In general, we’ve always liked the Inigo, and enjoy staying there. Two annoyances that you could easily fix… one, those doors at the rear entrance are constant confusion for your guests, please get them sorted or replaced. Two, the parking… $50/nite is a ‘gotcha’ to your customers, please charge a fair rate. And exiting the parking garage out the back as directed, makes it impossible for your guests to drive around to the back door entrance and load their their luggage (and passengers) as they load up to head home.

I really liked the charm, location, friendly and helpful staff, and quietness of the hotel. The staff were very quick to fix any minor issues. Food, drink and entertainment are all within walking distance as well. Only con: Parking. You have to walk from the parking garage to the entrance (which isn't far at all, but not super convenient either), which could be annoying if you have a ton of luggage.

It's perfectly located, interesting design/style, staff is pleasant and helpful. Rooms are well kept, but a bit cramped... especially the bathroom. Parking is convenient, but too expensive.

Everything was amazing, the staff, check-in, and comfort of the room everything. I only give a heads up the bathroom are small, like Cruise small, however the room is big and very comfortable, A/C worked very well, water press is perfect just a small bathroom, I was able to brush my teeth while sitting on a close toilet seat. They did make the shower a good size so that appreciated. Food was good, bar mixed drink just right and the staff is very friendly! Check in was fast and friendly decor was tasteful and on brand for the surroundings. Price was good for the type of hotel, we stay there because we were going to the fox theater and was an easy walk to it from the hotel Parking was convenient, though the drive up was around back so it is a minute to figure that out. Over all a very enjoyable stay and would stay again and recommend it to whomever l, just keep the n mind the bathroom size.

The staff and service were amazing. I highly recommend the margarita in the lobby bar. The bed was comfortable. The location in midtown is excellent. The bathroom is incredibly small. However, the shower was heavenly, which, for me, made up for the tiny bathroom. Parking is not intuitive. The parking deck is labled for the Georgian Terrace. This is a shared deck for both hotels. Get a ticket when you enter and the hotel charges $45 for unlimited in and out privileges.

We appreciated the friendly staff, including Gabriele and Cierra. Cierra helped us with a last minute hotel booking, which was a relief. The hotel is art deco. The rooms are comfortable with artsy touches. The lobby is fun to hang out in, and the gym is good. The hotel is located a short walk from good cafes, restaurants, the Fox Theater, and MARTA. Would stay here again for sure.

Pictures were deceiving on the website. Looked super nice and cute, once we got in, it was just OKAY at best. For 140$ a night I would expect the rooms to be more clean for that price. Could barely move in the bathroom since it was the size of a closet. Paint was chipping of the walls and the floors and tables had dust and dirt like it hasn’t been cleaned in a few days. Parking was atrocious. Street parking is a max of 4 hours and if you park behind the building in the parking garage, it’s 50$ a day or 30$ a night. So that means since we were only there for a night, it was a total of $170 to stay here. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Look somewhere else if you want a good experience if midtown.

It’s well located if you’re going to the Fox Theater. Other than that, the hotel feels a little tired. It was restored at some point, but it feels tired now. My mattress had a weird odor, the bathroom was smaller than ones in NYC hotels, and the decor was sad. It would be great if the hotel could put some warmer light bulbs in the table lamps. The ones in my room were bright white like a hospital. Eeek!

Our stay at the Hotel Indigo Midtown Atlanta was perfect. We were there to see a show at the Fox Theater. The theater is directly across the street from the hotel which makes it an ideal location. The staff was sooo friendly. Check-in was smooth and pleasant. The hotel is historic and is beautifully decorated. The rooms are clean and very unique. Yes the bathroom is tiny but very nice design for the space. I’ll be staying here again on my next trip to Atlanta.

Great hotel, an excellent location. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was clean, the bathroom had a mild odor but the staff provided me a discount and had the cleaning staff address the issue.

The hotel is good but has one big issue they cannot do anything about, the toilets are as big as a telephone booth. That being said they can do something about the following: 1. Shower drainage is so slow that you have to stand in still water while drying. 2. The soap dispensers must be filled. Day one the body wash was over. 3. The coffee maker has visible dust inside 4. Bought a coffee at their bar and the machine spat 1/3rd of a small cup. 5. It is still winter please provide some warmer blankets. Despite setting the thermostat to 72 it was still cold The staff is extremely courteous but that is not enough you need to pre-empt these small but irritating issues.

Stylish, hip boutique hotel right across from the historic Fox Theater, near lots of great places to eat. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Room was extremely clean and housekeeping staff were happy to refresh towels, sheets and coffee during my stay. The mattress was firm, just how I like it, and I slept like a log. I will definitely be back next time I visit Atlanta.

