Holiday Inn Miami-Doral Area by IHG

Café da manhã razoável. O hotel precisa de uma reformulação nos serviços. Carpetes velhos, somente 01 elevador disponível e hotel cheio. Vários quartos com problema na leitura do cartão na porta, toda chegada tínhamos que voltar à recepção para trocar o cartão.

Before I even arrived at the hotel I had been trying to call them to inform them I would be checking in late because of a delayed flight. No one answered. I called multiple times and the front desk never answered. So on the phone system I tried the reservation line. These employees where somewhat helpful and tried to give me a direct line to the front desk. This did nothing because still no one answered and I got asked to choose a different line on the phone system. Beside the customer survice issues this place needs some serious physical updates. The furniture in my room was definitely well used and the chair had a large stain on it. The beds were super hard and you could feel the springs. The beds were super tall and the nightstand between them was was half the height of the beds so trying to reach anything on it was an olympic sport unless you have long arms. The drains in both the shower and sink were super slow. So when showering you got to stand in your filth water. Since their was drain issues I didn't even try the self service laundry. However I did look at the laundry space and it needed a deep cleaning. Plus the only laundry supplies you could buy was powdered Tide. Also while I was there only 1 elevator worked. It was the slowest elevator I had ever been on.

El desayuno no estuvo bueno y se me hizo caro para lo que ofrecen, comparado con un Holiday inn express donde además está incluido

El sistema de acceso a los cuartos esta terrible, tardas demaciado para poder entrar al cuarto porque las tarjetas casi no funcionan, y los baños pueden estar mas limpios, deben comenzar a utilizar blanqueador para los baños.
