stay here often. always super accommodating staff. very clean and quiet rooms

The room was fine, seemed relatively newly renovated. Evening staff was iffy, I had a paid reservation and a 10pm checkin, called them ahead to let them know. Was told they're overbooked and they weren't sure they have a room for me... weird. They said the same thing once I arrived at the front desk. Then figured out they do have the rooms for me. The clerk at teh front desk, wasn't trained on how to speak to guests. Was nice but super confusing. He sounded like a security person asked to fill in at the front desk. Morning staff was much better. These types of places are not hotels in any sense of the term. They're just a place to rest your bones where you have no place to stay.

I booked I got to the hotel after driving almost a hour to get there and they didn’t have any rooms available 😡😡😡
