The house was perfect and catered to all of our age groups. It had some wear and tear but that made us more comfortable especially with little ones running around. We did everything from air hockey, karaoke to fishing and an evening fire. Great views of Lake Conroe from every room. Kitchen was well equipped just don’t forget to bring your coffee and salt and pepper. 😂 Thanks so much for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Excellent location! We stayed for a week! Well-decorated and well-stocked kitchen to accommodate large family. Throughly enjoyed two boat slips outside the backdoor. Plenty of space for everyone! Long dining room table and high chair enabled us to have meals together! Beautiful place! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in Walden and this lake house. The house is clean and well stocked. We especially enjoyed the game room. Beautiful views of the lake. We enjoyed access to the Walden yacht club and pool. We would return to this property.

This home was spacious and incredibly clean. There were three different areas to lounge indoors. The boat dock worked well for our friends to pick us up in their boat. The kitchen was large enough for multiple cooks in addition to space for other family members to hang out during meal prep. Having two refrigerators was great. There were also lots of shelves available in the pantry to stash our groceries and supplies. We had a great view of the lake through the abundance of windows. Our (adult) boys enjoyed the ping pong in the garage - which was air conditioned! Be sure to bring everything you need for cooking, including salt and pepper. You also need to bring cups if you want any that are "red solo cup" size. Overall, we had a wonderful weekend with our adult children and their partners.

Great house, locations, and space for large group. Something for everyone. Decor was fabulous. Bedding very comfortable. Everyone enjoyed and had a great time. We were there with large family group and there was plenty of space for everyone with lots to do. Take some extra paper towels, toilet paper, salt and pepper as some of those are not provided. We had an amazing stay at this lake house. Had everything we could possibly need and more. Kids absolutely loved the game room, fishing and swimming. The neighborhood pool was nice and easy to access. 10/10 would stay here again!!

The house was very nice and spacious. It has a unique floor plan which was perfect for our family. We were 10 adults and 2 children. The view is amazing, right on the water. The grandchildren and some parents enjoyed fishing off of the dock. We had access to the pool at Walden. It was a great family weekend & in close proximity to grocery stores and restaurants. Thank you Denise!

This beautifully decorated home, which is right on Lake Conroe, is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a fun-filled family weekend or longer. My family of seven met up for wedding we attended. The open floor plan offers plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, a large kitchen, and a great outdoor grill area. We had fun playing ping pong, air hockey, and karaoke in the garage. The beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed a 40 min walk to the yacht club. A playground is on the way which is perfect for kids of all ages, including us 50+ year olds. The owners clearly know how to make guests feel welcome! We will certainly stay again if we ever come back to the area.

Our family could not have been happier with this beautiful home directly on the lake. It was clean and comfortable. Before our arrival, Denise, the host was responsive to all my questions within an hour. There was plenty of room for for the 9 of us to spread out and the common areas were wonderful for us all to be together. We are saving this property and will definitely stay there again. It could not have been more wonderful. Thank you Denise!!

The house was easy to access and we had a fantastic stay. The house was super clean, (thank you for that!) furniture was very comfortable! The living room/dining room and kitchen area is so spacious. Having a dedicated bathroom for each bedroom was one of the main reason for us choosing this property. The host made the checkin & checkout process very easy. Thank you for not having a massive checkout list for us to do upon leaving.

This house was beautiful online, but it will take your breath away when you see it in person. I chose this house for my daughter and her bridesmaid's for her wedding weekend. The master was a perfect way for her to treat herself like a princess and to escape from everyone if she wanted. It was all for her! The house is Extremely spacious! They did a wonderful job at remodeling it. Although it was kinda like a maze, and you'll know exactly what I'm talking about if you rent it 😁 Not sure how long they plan on keeping with certain regulations at their home, but just beware that there are NO spices or anything you may need for zesting anything up, so you'll have to bring your own. Don't leave them behind as they will be thrown away not to spread anything to the next guest(s) that are behind you. I was told it was in the writeup, but don't recall seeing it in there. But none-the-less, it didnt affect our stay! My only real disappointment was that there wasn't any kind of hospitality for this rental. I've stayed at many rental houses and this is my first one that didn't have any sort of welcoming items for us. For the price of the house there should've been a little something. In total, we had as many as 15 staying there at any given night for the 4 nights we were there. Everyone loved the house, and we had a most wonderful Wedding Weekend adventure!

