Clean rooms, friendly staff, walking path, and waffle house nearby

Room was good, only 2 towels given for a room of 5 people & staff acted like it was an issue to have more, received 2 more after going back & forth but still couldn't have a 5th one of us had to dry with pool towels, they didn't have turkey sausage effects though i called & asked before booking, but they got more on my last day of my stay. Ran out of omlettes, pancake printer kept malfunctioning. Pool was ice cold, i know i saw a picture of a hottub when booking but it wasnt there just the cold pool. The staff is nice though. Lobby men's bathroom was in terrible condition, feces all splattered on the walls. And for some reason the hotel called my room phone & cell phone at like 1030pm, seemed strange so i dust answer don't know why they think its acceptable to call someone so late at night.

Elevator and halls had terrible odor. Rooms were fairly clean except for the hair in my tub and the staff personal who checked me in was very rude. Maybe it was an off night but will not be staying there again.

The parking was not well lit and several people loitering in the parking lots.

Facilities were excellent. Clean, friendly staff. Would be greater if they have more lighting in the parking lot. Little more options for breakfast, we stayed for 5 days and it was the same hot breakfast everyday.

Everything was clean and nice. Only problem was when we returned from the concert, all parking spaces were occupied. Had to park at the Waffle House.

Check in was supposed to be at 2pm. We arrive at 2:20 and the room was not ready yet. Good hot breakfast and the pool was great.

It was well maintained and seemed really clean except for the blood smears on the bathroom door handle.

Room door was cracked open when I arrived. There was hair in the bedsheets. Overall just very gross in the room.

Not clean, room full of bugs. Structure is all broken, bath walls . Shampoo soap etc really bad quality all watery. Try another hotel.

We had a great stay! Room was updated, clean and bed was very comfortable. All staff that we interacted with were friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was very good, nice selection. We were very happy with our stay here. 😊

The bed was comfortable, and the room was pretty clean, including the bathroom. I chose this hotel based on my good impression of staying in Holiday Inn Express in 2014 in Sacramento, CA. However, this time, I was disappointed with the service quality. I was given a rook with a king bed, which was very close to the main street. During the night, I experience a lot of noise from the street and from people talking in front of the hotel's main entrance. Apparently, there was a code or regulation prohibiting loud talking in front of the main entrance door after 11 pm. I had one of the worst quality of sleep because of the noise. The lock of the room door was not working correctly, and the reception had no other room with a king bed. Since the lock did not work, I used the deadbolt to ensure no one would get access to my room. Other guests were not considerate when they closed their rooms--they slammed the doors, which caused a lot of noise after 11 pm. This could be due to the doors' poor design or the lack of care on the side of the guests. The quality of breakfast could have been much better. When more than 10 people eat breakfast at one time, there should be at least more than one bottle of milk to serve people. Further, I observed that the hotel was understaffed, as the guy who was taking care of the breakfast was the only one working in that section, hardly accommodating different demands. He needed more help with sorting out matters.

Breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and food was good and hot. Beds was very comfortable and room was clean.

Ed the front desks receptionist needs a raise or recognition because how he made or stay.

Room was large and comfortable, bed was large and we slept well. Staff were not particularly receptive to being told when something was wrong. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special. Used towels were removed but not replaced. Coffee stuff was not replaced. Overall, the place was OK but service could be improved.

The front desk was super attentive and helpful. Check in was simple and we felt comfortable with the whole stay.

I did provide her with my driver license. The woman who worked that night was treating me rude and wouldn’t listen to me. Before she call her manager she told me that it was a 50 dollar fee and when she got on the phone it went to a 100 dollar fee . She charged the woman before me 50 dollars and treated her with care. She didn’t want me to get the room due to is told her i was homeless.But that day i had been moving all that day and was exhausted. Because of the way i was getting treated i asked her for a refund and I’ll go somewhere where that’s when her and her manager kept on and told me that i needed to leave and to never come back. Paid 216.00 for a room i never got

The staff were AMAZING! They were helpful and super nice! The room was clean and the free breakfast was delicious! We will definitely be staying there again and recommending it to friends and family!

The front desk lady was very polite and informative at check in. The place was clean and well maintained. Rooms were clean, quiet and spacious. The breakfast had a nice variety and the attendant was very nice.

This was the perfect place to stay in Alpharetta! The room was very clean & comfortable! The staff was helpful & friendly! This is my favorite hotel to stay at when we attend concerts at Ameris Bank Stadium. I felt very safe!

Close to the venue that I needed to go to for an event. Waffle House next door and close to other restaurants. This was a nice hotel.

Our family did not feel safe while on this property. I had to call security at 1am when a fight broke out in the hallway outside my door. We chose to skip the included breakfast because we did not feel safe taking our kids to sit in the lobby with the rift raft that was crowding the area. The sheets in the bed had stains and hair on them. We will not be staying here again.

I paid on Expedia and at check-in was asked for my credit like normal. Only, they charged me a second time leaving my bank account depleted. The manager said that was normal and each credit card chooses the amount for incidentals. Then, at check out, I asked for a receipt and she said no because it was booked through Expedia. They take no accountability. They did not have the cinnamon rolls either. Trash was sprawled across the entry way when we were leaving. The three positives were hot shower, clean beds, and cold air.

Rooms were very clean and updated. Beds were comfortable. Very nice. Only down side was breakfast was out by 9. They tried to replenish but was unable before I had to leave.

The breakfast was not good. They ran out of several items very early. The food was cold. The staff was very nice. It was very clean. I would stay again. Maybe they just had a bad day regarding the breakfast

The two men who worked at the front desk were very friendly and attentive. When I asked to be placed next to my friend they had already done it without me asking. That to me is superb service. The only critique I would have is the hot breakfast. I found it to be very underwhelming and not appetizing whatsoever. I would stick with the cereal.
