The kitchen faucet needs a nozzle that can be extended for helping to clean the sink. After two days, the elevator would not respond to the button calling the elevator to the second floor without pressing the "going up" button also. The shower needs a rubber mat because especially for an older person the floor is too slick. The LED light on the clock is so bright I had to cover it with a washcloth to dim it.

Its a much older hotel and it looks like it. The Air conditioner in the room was working and you could hear it. They only had one person trying to handle breakfast in the morning, cleaning, cooking, restocking, customer service and that was an impossible task even if there were only 10-20 people there. We ended up going out to breakfast because they ran out of food and I didn't want to further stress out the man who was clearly already stressed. This is our brand of hotel we stay at for all of our Disney Trips and this one wasn't quite what we expected when compared to the Orlando counterparts.

The room was clean, the staff was very friendly, I felt at home. The breakfast was awesome and the kitchen was great to cook our meals. Great place to be. Will stay there again
