We did not get that Welcome Feeling. It was like we were bothering the person when we checked in. We knew that we needed to check out @ 7am and asked if there might be something that we could grab n go for breakfast since it didn’t open until 7. The man said no…He could have offered us a muffin or something. The elevator is on its last leg. The pool needed to be cleaned. Needless to say…we will not be returning.

The room, as well as all of the public areas were clean. We felt safe on the property. The decor of the room was a little grim, but it met all of our needs. The water pressure in the shower was too low. The bed was comfortable. The a/c was a bit loud. The staff members were friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was limited, but it had a smart variety of options. Outside was very loud, with the noisy cars (and the airport). I would recommend it to a friend who was attending a concert at The Ranch because it is very close. I would also recommend it to a friend who was not looking to spend a lot on lodging. I would not recommend it to a friend who was looking for a special getaway or a romantic trip.

My visit was 1 night, 1 bd suite with sofa bed. Everyone was nice and easy to check-in. The room was smaller than expected after viewing online, but nice and clean. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The sofa bed was in desperate need of replacing. The a/c cooled for a few mins, off long enough to break a sweat, even though it was set for 71. Breakfast buffet was good. Will I stay again??

Very clean. They upgraded our room to a two-bedroom suite, we were very thankful. The entire place was very clean, probably the cleanest hotel I've stayed in. The breakfast was very good and had several options. Friendly staff. It was close to an airport so you could see the planes fly very close over you, but you couldn't hear them inside. The only complaint would have been the mattress on the pull-out couch was very uncomfortable. Our toddler slept there, and he didn't seem to mind but it would not be comfortable for an older child or adult. If we return to the area we will choose to stay here again.

Residence Inn was great from start to finish. Check in was easy. The property was clean and in a great location. I love that they offer such a wide variety of breakfast options. The biggest selling point for me though was that check in was earlier than most other hotels while on the flip side checkout was later than most other hotels which is how all hotels should be! I’ll definitely recommend and stay again!

This lady at the desk was rude when I called with a problem with my room. Her answer was “What would you like me to do about it”? That is not a reply to a customer. Not professional at all!! I had a problem with the AC in my room. I had left my room and told the manager I would be gone for the majority of the day so when I return I need to change rooms. He then agreed. When I stopped by my room to pick something up that I had forgotten, a maintenance man was in my room without my permission. I then said to him. WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN MY ROOM???? He spoke no English!!! Then proceeded to leave my room. He was acting like he was checking my AC. This was so UNACCEPTABLE!!! I have stayed in this hotel before because it is close to my family. I will be looking for a new establishment for my next trip.

Never had enough breakfast bar to accommodate customers. Was very disappointed the help was very rude and refused to fix more she said then you JUST NEED TO COME DOWN SOONER if you want breakfast. Breakfast is until 9:00 during the week and 9:30 on weekends NEVER EVER HAD ENOUGH SAUSAGE OR BACON WE WOULD GET DOWN THERE AROUND 30 to 45 minutes before they Quit serving very very disappointed they even ran out of YOGURT and refused to put more out because it was to close to close up time. Lady was the most HATEFUL person ever Will never stay with you again nor would I ever tell anyone to stay with you

People at front desk make mistakes on their reservations,...say they are going to make adjustments,...and don\'t explain behind the scenes,... monetary adjustments. Then when you call to ask regarding what ocurred,... they turn into answering like with a "Street Like Jenny on the Block from the corner on the Bronx attitude" with smart alik comments as to deter You from asking any further regarding surprise fees in order to intimidate. I\'ve traveled for many Years through Marriott Bonvoy and specifically Residence Inns,...this was the Most Ghetto-like treatment and experience,.. (E V E R). Then when you answer them back, responding with there\'s no need to be smart,...they hang up,..I will report, and disclose publicly the party involved,...as so that the names can be a lesson,...and for others Not to go through the same. It was only three days for work, but it truly felt like coming home to a “homey”comfortable space at the end of each day. And the full breakfast offering was more than I would ever make for myself as I rush out the door when at home! Can’t say enough good things about my stay!
