Overall, the room was clean and comfortable and no complaints about the accommodations themselves. Howeverrrr... The staff really need to show or tell their guests how the shower works upon checking in. I could not for the life of me figure out how to work the draconian fixture on the spigot to turn on the shower head. This time spent caused me to run behind schedule, so I had to use my military instincts to "field bath" to get as clean as I could in the $179-per-night bathtub. (The Citrus Mint body lotion is pretty nice, though!) Also, I was going to work out in the little fitness center they've got, but the water cooler was not only empty the night before, but the next morning as well. No towels in there either, although there's a nice little towel rack next to the empty water cooler.

There is a mold problem here and you can smell it the minute you walk in the room. We were fortunate enough to have a room with a dehumidifier but our other rooms smelled awful. As local Floridians we know this is an issue everywhere, but it is out of control here. Desk staff was meh-we told one staff member about possible blood at the pool and she made us point out where in the video and then told us other people that just left pool did not complain. No one came to even look at the issue. The breakfast is plentiful with eggs, breakfast meat, yogurt, waffles.

Staff at front desk was nice. Entrance seemed clean. Went up to my room and with a quick glance seemed fine. After checking the bathroom and moved the door a baby roach emerged. I DO NOT do roaches. I quickly gathered my things and headed back to the front desk. Explained the situation and he stated that they are brought in by guests. I requested a refund. The next day I called and spoke with management and was told they already issued the refund. Almost a week later and that’s not the case. Stay away from this hotel if you value cleanliness!!

The front desk attendants were very efficient and friendly. The hotel including our room was very clean. Breakfast was the typical eggs, sausage, fruit, cereal etc but very good. We were just traveling thru and stopped for the night. Very pleased with our choice.

The front desk guy was nice and professional. The room appeared to be clean and was pretty comfortable. The reason for my low rating is because the common area of the second floor smelled strongly of urine the entire time. Had I not been very tired when I checked in, I would have left and found somewhere else to stay.

Property is dirty. I spilled some water on the floor by the bed. I took a washcloth to wipe it. The floor was filthy. The elevator is also dirty. I woke up with the most painful backache after sleeping on the bed. In serious need of an update. I would rate it a 6.

The room was clean the people were nice but for the price i would have expected a lot more. Pillows were small and horrible, like what i would take on a backpacking trip. The bed was uncomfortable but the sheets were clean. Breakfast was decent for the most part but the biscuits and gravy should be skipped.

Staff was cool. They were always willing to hand out extra towels, plastic ware, and give dining/delivery recommendations when asked. Room service was quick to resolve minor issues and the location of the hotel made it very convenient to explore the surrounding area. All in all I would stay here again in a hearbeat.

Unfortunately, they were having a malfunction with their electronic key card system. They were very helpful and pleasant in assisting with an alternative entry plan. The room was clean and comfortable beds. A good place to stay and I would definitely use their hotel again when needed.

I was Checked into an occupied room when I arrived at 11:30pm. When I went back down to the front desk I received no apology from the clerk (male) he just said oh I’ll give you the room next door. Not an appropriate response

Megan at the front desk was very rude and unaccommodating when I asked for a room on the first floor. She berated my wife for using Expedia to book the room instead of calling the hotel directly. She went out of her way to be confrontational and even threated to kick me out of the hotel when I finally asked her to just shut up. Horrible. I did not feel comfortable spending the night there at all.

We were impressed by the front desk agent’s efficiency at check in. He had everything ready for us. He even had a bathtub faucet handy to demo how to operate the shower! That saved so much potential trouble! Room and amenities were good. Breakfast was good, and the breakfast attendant looked after every need.

I was greeted by staff as I entered the lobby, very friendly & professional. My room was adequate & very clean. I went tobreakfast they offered nice selection. Coffee unfortunately needs help, not very good. Other than that I would stay there again. Very close to I 10 walmart across the street, plenty of food establishments nearby.

The beds are very comfortable. The place could use updating. The breakfast was lukewarm. We needed to reheat the food in the microwave, specifically the biscuits and gravy.

The worst experience ever. First night, toilet was not working so we were moved to another room. We took a shower the same night and the curtain did not close because the rod was curved so curtain stayed in the middle of the rod making all the water from the shower go outside in the floor making a big puddle that I had to wipe off using towels. Expressed my concern the next day to the front desk gentleman. He said he was going to let maintenance know about it. Next day, no one came to fix it so let the front desk lady know about it and she said no one said anything about my concern and she was going to let maintenance know. Came back that night and asked the front desk gentleman who I expressed my concern on Sunday and he said maintenance checked it out and put a work order but wasn’t sure when this work order would arrived. I asked him to move us to another room so we could take a nice and decent shower. His response was he couldn’t help us with our request and instead he handed us with about ten towels so we could wipe off the floor after we took a shower so obviously we didn’t because we were not going to do that. So we didn’t take showers for TWO because of lack of respect and care about the issue with the shower. Wednesday, I decided to check out a day earlier because we needed to take a shower after two days of not been able to do so. The manager told us that maintenance checked the curtain and nothing was wrong with it. Do not stay at this place!!
