Extended Stay America Select Suites - Atlanta - Alpharetta - Northpoint - East

This was the WORST hotel we have ever been to. The shower head was gone, bed stains, no sheets or blanket on sofa bed, barely any towels, you had to pay for extra towels, WiFi, utensils and cookware.

Internet service paid. No coffee. No staff even to checkout at 9am.

The front desk, clerks name was Solomon, and he was very nice. I can’t believe there’s not even a coffee machine in this room. I’m not gonna book here again

The price was great! And it is close to everything. However, it did not have any dishes, utensils or pots and pans. You can rent dishes for $20 and Pots and pans for $40. We were only there for 4 nights so it was not work it to rent them. We went to Walmart and bought a few cheap things. Nor was there and iron and ironing board. There are on hand towels either, just 2 big towels and 2 wash clothes. The fitness center was closed as they have cut out most amenities because the Extended stay next door has all of that. But you aren't allowed to use it unless you are staying at that location. The rooms were okay, and it was quiet. All in all, it was a good stay.

As an inexpensive option this worked great for my four night stay. Hand towels in the room would have been nice. The room was clean . Nice kitchenette to use if you want. It was close to lots of amenities with a vehicle. Would stay again. Good value for money

It was fine really and I guess you get what you pay for. To get additional linens you had to pay for them. There was nothing in kitchen as far as supplies. No plates silverware etc. very basic. Someone kept propping the door to outside. Ones that require a key card. That was bothersome.

The bath rooms were so old and the blanket had some insect infection. I would never ever visit any extended stay hotel. There was no dustbin in the restroom. There was continuous banging noise all through the night . I would say I hardly noticed 2-3 cars on the parking the whole day during a weekend. People stopped staying at this place. This hotel should go through a complete renovation before anyone can actually visit again.

We did not stay. We checked in and went to our room. It was a large space with a mini kitchen. It was drab but i was happy for a large space for our family of 5. However within a couple minutes of being in the room, my son saw 2 cockroaches and someone's left-behind clothing. I informed the desk we would not be staying. The guy at the counter did not argue or say much so i have a feeling it is a known problem. Hopefully they get an exterminator there regularly and take care of it because it seems like it could be a decent place!

Very ugly and filthy space. Dirty couch and carpet. Bathroom door was rotten and need to be replaced. Appliance do not work . Worst than any road side motel

Old, not clean. Smoky smell. I had to change rooms 2 times because the rooms hadn’t been cleaned and one had a refrigerator full of old food.

The room itself was worn - lights didn't work, cabinets didn't close, floor was sticky... Won't be back. Also found that the Expedia rate was higher than a 'normal' check in. We won't be using either Expedia or Extended Stay ever again.

Words cant express how perfect the staff here are. The maintenance guys are so kind helpful and kerp the place spotless. Sapphire has such an upbeat friendly personality and she takes care of guest as if theyre her friends. Dawanna is such a sweetheart. Shes so kind and makes the place shine bright. Boris is such a humble kind professional mngr. when we checked out after a long stay. I felt I would actually miss them and im so grateful for them during this time that we have to wait a few months for our house to be built. They treated us so nicely and the place is very clean. Thanks 💛

Very nasty… smelly…. Nothing exciting very aged room. The pictures on the website aren’t what the room looks like. It was creepy and we slept with out clothes on the entire time. Never again the longest 12 hrs ever

They didn't have the room i booked and ended up finding another one. It was huge. Party of 5 fit in very comfortably.

Worse experience ever!!! I booked two rooms at the same time got conformation on the rooms only to find out that only one room was booked for the second person. Upon checking they said i was booked at another location. How did that happen when both were booked at the same time. After driving from State to State to go to wedding reception which i missed trying to get my room situation straight out now mind you they already debit my card for the room that i never got. Upon talking to several customer service reps i was told that my reservation was at another hotel so at this point i said just give me the address to the hotel where i do have a reservation and don't cancel it because im tired and need somewhere to relax ( that didn't happen) got the address went to the second hotel and they say oh the company called and canceled that reservation. So again im back on the phone with them there is nothing they can do can't get me a room can't give me my money back. I asked to speak with a manager was told several times that one was going to call me back in ten minutes. THAT NEVER HAPPENED!!!! We had to book at another hotel and did i get and apology NO. Called back on Monday to speak with a manager talked with a manager no apology from him either but refund my money in 7 to 10 business days! Thanks for the horrible experience WILL NEVER USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN!

Motel was overbooked no one called or notified me I showed up at the property on the day of my reservation and was told I was out of luck all the rooms were full no assistance from Motel. Thankfully Expedia help me find another motel and got my refund

Filthy rooms, rude staff, especially management, they DO NOT CHANGE SHEETS. They don’t apologize for mistakes they make. No consistency at all. Cheap and weak

The address attached to the reservation is for the extended stay studio apartments next door. After finally finding the correct address and checking in on friday evening, I was informed of a $100 deposit, my card was then ran twice and i verified the amounts on my bank. I was told the deposit would be refunded upon check out on Sunday. On Monday, I see another transaction from the hotel for $84.00 and the $100 was not refunded or pending. I called the hotel and was told it may take a few days for the refund... and they did not see any other charges listed. I was advised to call back next day..

Nice area around corner from job saves $$ off UBER smh staff Kool, bldg lil run down fresh coat of paint fix imo, quiet at nite, had to get dressed n go outside if u wanna smoke however but not a big issue

It was close to good shopping and near 19/400 which is an easy off and on the expressway. It was not super clean; room was not in full working order and some of the staff just plain did not seem to care. We would not stay here again.
