Nice budget hotel, had sausage gravy and biscuits and cold items. Doors on exterior of building, no interior halls that would have make it aafer .

Decent place to stay for the money. Room was cleaned and smelled good. Sheets good condition (no stains, rips or fuzz balls). Towels & wash clothes were also in good condition. The outside could use some attention. We were a little concerned when we saw the mold, mildew, & flaking paint.

Overnight stop. You get what you pay for. Breakfast was disappointing. There was no adult cold cereal (Froot Loops only). There was a table and chair IN the outdoor pool. Outdoor entrances to rooms are not my first choice. You get what you pay for.

We pulled on the lot and the entire property and building was under construction. Construction workers hanging outside on middle floor and lower drinking beers and hanging out outside. Ladders and tools everywhere. We tried to cancel the reservation but was unable too. Decided it was not safe to stay so we went somewhere else

Was unable to use the pool facilities due to other guests having a party with alcohol in glass bottles there. Not the ideal “family”environment. Glad we only booked one night to start with.

Service was great. Spent a restful night and they are pet friendly

It was ok other than pool dirty and towels had stains needs new matresses.

The location is convenient. The property is having a lot of work done. Room was jus okay.

Our bathroom floor was horrible..had to ask to have it cleaned. Pool was dirty. No hot breakfast for 3 of the 4 days we were there. Was there due to a hurricane heading to our area and was told I couldn’t cancel.

Our day was great. The breakfast was really good with a lot of options. The pool was nice and the building is in the process of being renovated and what they’ve done so far. It looks really nice quite an improvement. That’s the only reason I gave a four on some things just because of the renovation But everything else is a five.

The room was supposed to be a non smoking room, but smelled like an ash tray. The building was dilapidated. The shower walls were peeling. The room was still a little dirty. There were stains on the sheets. Would not recommend staying there. They have no business charging $70 a night there.

We had two adjoining rooms for the stay. One room had what appeared to be urine stained sheets. Motorist and cobwebs. Ceiling falling apart.

Room smelled terrible, as if it had been a longstanding smoking room though the front desk lady swore it had not been. She offered me air fresheners. Every chair in the room had soiled upholstery. The AC was noisy. Highway traffic was a constant backdrop. Towels were stained, maybe poorly cleaned. Bathroom ceiling seemed moldy.

Check in with super good. The attendant at the front was super nice. The property there were lots of people hanging out in the parking lot. Appear to be transient. The room was dirty. The bathroom was very unclean. The sheets had stains. The comforter had a stain and the pillows smelled like crotch.

Decent place to stay for a quick night sleep.however the linens in the bathroom need to be replace.There wer stains all over all of them.NASTY!

Stained linens including bedding and towels, dirty ceilings, gaps in the weather strips of the door, thin windows that allowed for truck noises to come through to the room. This was in pretty bad shape…exterior had built up grime on the doors. Yuck.

The ceilings of the rooms were covered in mold from the humidity, so we had to move rooms because of that. The second room was also damp, but not as damp as the first.

The whole place was disgusting except the check-in area which is how they trick you into thinking the room may not be bad. But it was horrible. Nasty crap smeared on the walls and the bathroom was the worst bathroom I have ever been in. I had to wear my flip flops in the shower. There was mold all over.

The room was filthy: blood/mold stains/tears on bedsheets, dust in vents, walls, furniture, toilet was dirty with stains, hairs, dingy and stained towels. The only good thing was that the receptionist had a positive attitude and brought us clean sheets. Overall experience was not good

The property is right off the highway and we were in the building the farthest from the highway and next door to a nicer well lit hotel. Wasn't as well lit as other properties around but still did feel safe. Bed/pillows - The bed was pretty soft but so was the base of the bed every time I would toss and turn. The base seemed to have a lot of movement so it definitely was not high quality. Our was definitely a pet room. Fairly strong dog urine smell but after the AC had been running it was not as strong. Really the carpet needs a shampooing or to be replaced; no shoes on it really felt grimey. Peeling paint over sink and really just some low quality repairs when it came to drywall and painting. Really for me the price was great. I wasn't expecting much for 70 bucks a night but based on some of the reviews of other hotels in the area this was really a good deal. Breakfast was very limited but did have cereal, breads, yogurts and a couple of warm items; eggs. The small fridge that had the gallon of milk and yogurt was very warm. Based on everything I list above I would stay at this property again. At least having warm water, an adequate bed and really good AC with a pretty good rate worked great for me. If I was traveling with a family with young kids that tend to be on the floor playing more than normal this is not your hotel.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was much better than expected. The room was fine, but smelled a little bit. The beds were OK, we slept fine, but our mattresses were probably needing to be replaced. The parking was super convenient and the property overall was pretty quiet, despite being right off the highway and next to a big gas station.

