Beautiful location on the beach. Food & drinks at the hotel are super expensive. Great service from staff. Clean room. Hot tub was under construction outside which was a bummer since it was one of the main reasons we booked. Food very good.

Heavenly vacation stay, lively pool deck but also chill vibes, very scenic and well kept. Everything you need, beach bar cart, activities rentals like wave runners and paddle boards. Umbrella and chaise were included in resort fee. Everything reasonable charge, except restaurant was pricey. Still I’d eat there again if convenient. Breakfast buffet was nice.

We had a great weekend. The pool is small but great, personnel really attentive caring for every need. Very aware of allergies which for our family is a huge plus. Definitely a place where you want to go again.

The Hilton Resort is a hidden gem. The ocean view rooms are amazing. The staff was very helpful. The private beach was awesome and just a short walk down the pier/ramp. The pool entertainment was really good with live music at night and a DJ during the day. The on-site restaurant is good and there are several dining options right across the street. The sunsets were breathtaking! I highly recommend

Booked a nine night stay at this resort for a relaxing get away. Needless to say it was far from relaxing, five days we were there the smaller "upper deck" pool was being "reconstructed", the noise from the jack hammering was very loud. We were unable to relax poolside or on the patio for the relaxing get away we were so much looking forward to.

I like how the beach and pool are closed by. Also, I didn’t have to pay separate if I wanted umbrellas and chairs for the beach. Resort fee included for both pool and beach. Most of the time, that’s not the case in all of FL beach and pool resort.

Horrible pool service. Not enough staff, horribly inefficient process. Could not believe the lack of technology in the process. Fitness Center was small and equipment outdated. TV’s on treadmills not functional. Had to use restrooms inside hotel from pool, should be direct access from outside. No internet access.

My husband and I spent a night at Hilton resort we loved it so much! The staff was very helpful and friendly the front desk people were very nice too. The hotel has a beautiful pool and an amazing water front view but what I liked the most about this hotel it’s because they let us use the pool area even after our check out. For us it was a plus because we already had some bad experience about it from other hotels, here even the check in was easy and with no problem to use the hotel amenities while we waited for our room to get ready by 4pm! We will definitely go back to Hilton resort, we highly recommended it.

This resort was extremely clean and safe. There was a daily charge for parking, but parking was very close and convenient. The pool was large and clean, beach was well taken care off and water was gorgeous. We traveled with a 13 and 9 year old, kid friendly. Food was affordable and there was a nice selection. We ate “Buffett” breakfast most days. Staff was quick to answer any questions and help us obtain items we needed! We will return to this hotel :)

Staff was constantly cleaning common areas. Beds were very comfortable and the AC was strong. Rooms were spacious. Best shower ever. 6 top notch restaurants right across the street. Beaches were well kept. Pool was clean. Staff always polite & helpful.

Staff was always ! My room was cleaned every day, which was a really nice experience! They gave two bottled waters every day, as well. I would definitely recommend staying here just be mindful of some construction for another month or two, but we were up early anyway! The beach is incredible and the pool is huge and kept really nicely as well as a hot tub. The restaurant on site was really tasty and service was really kind. Food was way better than expected! 10 out of 10.

We arrived into the room and there was water on the floor running from the refrigerator to the rug.( it also had a long hair in it ) I called and and a man came up says oh they must have defrosted it, he wiped the water and left saying it happens. The next day the smell in the room was awful . I called the desk - numerous people came in and out and it was finally found to be the underpad of the rug was soaked floor still wet under there .Rug was removed - someone came to clean the floor but the smell was so bad he left. After some debate they decided they could move us. That was great and the second group of people that responded were great, including the gentleman who searched for the smell until he found it and the person who got us a room.We spent several hours in the room with this mold smell. My husband has asthma and we would take turns going out to the balcony to get some relief, but one of us pretty much had to stay in the room because people were knocking on the door coming in asking us questions, leaving, etc. so while I think it’s great that they’ve moved us, and promised to take some money off the bill, I do think the gentleman the first evening should’ve done more than wipe up the water and leave. He didn’t really know the wet rug, the wet pad, etc . Second year we stayed here in a row, will change hotels next year .Also when we checked in, I asked the front desk to align the stay with my Hilton honors( I knew no points) never happened. Couldnt use app

Location, staff, food and beach access were great! For the cost of my stay I was disappointed we had to spend $38 per day for parking. Bathrooms/shower needs renovations. Also, rooms should have smart TVs.

Not impressed with management. We booked an ocean view room but got a partial ocean view. I asked management to change rooms for a better ocean & sunset view but due to a wedding going on they couldn’t and she also told me the sunset view hard to get, as it sets in different locations! I’m no scientist but I pretty sure that not correct. She also said partial ocean views were lower floors. There are 7 floors and we were put on 4th floor facing another hotel next to us with a small gap to see the ocean. At checkout no one asked how our stay was even though they asked couple in-front of us, I’m guessing due to calling them out on putting us in wrong room. Breakfast staff were slow and only perked up the day their managers were in checking on them. Room was big, small cupboard for few hanging clothes and safe deposit box. Good bathroom with two sinks. Bed comfortable and big TV. Beach lounges are rubber straps on metal frame, not the most comfortable but at least got an umbrella with them. I’d say this hotel more for business trips or events and short stays only, not relaxing resort.

