Great customer service and good amenities

The room was musty smelling when we entered, the carpet was old, faded and dirty. there was black mold on the ceiling in the shower and the tub was stained with mildew. The sofa and sofa bed mattress were worn and stained. the mattress was in terrible condition.

Rooms were in unexpected conditions. The bathroom was horrible. Could barely open the water. The facets were covered in mildew and were dripping. The bathtub was stained with I don’t know what. Having two kids under the age of 4 cleanliness is priority and I would’ve booked elsewhere had I known. The light cover over the bed was broken. Not Marriott standards.

Very nice property, good location.

The hotel itself was fantastic. The problem we had was the noise. All night loud cars, motorcycles, sirens, and not to mention the music blasting from these cars as they cruised up and down the street all night. Great place to stay if you don't want to sleep.