It wasn't luxury or anything out of this world, just a nice place to stay. At least no rowdy people, it has a gas station like almost next to it technically 2 if you count the one also in the Walmart. The room it could've used some repairs and proper maintenance as it didn't have a working microwave, the shower had spot that were repaired but not painted over so you could see the cement, also it was slippery I thought it was the cleaner or something but no it is the material that it had. But in the end for what we needed it well I can't ask for much. Also the breakfast is limited to a version of the fruit loops and kellogs cornflakes, also the orange juice was more watered flavored orange juice than actual juice. The waffles were good but they didn't have a flavor at all, the good thing was the bagels, and white bread for toasts. They do have cream cheese, butter, jelly, and peanut butter packets. Other than that it was fine.

Was a good quality stay the only problem was the door to the room did not seal shut light and air come in around it. But besides that it was a good stay

Our room was clean, but there were holes where the door to bathroom had been punched. It looked like someone had ripped the artwork from one wall. This made it seem kind of shady.

Bathroom door had hole punched in it. Room door had openings on side like it didnt fit. Did secure with lock and door entry stop

At Checkin, I was informed that I would have to pay a $50 fee, (even after I had already paid in full in advance. The hotel clerk said that the $50 fee would be refunded to me at checkout, but now it’s a week later and still not refunded. I would not stay here again.

We stayed one night while passing through and it was adequate. The bed was comfortable, the staff were pleasant. Most of the hotels in this area are about the same.

Service was great. Spent a restful night and they are pet friendly

Nice little place to stay right off the interstate. Gas and restaurant near by and the staff was friendly!

We booked a king size downstairs room, but when we arrived they didn't have any king size due to 'unexpected overstays'. We chose not to accept the upstairs 2 full size bed. Hotels.com was very helpful in getting a cancellation without penalty. So we just went somewhere else.

I stayed 2 nights. My 1st experience was when I arrived at 330am. I was greeted by the young lady at the front desk named Mackie. Well that set my whole experience into a positive direction. Very helpful and polite. The room was fine. Tub clean. Counters clean. Parking lot was quiet. Felt safe and comfortable. I did not have the time to enjoy the breakfast but I can say I checked it out and from the look n smell of things. It was my loss. Overall a really good experience and I will stay there again. Thank you

That was my second time staying there I would have to friendly staff very clean hotel

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean. Liked the fact there were three chairs instead of just one, refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. Air worked well. Would stay again.

We needed an overnight stop, a comfortable bed, clean and quiet. That’s what we got. If we wanted more luxury, we’d be going elsewhere.

Clean, comfy beds, a/c worked good Mexican restaurant next door and a good price

The room was clean. The staff provided clean towels and vacuumed daily. Breakfast left something to be desired but it's free. The price was right and it was convenient to the springs, gas, and grocery stores.

Property right by the highway. We stop here every trip towards FL due to timing while driving. It has ALWAYS been clean and safe feeling. Tis a little noisy due to work trucks staying. But that’s normal for highway hotel. CLEAN. POLITE. NICE. FRIENDLY. Same staff year after year. Nearby food is a bit *bleck* tho. But it’s a small town. :). Not the hotel’s fault 5* for he hotel!

The check in staff member was very helpful and friendly. The morning staff was very poor. The breakfast buffet was a joke., watered down orange juice, terrible coffee. only 4 stale bagels, no milk or sugar for the little bit of dry cereal, no topping for the stale bagels, very unclean and dirty setup.

For the price this was a totally acceptable property. No complaints on our part. The breakfast waffles were an added bonus.

Carpeting needs a severe cleaning, breakfast when available leaves much to be desired. Missed 1day no new towels or garbage removed. 6 days total stay. Honestly paid to much for the quality afforded.

Check in receptionist was great. Price was fair. Breakfast was poor. Coffee was terrible. The main problem was that our rooms tub/shower faucets did not work. Additionally, the rooms were not clean, they had obvious remnants of electrical work laying all around, old switches, screws, packaging and debris. Pitiful that the electricians did not clean up after themselves and even worse that the rooms were not inspected and cleaned prior to renting out to paying customers.
