Another concern involved the hotel’s parking policy. I understand that guests may be required to pay for parking; however, I paid more than $60 for two days while another apparent hotel guest was allowed to park outside the designated paid parking area at no charge. When I asked the front desk about the Cadillac CTS-V parked there, I was told that it belonged to an employee. However, I personally observed a group of individuals check out of the hotel and then enter that vehicle. This left me feeling that the parking policy was not being applied consistently or fairly. I strongly encourage the property to review this incident and ensure that the same parking rules apply to every guest. Being required to pay more than $60 while another guest appeared to receive free parking was extremely disappointing and unfair. Having worked in customer service and management for decades, the more I reflect on this experience, the more deeply troubling it becomes. I am formally requesting that this complaint be escalated to an area manager or another appropriate senior leader who can properly investigate these concerns and ensure that the Hyatt name continues to represent professionalism, fairness, and quality service. Without accountability and consistent standards, the integrity of the Hyatt brand is at risk.

La habitación no tenía el blackout completo en la ventana (solo estaba la mitad que tapaba una parte de la ventana), se informó en la recepción este destalle y aunque nos dijeron que lo iban a arreglar estuvimos tres días y nunca lo arreglaron.

Okay, for context, we stayed at Hyatt Place in Nashville and that was very good. We booked ‘this’ Hyatt for a concert in Atlanta. The staff were very nice indeed. Did not care for the girl when we checked out though - she could definitely do with some training (this was Friday 28 August) AM shift. Parking is tight - you drive ‘through’ a gate (it’s at the back of their property). I’m glad we were in our car and not the truck. Breakfast is very much ‘ish’ - I would probably give that a 1-2 on the hot food items. Mind you, the fruit and other items ‘did’ look good. Coffee was poor. This hotel is ‘very’ dated. I couldn’t believe how dated. The vanity area is ‘open’ to the bedroom and carpeted - so I don’t care for that one bit. The bathroom was TINY - I am a petite female and I felt like I was in an airplane toilet. We did not use the shower because we did not care for how dated/old it was. Now, the plus sides were - the bed was very comfortable, so that was good. Pillows (small & reasonably firm) were decent. The room itself was spacious enough with separation (not by a wall - just partition if you will) between bed and sitting area. Had a fridge / microwave and save and good size TV for watching in bed. Plus a desk area. Zero complaints on the size. It was literally how dated it was. I’ve not been in many (if any) properties as dated as this. Clearly the reception area downstairs has been modernized but not the rooms themselves. Reception was small but bright & cheerful. 3/5*

Staff was welcoming, pay for parking was tight ( expected for the location). Bathroom was tiny ( rv size), but adequate. Great location for nearby attractions. Faucet kept running in the bathroom sink. Good for 1 or 2 night stay .
