An Exceptional Team - I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff at this hotel! We were there during the storm and unexpectedly had to extend our stay for additional days because our Amtrak Auto Train was canceled. What could have been an extremely stressful and difficult experience turned into a much more comfortable and pleasant stay, thanks to the outstanding staff and their genuine care and professionalism. A special thank-you to General Manager, and Assistant General Manager, for their exceptional leadership, kindness, and dedication. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were accommodated and well taken care of. Their compassion made a difference. I also want to recognize the housekeeping staff and the wonderful team members working at the front desk. Every interaction reflected a spirit of teamwork and a genuine desire to help. It was clear that everyone worked together to welcomed and care for all guests.

My room had a musty and urine like smell to it, i think the carpet needed shampooing. The universal machine in the gym was out of order with broken cables. I must say the staff was very helpful and nice. The morning breakfast was pretty good with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and biscuits and gravy daily.The hotel is adjacent to a strip mall with a Winn Dixie, a pizza parlor, and a chinese take out joint..There were plenty of parking spots in the hotel parking lot

Sketchy place. Rooms substandard/water coming through ceiling!. No AC in handicapped room 101. No hot water in 223. Ran out of breakfast items 30 minutes before stop time...Questionable billing practices.; Staff was ok but the facility is a train wreck and policy practices whoa

I came here for one night stay with my family and only to find out that that my room was not available. I had a reservation and they stuck us in different room. I had minors with me and had to manage two different rooms. The staff only gave us an option to cancel our reservation or stay in two different rooms. That is the most ridiculous experience I had. I will never stay at BW period.

The room was clean, but I asked for a 1st floor, and when I mentioned that he said there's an elevator right over to the left. Pool looked old and dirty. When I pulled up to hotel there was a foam mattress out front, and the front desk said they were drying it. I said are you still gonna use it, and he said yes it's for the sleeper sofa. Yuck!
