The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, check in was smooth. The 3rd floor had a moldy/mildewy smell in the hall and worse in the room. The front desk person happily changed my room to the 1st floor which the smell was better but still a faint moldy/mildewy smell. The room was clean and spacious.

This place is ghetto. I'm gonna say it now. We drove in to drop off our bags and they were smoking weed in the front. After we check in we drive to the back to park and they are smoking weed back there. Then they hit you with a online fee to park! I had no idea we were gonna be billed to park overnight as I purchased this on Hotels.com. The building is aged from the 80s, the floor isn't even level as you walk through the 2nd floor. You can tell it was an amazing hotel in the 80s but has definitely fallen down. The rug is loose and pulling up in places as well which made us trip on it. The room stunk when we walked in, my wife sprayed everywhere to try and mask the smell. The room was then over the lobby when I asked for a quiet section and we had to call to have the kid stop screaming below because no one told them to be quiet at 11pm! The staff were more interested in talking to each other than doing much else, all speaking Spanish. I'd honestly say look at one of the other nearby hotels nd try them instead of Sheraton here... there are just better places.

Loved this hotel! It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We arrived early and the front desk let us check right in. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was so good and prices were great. They have 24 hour shuttle so that was a plus for us. Everyone we encountered from the desk clerk, bartender, security guard and the very friendly shuttled driver were outstanding. This will become our hotel when flying out of Orlando.