The hotel is very nice, rooms are ok. Bed was not comfortable but the view we finally received after turning down 2 rooms was amazing. Carlos and Jones made our stay wonderful. The hotel is very clean and the pool and beach are amazing. Partial ocean view here means even if you can see a small corner of the ocean while standing on a chair from your room, you have a partial ocean view!

Never advised prior to booking that the Hotel was being worked on (painting, drilling ALL day). I booked an Oceanview Room with 2 Queen beds. It was a partial view or preak a boo view, definitely not a full Oceanview. The Hotel said our room 302 was a Oceanview definitely not a full view

The room was comfortable, but the TV felt outdated compared to other hotels that offer modern entertainment systems with phone connectivity and streaming options like Netflix. The overall experience had a bit of a throwback feel, reminiscent of the early 2000s. The pool chairs weren’t the most comfortable, and the beach towels were disappointingly thin—definitely not up to the standard expected from the Hilton brand. The 4 pm check in was a bit late. We got admitted earlier but it was at 3:15pm. That said, the room itself was fantastic, the location unbeatable, and the staff truly exceptional.

The room and location was great however the service upon checking in was not hospitable. The person checking us in did not smile, did not give us any information on the hotel and its amenities and we felt like we were inconveniencing her more than anything. Room service was unavailable during our stay and we were told to pick it up. There was a huge line of unhappy people waiting to pick up their food as well and upon return to the room, we realized half the food was wrong and the food that was right was not good. Due to the impending storm, we had to rush to the nearest “fast food” place and eat McDonald’s for dinner since we already paid $100 for “room service”. Parking was also a nightmare but that may have been due to the 2 back to back weddings.
The room and location was great however the service upon checking in was not hospitable. The person checking us in did not smile, did not give us any information on the hotel and its amenities and we felt like we were inconveniencing her more than anything. Room service was unavailable during our stay and we were told to pick it up. There was a huge line of unhappy people waiting to pick up their food as well and upon return to the room, we realized half the food was wrong and the food that was right was not good. Due to the impending storm, we had to rush to the nearest “fast food” place and eat McDonald’s for dinner since we already paid $100 for “room service”. Parking was also a nightmare but that may have been due to the 2 back to back weddings.

Absolutely outstanding stay at the Hilton! Great location on the beach and easy walking to terrific restaurants. Very clean and excellent staff, great pool and poolside deck and bar/restaurant. Easy walk to the beach with waterside chairs & umbrella for all guests. Full bar-cart pulls right up to you as you lounge by the gulf all day with very friendly bartenders that give generous pours! If you’re looking for a relaxing time on Marco Island, the Hilton is the place to stay!

Very nice property. Great service everywhere but the restaurant. We wound up eating at the bar after being ignored at our table for about 20 minutes. The food took longer than it should have for a cheeseburger and a salad. The bartenders were great.

The Hilton Resort is a hidden gem. The ocean view rooms are amazing. The staff was very helpful. The private beach was awesome and just a short walk down the pier/ramp. The pool entertainment was really good with live music at night and a DJ during the day. The on-site restaurant is good and there are several dining options right across the street. The sunsets were breathtaking! I highly recommend

The Hilton is a lovely hotel located on the beach and across the street from Marco Walk, which contains several restaurants, movie theatre, ice cream store, boutiques and souvenir shops. So convenient. There was also a 7-11 where we were able to find our hometown newspaper and splurged on some Florida lotto tickets. The Hilton Staff was pleasant and accommodating. The hotel, beach and surrounding area were very clean. Our room was a nice size. There is one restaurant on premises and the food was good. There is also a small market to purchase drinks/snacks as well as a small gift shop in the lobby. It was a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

I enjoyed my stay here the location was perfect and the beach was wonderful. The hotel is very clean and employees were nice. My only issue was that they only have one restaurant and one bar. It would be nice if they offered more options. Also the bugs are horrible at night. I wish they had indoor only options so you’re not getting bitten all night while having dinner or a drink.

Location and surrounding areas are amazing. But the hotel itself lack of more dining options, friendlier staff, and hygiene when it comes to the breakfast buffet. Everything at the buffet was packed with flies because they would let the doors open which makes it disgustingly unhealthy. Oh it also needs more kids friendly activities.

We had two rooms and they were both 'ok' at first glance. We later noticed how dirty they were in multiple areas. The restaurant was convenient but the first wine glass we were given was covered in lipstick and when we went to the bartender to ask for an alternative, we were completely ignored. Like, stared at and then ignored. Our server eventually handled it for us but it was clear all they did was wipe the stains off with a rag. Just not a great experience. Will stay elsewhere next time.

The first room we got put was definitely not clean. There were beer bottles on the balcony and beer caps in the bathroom. Food crumbs and hair all over the floor. Called the front desk right then and there and they were apologizing and got us a new room. The room was cleaned and they offered a $50 credit for the inconvenience. I did like the room key was a wrist band.

Great Hilton quality hotel on the beach. Nice pool areas and bar with soft seating area. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was good and average expense with covered outside seating. Staff was friendly and attentive. Morning coffee services in the lobby a plus. Onsite self parking within easy walk. I recommend it.
