We were very disappointed with our recent stay. We had booked a Premium Room with a King Bed for 28–29 October 2026, but on arrival we were allocated an accessible room instead of the room we had specifically booked. Having just arrived after a long-haul flight and only staying for one night, we were far too exhausted to go through the hassle of asking to move rooms, so unfortunately we had to make do with what we were given. The room itself was dark and rather dingy, and certainly didn’t resemble the photos or standard of the room we had booked. The bathroom felt quite dated, with an accessible bath and built-in seat. The mirror was positioned too low for comfortable use, and the wardrobe was also very low, making it awkward to hang clothes without having to bend down. Overall, the room was not what we had expected or paid for, and it made for a disappointing experience. We did raise our concerns with reception at checkout. What makes this particularly disappointing is that we had already booked another stay at the hotel from 7–9 November for my husband’s birthday. We are really hoping that this time we will be allocated the Premium King Room we originally booked and that our experience will be much more positive. We look forward to giving the hotel another chance, but would certainly hope that guests receive the room category they have actually reserved.

Tv was pretty much useless unfortunately unless you brought your own HDMI cables. Not a smart tv, so no apps, no screen mirroring, etc. No private parking unless you pay for valet.

The entire experience was amazing the only issue I had was the tv wasn’t working in my room due to internet other than that the hotel was amazing and the staff was courteous and friendly definitely will be there again. The front desk staff the valet the bartenders all are A1 if I could give 10 ⭐️I would
