WORST La Quinta I have ever stayed in! Dirty and smelled like wet dog! My biggest complaint is the check-in process. I did a pre-check-in online which required me to upload a copy of my drivers license and provide my license plate. Doing so ensured that I would not have to provide these documents when I checked in, making the process faster. Once I got to the hotel, there was only a virtual kiosk to check in, which was very slow, and there was a line of people. When I rang the bell at the front desk, Someone did appear, and then demanded I show all of the documentation that I had already provided during the online check-in process. That only was I annoyed, he was rude.

Everything was ok,but no meat for breakfast

All I can say is if you are choosing this place for the pool like myself, save time , energy and stress by moving on to another…. The pool looked like something I seen in a movie…. I was afraid to let my grandkids get in because sickness from bacteria and honestly, who wants to feel like a swamp monster? I’m so severely disappointed, total waste of money to pay extra for a pool you can’t use. The room was not very clean, strangers hairs all over the room, my husband refused to use their shower because of how dirty and run down it looked Toilet stopped up from just peeing, and the shower soaked the floor I hope they get this place fixed up and can maintain it Getting so hard to find decent hotels
