I was on a quick turnaround one day jaunt to celebrate a fallen family member. Veronica C. and her team made my stay during this trying time stress free. I asked if they could provide an early check in, that was honored. When I informed Veronica my flight wasn't until 4:47pm she extended my checkout to 2pm. The rooms were exceptionally clean, I had a refrigerator and microwave. I highly recommend this hotel and should you need anything, let Veronica know, she made my trip stress free.

When we arrived, we were told that they were going to upgrade us, when we got to our room it was one of the very few that didn’t have a balcony and a little tiny window up at the top of the wall that let barely any light it was too high to even see out of. My wife went and asked for another room, possibly one with a balcony if it was available they put us in another room with a balcony and we’re very accommodating. When we got to the room, we were doing our typical room, inspection, bedbugs, etc., and found lots of hair in between the mattresses. Doesn’t look like they had cleaned in between stays went to go to the bathroom and there was blood on the wall switch as well as the wall leading out of the room. We let the front desk know, and again they were very accommodating and put us in another balcony room. This room was clean and in a nice Location. Unfortunately, it took 3 rooms to find it. We went down to the hot tub to soak our feet after a long day of walking and found the hot tub was cold. We asked about it and they said yes it was broken. It was broken for our entire stay for three days I think that should’ve been disclosed because we would’ve looked for a different property. I was on floor six and was unsure where the ice machines were so I attempted to call to the front desk after several tries of no one answering. I went down and asked about the phones and where the ice machine was. I was told that the phones don’t work again was not notified of that.

When we arrived there had been a storm and a transformer had blown. Things were only just coming back on line. The key cards were not working. We had to be escorted to our room and let in. Davion was super helpful! He got us into our room, and then later after we went out and came back, he was happy to get us back into our room. He was wonderful. The next morning the system was back on line and we got our key cards.
