This was not even a true stat. This hotel cancelled our reservation AT CHECKIN TIME. Despite receiving a text that morning asking if I wanted to check in early, despite agreeing and showing up at the designated early rime and being told my room was “not ready”, and despite the fact I had booked this room in advance, I called at 3pm to make sure the room was ready and was told they cancelled my reservation due to their overbooking. This left us without a place to stay during our ATL trip and caused us to miss some Braves activities due to having to scramble to find another room. The explanation as overbooking of the hotel seems inexcusable specially since I was standing in front of them at 1pm. They could have told me then or just maybe since I was early, made sure I got a room despite their internal problems. So a hotel that is advertised as close to the stadium might just not be the place to go if you are going to the stadium as they seem to make up their own rules and have no problem saying, gosh we’re sorry but too bad. They booked a room for us on the other side of town which was completely unhelpful. No compensation besides a refund of our money, no voucher, just a “ sorry you are disappointed”. Yes, that’s what they said. So stay here at your own risk.

This location was truly lovely. Clean and smelled great the moment you walked in. The whole place from lobby to rooms felt curated instead of your standard “hotel furniture”. The staff could not have been nicer and were always there to greet you. Just overall a nice stay and refreshing departure from some of the more stale and dirty feeling hotels around these days at this price point.
