The room was clean and was sufficiently large. Bathroom was above average. Check-in clerk was friendly and efficient. It is convenient to a number of restaurants. However there was trash in the parking lot. The other tenants were also noisy, making sleep difficult. I would still recommend this hotel.

Property was under construction and completely booked. Staff in the evening was friendly and kept the place looking nice, the morning team was lazy, sitting around looking at their phones while the garbage can was piling over. Not a good breakfast experience.

Hotel staff was best ever—so friendly and helpful from desk, kitchen and cleaning. One bed had frame protruding slightly which bumped my leg. Automatic doors on front closed too quickly and bumped my fragile wife. Just beware those two things and stay will be wonderful with nice staff!

Our bathroom in room 120 smelled like dead animal in the walls. I had to go to the store and buy an air freshener. The shades on the windows were broken and filthy. There was no way to keep them open and one of them didn’t close properly so a light in parking lot was shining in my face all night. The floor was moist and gross. Wall paper was peeling off the wall next to the toilet. Not enough light in the room since we were unable to open the shades.

Hallways smelled bad and clearly not deep cleaned for awhile, room was not as clean as most Hampton’s, towels were substandard, coffeemaker in room was placed above my head (seriously). The sheets were good as was the bed but the pillows need replacing. Safe and quiet location. Not worth the price of money or driving back and forth from Montezuma for 3 days.

The staff was super from check in to check out. I was immediately moved to another room after my experience. My room had an infestation of bugs on the bed, in the pillows, crawling around the wall and ceiling. This hotel needs full renovation. Also there was rust and mold in the bathroom and the shower floor was yucky. I was very disappointed, especially since this is a Hilton property.

I have preferred Hampton Inn for over fifteen years of business and personal travel because I could count on the consistent quality. I am totally shocked at the condition of this hotel. The furniture in the room is filthy, the bed no where near the normal Hampton inn. The toilet was not fastened to the floor, the tub faucet loose from the wall.

The room had a funny odor, like dirty carpet smell, shower wasn’t clean, soap scum residue in shower and found pieces of hair in shower, hair on carpet, bed was a full size not a queen and was very uncomfortable, chair in room was outdated and dirty, floor in bathroom was dirty, I use to be a housekeeper and you can tell the room wasn’t inspected by a supervisor after cleaning. Potential is there.

The hotel was very outdated and dirty. It smelled really bad just walking down the hallways. The wifi was so slow that you couldn't use it to send any wok files or stream anything with having to pay for enhanced wifi. Will never stay again.

The check in process was simple we arrived early and they checked us in right away, that is where the descent experience ended. The room was very underwhelming, i upgraded to king suite for the use of the jacuzzi tub for my wife. The tub was in bad shape they did repairs to the tiling around the tub but, the repairs were very visible chaulking and tile separation were in plain view as soon as you walked in. The bathroom had mold and mildew on the cieling as well and in the shower around the safely bar, the carpet was ild and over cleaned because you could smell the wet carpet odor as soon as you walked in. The whole experience was just not good, i booked this room because my wife and I have stayed at Hampton and other Hilton hotels numerous times and i have become accustom to their accommodations but, this hotel in Americus was just not in par with Hiltons reputation. I tried contacting Hilton but because i used a thrid party to book the trip I have no recourse with them. I alos took videos to actually back up what i am saying.

The check-in was wonderful. Shanda was very pleasant,. professional and accommodating the entire stay. She welcomed us to the Hampton Inn, as soon as we arrived. My only concern was (housekeeping). We left early Saturday morning and the staff member that prepares the breakfast documented my request for housekeeping and clean towels. When we arrived to our room 12 hours later, no only was the room not clean (trash left in the trash cans) and we did not receive any clean towels. Shanda was kind enough to provide us with clean towels and plastic bags to discard of the dirty towels and any trash. Overall, I cannot express my appreciation enough for Shanda, as well as, the staff member who prepared the breakfast they were both very friendly and pleasant.

The room was clean and was sufficiently large. Bathroom was above average. Check-in clerk was friendly and efficient. It is convenient to a number of restaurants. However there was trash in the parking lot. The other tenants were also noisy, making sleep difficult. I would still recommend this hotel.

I liked the friendliness of the staff. They were very attentive and engaging. However the room was not up to the usual expectations and standards I have come to know and trust with the Hilton name. The beds looked slept in, the bed skirts were horrible wrinkled and only half way put on. The breakfast was the most lacking of food, no milk for the cereal, no cream cheese for the bengals, no cups for the juice, no muffins or pastries, and the waffle syrup was labeled sugar free however I was told it was regular syrup as I watch it get refilled with regular syrup for me that was appalling due to the fact that I am a severe insulin dependent diabetic.There were 4 egg turnovers with bell peppers in them and two round sausages and grits. There were 3 bengals 3 English muffins and some bread for toast.There were hot waffles but only 1 Waffles Iron so with no other food offered the line for the waffle Iron was over 10 minutes long. To me being from the food industry that is poor food management and unacceptable. Went the Hilton has a reputation of well put together rooms and Hot Fresh Breakfast.

Property relies on name and offers a budget motel at a premium price. Almost unbelievable for a Hampton Inn. Shop worn furniture in the lobby, room carpet heavily soiled, no Kleenex tissue in the bathroom, used soap left over from prior guest, room shades were improvised vinyl sheets, and no coffee (or tea) with the breakfast as the sign said the coffee maker was broken.

Property was under construction and completely booked. Staff in the evening was friendly and kept the place looking nice, the morning team was lazy, sitting around looking at their phones while the garbage can was piling over. Not a good breakfast experience.

The kitchen director was very friendly, and on top of keeping food stocked and area clean. A couple of crawlies, but what do you expect in lmost 100 degree heat? They're looking for the cool, too. Good room location ! Overallll a great stay. Heat advisory our so they offered water at departure.

First time staying in Americus. Was greeted cordially and check in was quick. Room was clean, breakfast was good, and although I'm not a Peleton user, there was a bike in the Fitness Center. Will stay here again.

This Hampton is very dated, and needs serious remodeling. Staff was good, however they knew a person wasn't a guest but ate multiple plates of breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel, plus constant weed smell from the Econo next door.

Desk clerk was very friendly and easy to talk with. She checked in with me on 2nd day of stay to make sure everything was okay and also asked if I needed anything, and if I did just ask.

Breakfast was just ok. Not much variety. Room was ok as far as cleanliness. Bathroom tub was poor. It was so slick I could not bathe. And the bottom was rusty and had some kind of dirty glue residue? Did not use pool. The staff attendant was very helpful Saturday night when I checked in. The room did not have an item I had specifically called and asked for but when we arrived no such item. He upgraded to a room with item.
