Wish there were more meat or vegetarian options. There was only pork meat. Also, the cereal and juice area was unkempt the first two days I was there, with gnats and food visible. Despite how customers dont clean uo after self, and they should, it should be monitored. Room was spacious and comfortable.

When we arrived, we were given the wrong room. We booked a king; they gave us two doubles. We booked this room four months in advance, so we weren't bumped due to capacity. The staff insisted they could do nothing about it. Every wall we saw and the elevator, too, had impact damage that had yet to be fixed; two lights in our room didn't work; the bathroom has a flimsy closet door that does not latch closed, and the wall outlet was scorched where the heat/ac unit was plugged in, indicating a prior fire/electrical issue. The property insisted the room-type mix-up was Hotels.com's fault, but Hotels.com insisted the property had to approve a refund. However, the property owner ignored Hotels.com's attempts to resolve the issue. It is unsurprising that the property owner neglects communication, rents out rooms with fire damage on a wall, and has no functional bathroom door. By 9 AM, the breakfast bar had no protein left, and half the juice dispensers were filled with water. That was sad. I'll probably be filing a dispute with my bank to get my money back.
