Das Hotel liegt in einem schönen Stadtteil von Jacksonville. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants fussläufig erreichbar. Auch die Strandnähe mit 8 min Autofahrt macht das Hotel attraktiv.

They put a 40.00 hold on my card for incidentals, they never gave it back to me. I called a number of times and nobody was ever available to help me and so I disputed tthe 40.00 with my card company.

The staff were not accommodating. Housekeeping walked in to our rooms unannounced and early awakening my wife and I. Room was not stocked with enough towels for every other day service. The worst part of my stay was the mattress. It was hard and wore out. My wife and I didn’t sleep well and woke up sore. For a Hilton property the sleep was unacceptable. For all of the above reasons avoid at all costs.

The room had an odor of pet urine/The door needed a heavy push to latch/The stationary glass door to the balcony was off kilter and therefore did not seal properly/mildew in the shower/Crumbs on the floor/Keurig had white buildup inside/mildew on the balcony/mud dauber nests on the balcony ceiling/pool and hot tub had strong chlorine odor/ice maker on floor 2 & 3 not working.

We asked for an ”accessible” bathroom and the room was the furthest from the elevators. We went out for the day assuming housekeeping would empty the garbage, give us fresh towels and replenish the coffee. None of those things were done. We called and housekeeping responded with towels and coffee. Signage says there is ice on 2nd, 4th and 6th floor. We were on the 5th floor, I went to the 6th floor where the signage told me ice could be found at the front desk.