Th front desk staff were amazing and incredibly helpful with giving us food options and ideas on where to go! The lobby was beautiful and although I did not partake in the bar/food options; the area was always clean and readily available. Lobby has a small snack fridge with water and small snacks available as well. Try to ask for a room not next to the elevator; as that was my only “complaint” with noise but it also didn’t bother me as much as it might with others. No fridge/microwave in room; but room is quaint enough and nicely decorated. Bathroom is as small as a cruise ship bathroom but it does its job and incredibly clean. Th front desk staff were amazing and incredibly helpful with giving us food options and ideas on where to go! The lobby was beautiful and although I did not partake in the bar/food options; the area was always clean and readily available. Lobby has a small snack fridge with water and small snacks available as well. Try to ask for a room not next to the elevator; as that was my only “complaint” with noise but it also didn’t bother me as much as it might with others. No fridge/microwave in room; but room is quaint enough and nicely decorated. Bathroom is as small as a cruise ship bathroom but it does its job and incredibly clean. Great staff. Always welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Room with a view of the city was comfortable and adequate. Bathroom was small and tight but the water pressure was excellent. Proximity to the Fox theater and dining was great.

Micheal checked me in and even texted to make sure we were comfortable. The building is old but it’s clean. Upon check in her warned of the smaller bathroom.. when I saw it I laughed it’s comical small BUT clean and does what needs to be done. My complaint IT WAS NOISY. We were there for a cheer comp and went to bed at 8 due to early wake of at 4a. We were awoken by the next door snoring yes that walls are that thin and then around 11pm a party in the halls. If I didn’t need to wake up so early it wouldn’t be a issue

There was no WiFi the entire time we were at the hotel. Front desk was not helpful. The bathroom in our double bed room was the size of an airplane bathroom. Not an exaggeration. I will not stay with them in Atlanta again.

Hotel Indigo is an absolutely charming boutique hotel which is conveniently located in mid town Atlanta ( the Fox Theater is across the street & down the block). However, what makes this place special is the staff, between Taylor, Alex, Michael Katie, Sierra & Kayla, my wife & I felt cared for & right at home.There’s a genuine feeling of pleasing the guests & making their stay memorable. Good location in midtown, a comfotable room on the 10th floor. Friencly helpful front desk staff as well as breakfast staff. We gave this hote 5* review on our first stay at the beginning of our circular roadtrip, it was the last hotel before flying home and this time I'm giving it 4*, purely because they overcharged for breakfast for 2 which should have been included in the rate we paid. The front desk agreed and rectified but the administration of sending the refund to my bank was slow, i had to chase. So no complaint about the hotel and staff just the slowness of applying a refund.

I accidentally reserved the wrong date. Indigo said that they couldn’t refund directly and that I would need to talk to Expedia. When I contacted Expedia, they indicated that they would have to check with Indigo — at which point Indigo refused. I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and would have expected that that loyalty meant something. Note that I even stayed the night I intended fully expecting them to remedy my fat-finger mistake. But evidently loyalty means nothing to Indigo. I will not stay at any of their properties again even if it means paying more to go somewhere else.

Great property. The only issue is that I requested a 30 min late check out and I was met with a hard no. Unfortunately, my stay was as a result of a cancelled flight and didn't check in until after midnight. A slight compromise would have been really helpful.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's right across the famous Fox Theater and the Marta station is only a few minutes away by walking. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It turned out that the Fox Theater where we were to take in a show, was right across the street. As was El Vinedo Local, a very pleasant dining spoy. We also took in a show at the Shakespeare Taven, about four blocks down the street. And thenearest Marta stop was about two blocks away, making our return to the Airport very easy. Aside from the great location, the hotel was excellent in all the important ways, comfort, cleanliness, quiet, and nice city views.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Indigo Atlanta. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed. The room was great — clean, comfortable, and I loved that it had a coffee maker (which many hotels don’t have anymore!). The bathroom was a bit small but totally functional. The hotel offers parking, which is a big plus, and there are plenty of cafés and restaurants within walking distance. My only comment is that the restaurant menu felt a bit limited, but everything looked nice. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff is amazing, the food in the restaurant is good (although a smidge pricey), the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The room was cleaned every day, even on a day when we didn’t leave the room until 4 PM! There are some reviews that mention the small bathrooms, and that’s not an exaggeration. Our 2 night stay was lovely. Sierra at the front desk was wonderful!! So friendly and welcoming. Room service- took an hour for coffee to arrive and it was cold. The bathroom was TINY! But overall a lovely hotel with a cool backstage theater vibe. The bar had good cocktails and it is in a great location.

The staff and service were amazing. I highly recommend the margarita in the lobby bar. The bed was comfortable. The location in midtown is excellent. The bathroom is incredibly small. However, the shower was heavenly, which, for me, made up for the tiny bathroom. Parking is not intuitive. The parking deck is labled for the Georgian Terrace. This is a shared deck for both hotels. Get a ticket when you enter and the hotel charges $45 for unlimited in and out privileges.

Good location 6 min walk from MARTA north avenue (good link from domestic terminal). Breakfasts were superb & really fast service. All staff were helpful and friendly. Only point as many say is bathroom is tiny, but it was fine for our 2 nights, toiletries provided were a nice quality. We’re staying again on our return from our roadtrip hoping for similar review.

We loved our overnight stay at Hotel Indigo while traveling back home from a month in Europe. The staff was all so kind and helpful. It was a warm welcome back to the states and a little taste of home (we are originally from Atlanta)! There are a ton of restaurants within a short walk, or plenty of scooters and e-biked nearby that you can rent if you want to travel further afield—or of course plenty of taxis and uber available within a few minutes. They are very dog friendly and let us leave our luggage while we waited for a late flight.
