Came here as a local on a staycation. We were very disappointed with the “resort”. The advertisements boast of 9 pools. There was one pool and a bird bath (kiddie pool) empty with no fountains or jets running and birds hanging out in it. The other seven pools I guess are at the spa which isn’t for hotel guests unless booking a spa treatment. There was no entertainment or music or kid activities or anything expected at a resort. There was an arcade but no more than a 10 minute diversion. The ping pong table had one broken ball. The kids club appeared closed most of the time. The resort also had tons of unsupervised kids. Everywhere I went there were kids without parents running halls, in lobby bar area -kids ages of 2-14 without adults. Surprisingly the kids were well behaved and had no impact on my enjoyment of hotel but still noticeable and many. I used the golf range. The greens were ripped up and terrible at the driving range. The Putting green and sand pits/chipping area were very nice. The towels at the pool were a joke. Thin and hard and too small to wrap around a normal sized body. Pool was chilly-not heated We left at 730am on what was supposed to be a nice family weekend at the resort. We concluded our house was a nicer staycation. Overall my opinion is to stay at a Hampton Inn instead, go to a driving range and pay $10-20 for range balls, head out to a local dinner restaurant and come out ahead by several hundred dollars. Not worth the money to stay here.

It’s a beautiful property and friendly staff. It’s expensive to stay at PGA but what you expect for the overnights. I was disappointed that the resort and parking fees are outrageous. $22 to self park your car in the parking lot and $42 resort fee for basically nothing. I enjoyed the room but don’t think it’s worth the complete cost that you pay.

Excellent property on beautiful grounds. Multiple golf courses and several dining options. Pool is big, clean and heated for night swimming. Rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. Highly recommended.

Loved everything about this property. Rooms were clean and the bed was so comfortable. Plenty of restaurants on site. Very clean!!!! The pool was beautiful. Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgable. Valet crew - thank you! You guys were fantastic. I received my car very quickly each and every very time. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for making our short trip memorable.

There was an enormous cockroach in my bathroom. They did not offer to upgrade my room or any other offering for the inconvenience. I never opened my balcony door so it either came in through the vents or came in from the housekeeper propping open the door. Regardless, it came from inside the property. I was disgusted and was unable to sleep through the night.

The room we were provided felt like a dungeon, dark, walled in on the outside, below grade under the valet entrance. The shower drain was clogged and the tub filled to your knees with filthy water. The gym facility wreaked like mold and fungus so badly I started to cough within minutes and could not use the equipment.

Can’t wait to come back. The property is beautiful and the staff is so professional and friendly. My service animal was treated with kindness and respect. We were given a room with a patio and direct access to the lawn. It was wonderful! See you next year PGA!

The golf, restaurants, public locations are tremendous and the staff is great. However, the cottages are a bit outdated and need maintenance. We had ants and bathroom equipment issues.

Beautiful property with an impressive makeover! My room was enormous and well furnished. Very comfy bed, pillows and linens and separate his / hers sinks and closets. Four restaurants on property including a sushi bar plus a quick market in the lobby which was convenient. Stellar fitness center and a massive pool. Very cool lobby bar and veranda. Enjoyed morning runs around the par 3. Valets were great, always had my car in minutes. Very friendly staff. Only room for improvement would be staffing / management at Honeybelle restaurant. Did I mention everything is new? This is my new go to spot in Palm Beach.

Our first night at the resort, we were in a room that was located near the lobby. They had live music going on until midnight (guests singing along at the top of their lungs as well) and then once that finally stopped, the fire alarm went off at 2 am and I had to take my two young kids outside in the cold. Our resort view room also looked directly into a wall. Not much of a view. I complained to the front desk the next morning for the terrible first night saying that they advertise themselves as a family friendly resort. They willingly let us move to one of their cottages and keep our original room rate. The cottage was a short drive from the main building, easy parking. The cottage was great we absolutely loved it and will be coming back again next year! The pool was so much fun for the kids and relaxing for me.

The service was indifferent. I was dropped off by Uber at valet. It was not busy. Valets stood around talking an no one opened my door, helped me out or ask if I needed assistance. I had dinner at the bar. It wasn’t busy. After food delivered, no one checked on me to ask if all ok. No one came to refill my water or offer me another cocktails. At one point, one of the valets was working behind the bar. Restaurant did not open for breakfast until 830. Had to settle for cafe in lobby. Poor selection of healthy options. Water pressure in shower very poor.

Great stay as a whole. Very friendly & helpful staff. Everyone I encountered was fantastic, from check-in, housekeeping, restaurants... I was definitely impressed! My room was spacious, clean & comfortable. I would absolutely stay again for business or pleasure!

It's our second visit and both times at checkout, found multiple charges from the bar and coffee shop that weren't ours. One charge of $56 for 2 coffees and 2 egg sandwiches was plenty to pay, so luckily they removed the second $50 erroneous charge.

Check in was slow. The only check in person was talking for at least 10 minutes to someone about their daughter visiting them while there was a line to check in. Finally someone else came. Overnight I find out I was charged another incidental fee and another resort fee despite prepaying both and being there for less than 12 hours. I was charged the additional fees 48 minutes before check out and we’d been gone since 7 am. We only planned for one night so there was no reason to charge us again. Trying to get your money back is impossible and no one seems to know or care what happened. I’ve had to nag accounting for 3 days to get someone to tell me they’ll call me back. They were supposed to call back Monday. Don’t stay here. It’s a pretty hotel but the service is terrible and no one seems to know how to give your money back but they sure know how to take it. Even when they don’t know why they did it

Had a GREAT stay about the PGA National. Was there for almost two weeks. Can't say enough great things about it. I'll start with the staff - awesome service, from top to bottom. The check-in staff, lobby bartenders, restaurant waiters, concierge, staff at the spa, etc. were all top notch! A special shout out to the front desk manager, Chris Gordon, who bent over backwards, and was very patient and kind, to accommodate many of the special requests I had. The main restaurant was great, the bar was wonderful, the grounds were well kept, the property was beautiful, the valet parking attendants were helpful, and the spa was great. The only slight ding I would give was the lobby bar menu - could be a bit more diverse and broader; a relatively limited selection. But beyond that, AWESOME!

