La Quinta by Wyndham Sarasota Downtown

The night manager was not friendly at all. The room was not very clean and I found dead flies on the floor like it was just exterminated. The pool needed cleaning and the laundry room was dirty. The free breakfast was just ok. Parking was good. I will never stay at this hotel chain ever again.

Right on the good part/bad part of the area, but this hotel was clean and great location.

First off, it was nice to be able to book this location last minute during a busy week. We had to cancel another location up the road due to them misrepresenting their property. Parking was easy, John and his wife were amazing. I felt so welcomed, appreciated and like I belonged there. Any issue I had or had a question about was handled calmly and professionally. The breakfast was tasty, hot, and supervised in a southern charm type of way. Thank you. I will be looking at this location again in the future when I come to visit family in Sarasota.

One night stay, enjoyed the very clean pool, hotel room was clean, hallway smelled like urine in a few spots, but this area was probably for people with pets.... but would stay here again. Staff very friendly.
