4th floor corner - great location. Wish we could have enjoyed the deck more.Deck needs some serious attention. Furniture is dangerous. Very rusty and dirty and beach supplies are very dirty and old. Floor doesn't look like it's ever cleaned.Nice condo decor but could use some updates especially the window treatments. They are very dusty and look dirty. We have been coming to Gulf Place for 8 years......we miss the old Santa Rosa. Soon you will not be able to see the ocean from the condo decks because of the tall homes. not the same without Sunrise Coffee ....... the new elevator is great!!

We loved the view of the ocean from the balcony and the easy access to the beach! The place was clean, in good shape and nicely decorated.

Everything was good. There is a wasp next on the balcony so unfortunately we couldn’t go on the balcony

Loved the view from Condo. The bed mattress was a little hard for our liking. We really enjoyed the stay. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals and save from eating out every night. We will be back.
