Wir haben$500 bezahlt. Der Boden war schon schmutzig als wir eingecheckt haben. Das Zimmer wurde in unserem 5-tägigen Aufenthalt kein einziges Mal sauber gemacht, noch gab es frische Handtücher zu keinem Zeitpunkt. Wir empfehlen, dieses Hotel auf alle Fälle zu vermeiden.

A limpeza deixou a desejar. O quarto estava com o chão sujo com forte cheiro de candida.

Clean room, nice staff.

We are In the process of a refund. My wife and I got back to our room and cockroaches were present. I was able to kill one but not the other two that went into the wall. We checked out and never ended up staying there. I presented the gentleman at the counter the dead one in a tissue and he was very apologetic but he couldn’t refund on cancel it. Unfortunately all hotels in the area were sold out due to a concert. We ended up driving home 3 hrs and arriving at 4am.

The general manager was very helpful and accomadating. The only problem is no plug for the bath tub so you can take a bath. Other than that, wonderful place to stay.
