We had a nice stay here, it’s a nice hotel with cool rooftop including rooftop pool. Good breakfast. Short walk from the beach. Overall great location. Downside is the kids club. Very limited activities. Don’t choose this hotel for the kids club (which is what we did!)

It’s also close to the beach and only about 15 minutes from Bang Tao, which makes it easy to get around and explore the area. The rooms are surprisingly spacious with a clean, modern design that feels fresh and comfortable. Everything is well laid out, the bed is comfy, and the overall atmosphere is relaxed. The only thing to note is that the pool chairs aren’t very comfortable, but aside from that, it’s a great choice for a simple, stylish stay in a super convenient location. I would definitely return.

Fantastisk nyt hotel med pools i venter op som roof top med dejlig bar. Lidt flere liggestole kunne ønskes eller kun 100 meter fra pragtfuld strand med masser af spise muligheder.

Hotel room layout was a little cramped. Table and couch in room was simply to big room layout. Not necessary. The need better pool chairs and should put them by the pool (on the roof) not 300 feet away. Overall, hotel was clean, nice. Staff were very pleasant.

Room had disgusting smell which gave us migranes , they siad they will spray and I said NO , that is not the issue , food was average and restaurant was in the basement , worst coffee ever. Pool up top was nice. We booked a 7 night stay and left on the 3rd morning fir the reasons mentioned . Will never stay or recommend this place to anyone. We asked for a refund for remainder of the days and management refused. Staff were nice, management can go shove it

Lovely room and pool area. Lovely activities put on but the staff. Staff were very accommodating. Although there were 3 shuttles to the main Kamala stretch a day I feel it would be beneficial to have more frequent shuttles as the cost in transport can mount up and the road to the hotel can be very busy to walk along, especially if you have children.

Hotel was great for the most part and the staff were warm and helpful. I just wish they would have enforced the no smoking rule at the main pool as it became unpleasant to be around so many smokers. The room was really nice except for the stale smelling air conditioning. Other than that, we would stay at this hotel again. Highly recommend.

Ikke et hotel jeg vil anbefale. Dårligt lugt på værelset, så vi måtte have en larmende luftfrisker stående. Aircondition larmer helt vildt, så man nærmest ikke kan holde ud at være udenfor på sin terrasse, som i øvrigt hverken har stol eller bord stående (vi boede nederst)

The hotel room we had was great clean and spacious.All staff are nice and friendly. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place to stay and relax in Phuket. Near the Kamala beach just walking distance but I would rather swim in one of the pools of the hotel. Buffet breakfast have variety to choose from and menu changed everyday.

Clean room, modern and new, very nice kids pool (in the middle). However, no trust for hotel guests - needs to pay immidiately and noisy hallways with no sound isolations for the rooms. Wouldnt stay again as a family, but now I know.

Ein nettes Hotel, schöne Poollandschaft und ein nettes Extra ist der Poolzugamg aus dem Zimmer, wenn die anderen noch schlafen. War super morgens! Das Zimmer ist dadurch aber auch eher dunkel, weil man eine Wand direkt davor hat. Weg zum Meer ok, allerdings eher unschön (Müll, stinkender Abflusskanal). Nicht viel in direkter Nähe zu entdecken, aber Bolt und Tuktuk sind sehr erschwinglich. Leckeres Restaurant beim Hotel und gutes Frühstück! Die Zimmer sind hellhörig, was uns aber nicht sehr störte. Service war sehr lieb und aufmerksam. Wir würden es weiter empfehlen!

Absolut ikke et 5-stjernet hotel. Værelset var slet ikke klar ved check-in. Vi måtte selv bede om opredning og håndklæder. Der lå ølflasker og gamle håndklæder. Morgenmaden er langt fra 5-stjernet. Man spiser i en kælder som er så kold at man skal have langærmet trøje på. Alt på hotellet er 3-4 gange så dyrt som hotellet vi kom fra. Værelserne er så dårligt lydisoleret at du kan glemme alt om bare en smule ro på værelset. Alle der går forbi eller taler i værelserne ved siden af kan man tydeligt høre. Der ligger stort set ingenting omkring hotellet, så man skal med taxa til alt indkøb mv. Det er maksimalt et 3-stjernet hotel.

The room wasn’t sound proof so if you are not staying in a corner you will definitely have issues due to kids yelling in the morning or adults acting loudly at evenings in the corridors. To be fair I might have had one of the worst rooms, very close to the elevators, but I feel like this is an issue that the hotel should fix by installing sound proofing. Other than that I think this is a great hotel.

Bra rom og hotel, god frokost , litt rotete oppsett med senger og basseng på taket - spilte veldig høy musikk i baren på taket. Men alt i alt en god opplevelse - nær Kamala stranden og veldig nær Café del mar med bra Beach Club og gode arrangementer. Forventet noe mer for pengene i forhold til andre plasser vi har bodd.

The hotel is conveniently located right across from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sand. There are plenty of beachside restaurants nearby, offering great dining options with a view. One of the best perks was the foot massage spot right at the bottom of the hotel—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The breakfast buffet was good, with a nice selection to start the day. We also appreciated the spacious bathrooms, which added to the comfort of our stay. Overall, a great location and a comfortable stay—would definitely recommend!