Check in and communication with agent was easy. Upon arrival there was a lot of wall scratches, chipped tile, broken granite, and just cosmetic issues that are not well maintained on regular maintenance. When you enter the front door there are stairs going down to the first floor and up to the second floor. Not suited for elderly or handicap. The view from the windows both upstairs and downstairs out to the lake was fantastic. Lots of seating and well stocked kitchen. The cable box for downstairs was located in the kitchenette, very hard to find. No instruction for tv operation.

We were in town for my son’s wedding in Montgomery and can’t say enough about how beautiful and accommodating this home was!!! The home was large enough to comfortably house our extended family!! The game room was a hit!!! We would love to return in warmer weather to be able to enjoy the outdoor activities and just enjoying being in the home more!!! Thanks so much for the hospitality!!!

Beautiful home, which is professionally decorated with High end appliances. The owners went above and beyond on provisions for the home … lots of pillows and blankets, and all the right touches. We would like to thank Denise and Ed for providing such a beautiful home for our family to come together and celebrate our nephew's wedding, From the very beginning, their communication was perfect. Upon arrival, the house exceeded our expectations - beautifully maintained, with clear and timely instructions for house entry and house rules. Every detail in the home was high end and thoughtfully designed, from comfortable, elegant furnishings to luxurious bedding and linens. Upon arrival, the house exceeded our expectations - beautifully maintained, with clear and timely instructions for house entry and house rules. Every detail in the home was high end and thoughtfully designed, from comfortable, elegant furnishings to luxurious bedding and linens. Although the house is spacious, it still felt incredibly cozy and welcoming We truly appreciated the care and attention that went into every aspect of our stay. Great house, locations, and space for large group. Something for everyone. Decor was fabulous. Bedding very comfortable. Everyone enjoyed and had a great time. We were there with large family group and there was plenty of space for everyone with lots to do. Take some extra paper towels, toilet paper, salt and pepper as some of those are not provided. Over all wonderful and would definitely recommend to others. Owner is very easy to communicate with.

We attended a family wedding and the location allowed us to visit relatives and friends with ease. The house was perfect for all 3 generations, with lots of space for everyone. And any questions were answered promptly by the manager. I would highly recommend this property to any large group.

The house was easy to access and we had a fantastic stay. The house was super clean, (thank you for that!) furniture was very comfortable! The living room/dining room and kitchen area is so spacious. Having a dedicated bathroom for each bedroom was one of the main reason for us choosing this property. The host made the checkin & checkout process very easy. Thank you for not having a massive checkout list for us to do upon leaving.

The house was very nice and spacious. It has a unique floor plan which was perfect for our family. We were 10 adults and 2 children. The view is amazing, right on the water. The grandchildren and some parents enjoyed fishing off of the dock. We had access to the pool at Walden. It was a great family weekend & in close proximity to grocery stores and restaurants. This beautifully decorated home, which is right on Lake Conroe, is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a fun-filled family weekend or longer. My family of seven met up for wedding we attended. The open floor plan offers plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, a large kitchen, and a great outdoor grill area. We had fun playing ping pong, air hockey, and karaoke in the garage. The beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed a 40 min walk to the yacht club. A playground is on the way which is perfect for kids of all ages, including us 50+ year olds. The owners clearly know how to make guests feel welcome! We will certainly stay again if we ever come back to the area.

I have stayed in several VRBO properties. This was one of the nicest properties ever!!!! So nice for the whole family. Location was great! 10 minutes from grocery, restaurants, brewery, boat rentals and much more! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

We highly recommend this house. The pictures do not do it justice. Well maintained and larger than the pictures show. 1) lots of stairs. Not good if someone has mobility issues. Stairs are required for all areas. 2) bottom floor: 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (bunk room, king, queen) all with private bathrooms. This floor is lake level. Has a kitchenette, living room with large couch, TV. 3) bottom floor: the garage is converted into the game room. Great for kids, and away from the TV area. 4) second level: primary bedroom, huge bathroom, huge closet. Large living room overlooking the lake, dining room, large kitchen, outside deck5) we took the kids to the community pool. We never figured out where to check in to get access cards, but some nice people let us in. Pool is about 2 miles away. We did not use the racquet club, but if you play tennis, it looked lovely. 6) remember to bring absolutely everything needed for the kitchen. No coffee filters, napkins, salt. We would be happy to stay again.
