog to relax after a long day of driving. The bed was comfortable. Two out of 4 lamps in our room had faulty lightbulbs so we stayed in darkness the majority of our stay, but wasn’t horrible. The parking lot was very large and spacious which was a great plus for us. Overall decent stay.

We arrived at 9pm, paid $184 for the night, and we just wanted to go to sleep. The problem was the AC didnt power on. Its hot in Florida. I called the front desk and asked to change rooms. They said no, sold out. That was a lie because Hotels.com was still selling rooms at 9pm for the night, I checked. Anyway, the Maintenance guy came with an entirely new wall AC unit to hang out the window. That took about 35 minutes. It cooled the room well, but we had to wait. I wont be back. You get what you pay for.

We arrived at 9pm, paid $184 for the night, and we just wanted to go to sleep. The problem was the AC didnt power on. Its hot in Florida. I called the front desk and asked to change rooms. I have stayed at the Rodeway Inn over the past several months because I am traveling to Ft. Myers for business. I select the hotel because of its proximity to the office. Each time I find the AC in the rooms to cool less than adequate. I am also a person who doesn't want it to be extremely cold. I also know that its FL and can be quite hot. Nevertheless, the temperature in the rooms is barely tolerable. I have experienced this in every room, except one. I even stayed in one room where the AC did not work properly at all but by the time I realized it I was fully unpacked, and it was early evening. I will stay at the hotel again. I now ask if the AC is working and don't unpack until I feel that the temperature is at least tolerable. Thank You

When booking through Hotels.com free WiFi was listed as available. There was no WiFi when I stayed there for 2 nights. Very disappointed. Hotel is pretty worn down but I think they are remodeling room after room. Pool seems nice and there is ple ty of parking available.

It was a cool property, but they take 100 from your card in case of damages, it’s been two weeks where I keep calling and they just keep telling me to wait and won’t give me those 100 back to my card, it’s not like there was any damage in the room because I asked and was told that there wasn’t so I don’t really know what’s taking so long.

Upon our check in at night, we were not given directions to our room. We had to ask for the room location and the desk attendant pointed towards some lobby doors and said through the glass doors to the end and turn left. Turns out after carrying all of our luggage and belongings through the glass doors. It went all the way through the hotel building to the back out into another parking area and into a separate annex building with no other directions. I was not happy with him at all, considering we had to carry everything into another entire location when he should’ve explained to us to park in the other buildings parking lot, very shrewd and ignorance of him. He also failed to mention that there was a complementary breakfast served each morning. We only found that out upon our checking out. I do not recommend staying here just due to staff and unsafe surroundings at night. One star at best.

Upon our check in at night, we were not given directions to our room. We had to ask for the room location and the desk attendant pointed towards some lobby doors and said through the glass doors to the end and turn left. Turns out after carrying all of our luggage and belongings through the glass doors. It went all the way through the hotel building to the back out into another parking area and into a separate annex building with no other directions. I was not happy with him at all, considering we had to carry everything into another entire location when he should’ve explained to us to park in the other buildings parking lot, very shrewd and ignorance of him. He also failed to mention that there was a complementary breakfast served each morning. We only found that out upon our checking out. I do not recommend staying here just due to staff and unsafe surroundings at night. One star at best.

I checked @3, left, came back around 9pm drove into the lot my room was way in the back and while driving through there was about 50 men hanging out in the parking lot scattered through it. I am a female and I just wasn't comfortable with staying there alone because of it. So the room was empty the whole time I booked it for. I was concerned about my safety that's all.

The bathroom had rust stains around the tub and an unusual stain inside the bathtub. Hot and cold water were reversed. The exterior of the hotel is dark and there are people sitting outside at all hours of the night.

The word “Quality” is probably a misnomer. The staff were friendly, the rate was cheap, bed was fine, and they had a breakfast of sorts. (Waffle maker, 3 dry cereals, toast, very green bananas, and yogurt.) There were no linens for the pull out and one of the AC units wasn’t working properly. Maintenance was very nice guy, but he couldn’t fix it without us being in the unit which gave us a late start to our dinner and concert. Cigarette burn in the sheets and a pink stain of some kind on the comforter wasn’t terribly appealing. Grounds were not terribly clean. But again, it was cheap and available.

Just a really good property for the price. It was kept clean, the pool is nice. The staff were very helpful. Our room was comfortable though the bathroom was a little small. The hot breakfast of waffles, cereal, yogurt, toast and fruit was adequate.

When I arrived to the front desk the front desk manager sent someone to check on the king size bed that I originally booked and the employee returned and told the manager it was not ready. Then the manager on duty at the time I arrived after my late flight said he was going to give me an upgrade on the 1st floor with double beds. I know the two double beds was not an upgrade but because of a long day I attempted to rest in the so called upgraded room I had major trouble sleeping from the smell of mold and mildew and could not sleep. I advised the front desk that I was unable to stay for the second night because of the awful smell and checked out at 11am. The front desk advised to reach out to the returning mod at 3pm to discuss a refund for the second night. I was told by hotels.com that an urgent message was sent to the manager in regards to the deplorable condition of the room I didn’t get for my original booking and when I contacted the manager she stated that no email was received. I had an extensive message thread with hotel.com that stated she was not answering her phone and denied any emails from them.

You get what you pay for. The hotel is old and dirty. The towels in our room were dirty and had large stains and so did one of our pillows. The staff at the front desk often walk away and you have to wait for them to come back to get help. There is a sticker in the room stating the housekeeping policy is every 3rd day of your stay but they entered our room after the first night we were there when we were out! They changed the trash and made the bed but also left behind some trash that wasnt ours.. The walls are very thin here so if you are a light sleeper beware of that. Breakfast is included but its a very small selection: waffles, toast, cereal and oats. And it sucks that its only open till 9am, people are on vacation and want to sleep in! Parking was good, and the hotel is in a really nice area with lots of restaurants and things to do near.
