Wir hatten 3 Nächte gebucht. Nach der 1. Nacht gab es (unangekündigt) kein Zimmerservice. War für uns jedoch nicht so tragisch. Die Beleuchtung im Bad war ziemlich dürftig. Ansonsten war alles Okay.

This is my 2nd time staying at a Marriott Courtyard in the Florida. I have been disappointed in both occasions. I was very disappointed with my recent stay in Ft Myers. I reserved 2 rooms for 4 nights. One was with double queens and the other was a king. Both, unfortunately were on the main level. My daughter and her son stayed in the double room. The shower area had rust stains and other corrosion stains. She put a towel on the shower floor in order to use the shower. Although we asked for daily housekeeping, they never received any housekeeping. Not one time did someone enter the room to change the linen or towels. My daughter had to catch housekeeping to get clean towels when needed. Additional shower gel was requested because the container was empty after the first day. Again, no one came in to change the dispenser. They just handed one to her. Upon arriving to our king room. I was very disappointed to find that we did not have a courtyard view and no patio. We faced the very busy parking lot. Therefore, for the duration of the stay, we kept our drapes closed, not letting any sunlight into the room. Also, when we settled down for bed, the first night, I found lots of peanut shells along the wall on the carpet. I called the front desk and was told that someone would vacuum the next morning, which they did. Our bed was made only once. The bathroom floor in both rooms had dirt marks underneath the sink. Needless to say, I will never stay at a Marriott

After leaving an abysmally maintained hotel about 3 miles away, I rebooked within the same 1/2 hour into this one and drove straight there. It’s in a safe area, has good security and was very clean (though they are renovating the entryway carport). Some things in the hotel are a wee bit dated but there are signs of updating throughout. The property was very clean and my room was excellent. The staff who greeted me at 8pm were pleasant and helpful. The bistro on site also provided me with some great food the following night.

I was very unhappy with the stay here that night. I had some situation to head to state hotel. I spent last night money on an Uber to get there and when I get there, I was having trouble buying a car to put the deposit down which he would’ve given me more time I could’ve gotten it. He told me that he is unable to to accommodate my overnight day because I was a “local” and they didn’t not come local. He said he was doing an overlook cause I was a nice guy, but I guess meet me having trouble trying to find the Physio card. He decided to go ahead and forand It is very outrageous that he had the power to say yes or no say not and he chose no because I was short duty bucks. If I would’ve had more time I could’ve come up with it so it was very unfortunate that I’ve been there about four or five times already in the past and I’ve never once had this issue before so this time will probably be worked after this time because the guy Night Shift was just inconsistent with the company policy
