Beautiful house in a great location for visiting the city and Bruny Island. Plenty of room and views of the water. Host replied quickly when we had a glitch receiving the check in instructions.

House was beautiful & incredibly spacious! Close to the beach & some beautiful cafes and restaurants. Host was easy to talk to and very responsive. Highly recommend!

House is lovely inside and view is spectacular. Quite short walk to Blackman's Bay beach and shops are a couple of minutes drive.

We stayed at this property for 5 nights in Jan 2026. Excellent property with good amenities and good views. Very good host, smooth check-in.Very close to Kingston and Blackman bay beaches. Coles and other grocery stores are close by. There are some very good restaurants close by as well.Good location for accessing key spots like Bruny Island (via Kettering)...... Hobart CBD, Mount Wellington, etcWill be back again.

We had a lovely restful stay. Good location, close to Hobart but still a sense of being in a little seaside town. Lovely home made for a very comfortable time away. Excellent communication from hosts.