The property was beautiful, well maintained. Staff was friendly, especially the bar staff in the lobby. This issue was upon check out they could not find my husbands golf clubs!!! Misplaced, lost was words we received. My husband had to walk back to the pro shop to find them himself. For the clubs to sitting in plain sight when he walked in the door. So who was the curbside valet speaking with back there and what kind of looking were they doing in the pro shop!!! We were detained with all of that nonsense. My husband golfs all over the U.S. and has NEVER had this happen before!!! The concern was lackluster as well. Never going back!!!

The service was indifferent. I was dropped off by Uber at valet. It was not busy. Valets stood around talking an no one opened my door, helped me out or ask if I needed assistance. I had dinner at the bar. It wasn’t busy. After food delivered, no one checked on me to ask if all ok. No one came to refill my water or offer me another cocktails. At one point, one of the valets was working behind the bar. Restaurant did not open for breakfast until 830. Had to settle for cafe in lobby. Poor selection of healthy options. Water pressure in shower very poor.

Wonderful weekend. We stayed for the PGA tournament. It’s a very nice place to stay with easy access to the tournament. Very enjoyable facilities, excellent restaurants and good service around.

Service was great. We liked the spacious room and balcony. Beautiful lake front property that has old charm look. About 25 mins to PBI airport. We are not golfers but certainly a haven for them.

This hotel is tucked away surrounded by the golf course. There is nothing around the hotel that is within walking distance so once you are at the resort, it's all about the resort and you are at the mercy of the amenities and restaurants onsite. The pool is lovely, but it was closed for a private event one afternoon/evening of our stay. The lobby bar is social but I waited 10 minutes to get a drink despite the bar staff seemingly doing nothing. The Japanese restaurant is a must do. Such a unique dining experience. I might have considered returning to this hotel but for the fact the beds are SO UNCOMFORTABLE! For me this was a dealbreaker and somewhat like sleeping on a giant marshmallow. My back barely endured our 3 night stay. We were told by staff that the beds are an issue for many. So my question is...why have they done nothing to remedy the issue? To me it shows total lack of respect for guest comfort.

It's a beautiful resort. The staff is very good. The only thing that was disappointing is that you cannot walk around the resort. It's a gorgeous area with wide paved "roads" for the golf & maintenance carts, but no walking allowed. And there are no sidewalks on the roads leading into the resort.

Very overpriced everywhere on property. Service is poor a prices are unreasonably high for below average food, with extremely small portions. We learned quickly to go off property for dining because the food was so poor.

the steak house is absolutely terrific, if pricey. beautiful golf opportunity, large inviting pool, staff is wonderful. I just had to walk a mile from the desk to my room and I hated the mid century modern look on the room with terrible khaki green colors. The bath was also awkwardly redone, tho I liked the white cabinet and overhead shower.

The resort facilities were beautiful and the room sizes are generous. Beautiful appointments. My only comment to suggest for improvement is Birdies Diner could improve on food offerings and prepared quality. The food was basic Denny’s style and for this Caliber of a resort I expected something that was a 4 start breakfast versus a 2 star. Coffee was weak, dry eggs and bacon so hard it would shatter like glass if thrown against the wall. Even my toast was Sahara Desert dry. Disappointed because one of my favourite things to enjoy is a fancy breakfast while away.I recommend upper management does a ghost visit and eats there to see what I mean. I would recommend having a car rental so you can tour Jupiter and Palm Beach. The pool area was absolutely stunning and the rooms where generous in size. The designer of the facility did a great job. We ate at Honey Belles I think it was called and has the best burger and Salmon we have ever had so that was impressive. The chef there is award winning. We will return to this resort. Hopefully by then they can improve the breakfast.

No notification of a junior tournament happening at the property. Missed 3 days worth of golf and then champions course was closed for the week starting Monday, AFTER I extended our stay… No upgrades offered, no refund for the round I booked at champions course, only a voucher to play Palmers course at 5 o’clock Sunday evening. Richard at Honeybelle saved the day and was generous enough to book me a tee time at his member club nearby! Great hospitality from Richard! Butchers club food is incredible. Sushi by bou, order the “Big Mac”!

Golfer heaven! Beautiful room, wonderful resort. Unfortunately no room service. The main restaurant Butcher's is good, fairly expensive but not extreem for West Palm Beach. The Honeybelle restaurant was closed for breakfast. The food was not what might be expected for a resort of this kaliber. Good thing is that there are many decent restaurants within a few miles of the resort. Even for a non-golfer I would stay here again

The pool was closed for lightning. The storm passed and the pool normally closes at 8:00 p.m. it was 6:00 p.m. I called the front desk and the concierge and they both gave me different answers as to why the pool was never reopened. It was 85° out and we are there for two nights. No pool... And they're absolutely was no lightning in the area. Tried to play ping pong the next day no one could find any paddles or balls... To employees unwillingly tried to help and never returned. The carpets are absolutely disgusting filthy old and and desperate need of replacement. The hallway was never vacuumed in the three days that we were there. The pool area is lovely but this property completely lacks attention to detail.
