We loved our suite it was very clean and we had everything we needed the grounds were clean and beautiful. The hot tub broke while we were staying but was fixed the very next day. Great place highly recommended!

We love Legacy its our home away from home when we want a little staycation we go several times a year and always leave happy. The staff is amazing and the property is as well, the pool is huge and there are tons of amenities on site. We just celebrated my husbands bday there this last weekend and could not have been happier they reallt went above and beyond.

The staff at this resort are friendly and helpful, and the amenities are nice, especially the large heated pool and jacuzzi. Lots of kids seemed to enjoy the sand volleyball pit, the game room, and the mini golf course. All of these amenities are open until 11pm, and it's pretty rare to find a hotel pool that's open that late. (Last week, I stayed in a hotel where the pool closed at 8pm!) The exercise room had a number of machines and free weights, which were enjoyed by a number of Olympian athletes who were staying when we were there. Renting a Tesla, we appreciated the two Tesla chargers and one non-Tesla charger for electric vehicles. The amenities and the spacious rooms are major plusses for this resort. The only negative was that the inside of our room had a couple of weird, minor blemishes that seemed out of character. The master bathroom was gleaming and brand-new with a massive shower that could hold about 10 people, but the second bathroom had significant chips out of the tub, a rough paint job, and chunks out of the door. The same goes with a sliding closet door that was busted and broken pull-string for a ceiling fan. These were the only blights on an otherwise fantastic stay.

The suite was great, very spacious and comfortable and clean. The buildings and grounds need some maintenance as there’s definitely some wear and tear and needs for some paint and touch ups. The fitness center: minimal equipment and really struggled with the basics. Go back to a good set of dumbbells would improve a bit, and add some cooing or fans. Pool was great!

Nice place to stay in, however the tennis place had no lights in the evening…considering all activities or for the most parts some are untill 11pm so some light would help to better enjoy the tennis court and the mini golf as well. Other than that a fantastic place

Great place! Many activities and things to do. Rooms should have a few more essentials such as toilet paper towels etc. Was amazed at warmth of massive outdoor pool and hot tub was hot! They couls have one or even two more spas as it gets overrun with people. Pool is big enough but 1 small hot tub not. All around great visit & Palm Coast itself is the Diamond of Florida!!

Loved the pool. Location is great. Lots of places to walk & bike. Gym was ok - they need to buy a rack of dumbbells. Jacuzzi was a little dirty. The bikes were in poor condition.

Dated but spotless and roomy. Pool is lovely. Just a short walk/drive to European Village restaurants. Frog serenade at night is quite loud- most of my group weren’t bothered by it.

Room smelt mouldy on entering which made me feel uncomfortable, sofa uncomfortable, Bed uncomfortable, yellow Water when filling up the master tub, dirty smelly ponds , no heat on the main pool, I booked two nights my partner got sick with a fever and then I got sick with respiratory problems , we just left at 11pm as I was afraid to stay overnight with my breathing problems ,it was definitely the mould in the A/C that was the problem , not a good trip and i didn't want to complain as I had no energy todo so, we had to drive a 1.5 hour journey back home, I'm feeling much better today and recovering from the bacterial I inhaled during my stay . Very disappointed

It was the most dirtiest hotel we ever stayed. Building looks nice outside but inside of hotel room was absolutely disgusting. it was infested with cockroaches and ants all over the kitchen. Also both of bathroom toilet was running all day long. I do not recommend this place.

I have stayed here many times each year when I come too Palm Coast to see my family. The property is awesome, grounds are extremely nice, and the rooms are always very clean.

The place is not kept up. Unit 16D was not updated in any way - oven had roaches inside the clock - Old furniture, etc. The grounds are poorly kept - not a great experience - sorry to say.

The room was older and could use some updating, especially the furniture. That being said, I would have given this resort (which is more like a small condo community) 4 stars for its roominess, price, and location; but the beds were absolutely the most uncomfortable beds both me and my husband have ever attempted to sleep in. I never knew beds could be so hard, yet so utterly soft at the same time. This is unfortunate, because the extra bedroom and the fully stocked kitchen were so convenient. I can overlook an uncomfortable sofa with some 80s granny condo decor, but these beds are an absolute deal breaker. I would stay here again if the beds were better. Note on cleanliness: most of the unit was clean but did show signs of age. Dirtiest part of the unit were the louvered doors separating the master bath from the master bed. They were caked with dust.

Outdoor space is great. Room…not so much, they are very dated. It reminds me of the “before” photos of a DIY tv show. When they focus from outdoors to the rooms, it will be amazing. It’s a work in progress, give it time.

The rooms are dated and the furniture in LR is not acceptable. We had to cover with sheet to sit on it. Very worn. Dining table and chairs dated and wobbly. Beds not very comfortable. There are stains on carpets. The seating on patio not comfortable with no padding. The grounds are wonderful and very well maintained. Pool is very nice.

Wonderful stay and overall experience at Legacy in Palm Coast. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful, especially by sharing their suggestions. The villa (suite) was like very large for the two of us. Super comfortable space. While our unit didn’t have updated finishes, it was clean and suffice, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in the unit. We especially liked the balconies throughout, the heated pool on the premises, and the ability to drive a very short distance to European Village and dining, as well as just 15-20 minutes to the beach. Overall, Legacy is a great value and price point to the alternative of being crammed up in a hotel room! We will be returning to Legacy when we visit Palm Coast again!

Overall it was a great stay. Good location and infrastructure with many amenities. The exit of the fence to the Saint John trail was awesome. I thought the master bedroom could have used some curtains (I'm a light sleeper) and the mattress was a bit too spring for my taste, but the apartment itself was ample and well equipped.

Beautiful area, great staff, love the restaurants and shopping in the area, the room was beautiful, the layout was perfect. However… The mattress in the king bedroom was extremely old with no support and needs a serious replacement. Also the couch and chairs in the living area were extremely uncomfortable

We reserved and paid for a premier suite on the ground floor. My husband is handicapped and cannot climb stairs well. I put in the notes on hotels.com that were needed a ground floor, and when the resort called two days prior to our arrival, I confirmed the premier suite and ground floor. I also let them know my husband is handicapped. The resort has no elevators. When we arrived i was told there was no premier suite available on the ground floor. I was not offered an ADA suite. The only available was a downgraded regular suite. The suite was an absolute disaster! It was literally rotting. All cabinetry, furniture, tables, lamps, and appliances were very old and damaged. Lamps literally glued together with pieces missing from the shade. Cracked tile. Mold all over the bathroom trim. The screen porch glass doors were terrible to try to open. The carpet was covered in burns holes, the screens were filthy, their was garbage floating in the ponds. The location of our suite was directly behind the entrance sign, so all night every car that came in shined right into the master bedroom window. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the dispenser. The list is incredibly long. The staff was condescending and paid no regard to our situation, offering to waive the resort fee as the only remedy.This is how they treat their guests with disabilities.....absolutely disgusting. We would NEVER stay here again.
We reserved and paid for a premier suite on the ground floor. My husband is handicapped and cannot climb stairs well. I put in the notes on hotels.com that were needed a ground floor, and when the resort called two days prior to our arrival, I confirmed the premier suite and ground floor. I also let them know my husband is handicapped. The resort has no elevators. When we arrived i was told there was no premier suite available on the ground floor. I was not offered an ADA suite. The only available was a downgraded regular suite. The suite was an absolute disaster! It was literally rotting. All cabinetry, furniture, tables, lamps, and appliances were very old and damaged. Lamps literally glued together with pieces missing from the shade. Cracked tile. Mold all over the bathroom trim. The screen porch glass doors were terrible to try to open. From the first conversation with Dawn, to driving out, it was excellent. Tons of amenities but it was the friendly staff that made the visit great. I will not stay anywhere else in Palm Coast again. A true value at 10x the price !!!! Did I mention the staff could not have been more helpful, friendly, or accommodating ???

The staff called me two days before to see I needed anything and called in the morning of arrival and asked if I needed anything. Quick easy check in. Master bedroom has a huge bathroom with a large deep soaking tub plus a shower stall. Great furniture. Working kitchen. Great value for the $$$$

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Super clean! Great amenities, decor a little dated in our unit but everything worked perfectly and was super comfortable. Budget friendly! Would recommend!

Whatever you do, don't do a late check in. I called and told them I was going to check in the next day because of a family emergency. Was told no problem and they would see me when I get there. I show up and was told that I was a no show and there was no availability. Finally after several phone calls a room was available. Not the greatest but a place to sleep.

The gym was closed the whole time! I booked this specificity for the gym and was NOT notified prior to check in so I could cancel! And they let someone check into my room with out authorization!

The level of customer service is amazing. Every interaction was courteous, friendly, respectful, and genuine. So many reasons for a great review but the service was the main attraction.

Great resort! Loved the space for us. We brought our pup and he enjoyed the beautiful walks around the property. My girls enjoyed the pool & activities available. We were close to Publix, food,and other necessities. The beachwas only a 10-15 minute drive.

Wonderful stay and overall experience at Legacy in Palm Coast. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful, especially by sharing their suggestions. The villa (suite) was like very large for the two of us. Super comfortable space. While our unit didn’t have updated finishes, it was clean and suffice, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in the unit. We especially liked the balconies throughout, the heated pool on the premises, and the ability to drive a very short distance to European Village and dining, as well as just 15-20 minutes to the beach. Overall, Legacy is a great value and price point to the alternative of being crammed up in a hotel room! We will be returning to Legacy when we visit Palm Coast again!

Comfortable but dated. Needed a much larger TV. Was there for golfing so when I was looking to just chill, I would’ve preferred a minimum 55 in TV. Otherwise quiet and close to everything you would need.

Dated but spotless and roomy. Pool is lovely. Just a short walk/drive to European Village restaurants. Frog serenade at night is quite loud- most of my group weren’t bothered by it.

Bella struttura, buoni servizi, appartamento molto ampio ma datato. Calabroni vicino alla porta di ingresso, idromassaggio vicino alla piscina piccolo e mal funzionante. Ambiente esterno un po' trasandato. Personale gentile. Per le spiagge ponte da percorrere al costo di 3 dollari

Room was clean. We were about five minutes from town. The area was clean, the hot tub & pool was clean. Lobby was also a clean area, the Staff on site was friendly also very helpful.

Area has a private toll bridge. The attendant collecting the tolls that morning was upset I didn't have anything smaller than a 20.00. He took my money and slammed it down on his counter and mumbled something at me. Not sure what he was upset about. As a single older woman it caught me off guard and felt threatening. I won't visit that area again if that is how they treat visitors. Unprofessional behavior.

This wasn't a great stay. The tvs are extremely small. The blankets are uncomfortable, I got the absolute worst sleep. Things were broken or worn out. The doors didn't lock properly. There is no actual hand soap in the bathrooms- just "facial cleaner" . The soap in the shower was practically empty. I'm glad we only stayed one night because this is not somewhere I would stay again.
