Service here was extremely slow, I stood in line for about 30-45 minutes just to check in. Once in the room, there was trash everywhere & the bed had yet to be made. Keep in mind when we arrived it was around 9pm. There were no more king bed rooms available, but we were given a clean 2 Queen bed room. Another thing to note is there wasn’t a microwave in the rooms, so in order to heat your food you had to go downstairs to the front lobby.

Where do I start? This was a disgusting hotel!! There was mold all in the tub, the toilet seat was broken and it had a horrible smell. There was not even a pool but it was advertised that there was. Now for the breakfast, they had no milk for the cereal, and the only juice they had was orange juice to drink. The kitchen was dirty, smelled and was hot. They also tried to charge me another night under a different persons name with my debit card. They also have no manager on duty… or at least that’s what they said. So, I was given a number to reach the manager. It was chaos checking in and getting that other mess straightened out. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!

Stay was very good the only thing that sucks there is security for your vehicles in the parking lot. They have two big screen TVs for security downstairs and my vehicle's park right in front of the office window and my truck was broken into as well as eight or nine other vehicles in the front and in the back.

Our vehicle was broke into along with several others and the staff didn’t even let us know. We had to walk out there and find out on our own. They were very uncaring and not concerned.As far as breakfast goes, there is a waffle maker. There is juice and coffee and some apples. There was no hot breakfast. I was supposed to be credited back for having to leave because we were robbed and management hasn’t done so and it’s been over a week. The place is a joke.. don’t ever stay there!!!

To start, the hotel is an old 3-story building. The front of the hotel is trailer/truck parking location. The surrounding area of the hotel is more like industrial. The front entrance of the hotel is not presentable at all, but the surrounding areas seem safe. I noticed no pimps, prostitute, nor drug dealers hanging around in plain view. The staffs were courteous and professional. In the hotel, first floor across the reception desk is an ATM machine then about 15 feet is a Snack shop with frozen dinner, chips, noodles etc. On each floor is an Ice machine, a Microwave for the guests (no microwave in the room), a coin washing machine and dryer (a Laundry room). In my room, the carpet seemed clean and decent. There were Iron and iron board, a safe, a medium size fridge, a desk table with desk chair, a small closet to store your clothes and belongings, a 32 inch Fire tv with remote. No cable nor local TV stations were available. The tv does give you option to access your Netflix and Prime account. Moreover, there was a small coffee machine. The hotel did provide toiletries. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were firm. Breakfast was available upon request, which was hand-delivered in a small brown paper bag. It is consists of an apple, 2 small tangerine, a very small muffin, a couple small bags of baked cookie snacks. Upon entering the hotel and your room, you will experience a strong citrus smell. To get rid of the smell, just run the AC for at least 10 minutes.

The hotel room appears to be decorated decades ago, cleaned, but with a musty oder. The pool is green, weeds and vegetation everywhere with used towels everywhere and childrens toys everywhere too. Breakfast consisted of hard bagels, cereal with no milk or bowels. Refrigerator did not work, dark, dirty.. someone from corporate should visit and review this property as they may want to pull the registered Quality Inn name if some major improvements are not made.

I would like a refund. I found actual wet blood in my sheets and pee was all over the bathroom. I did not see until the morning. This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. I stay at roughly 5-8 hotels every year and this one is the lowest on the big list. Please help

Where do I start it was absolutely disgusting. We checked in late and got in our room but our kids to bed and went to sleep to be woke up at 5am getting bit by bed bugs got moved to a new room where there was dead roaches on the floor asked for a refund manager is no where to be found said he was in India but then was there the next day and supposedly left before our return. I was promised a refund on Monday and today is Tuesday with no refund and no contact from anyone. I have called 40x and left messages with little response from the manager or whoever it is. The amount of bits my kids and husband have are ridiculous. DONT STAY HERE.. the guy at the front desk took a video and send it to all his staff members. We also talk with a lady that stays at the property and she said she is all the time getting but and she has sores everywhere.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so awful I feel obligated to warn others. The room was filthy when I checked in—stains on the sheets, hair in the bathroom, and a musty smell that never went away. The air conditioning didn’t work. To top it off, the breakfast was stale bread and watery coffee. For the price, I expected at least basic cleanliness and courtesy, but this place failed on every level. Do yourself a favor and book literally anywhere else.

The room was dirty. There were mysterious substances on the coverlet and one pillowcase. The pillowcase looked like it had smeared mascara on it. There was a dirty washcloth folded up in the shower curtain and cup rings on the night stand. The bed was comfortable but it was hard to sleep knowing the filth around us.

The rooms were not good. The floors didn’t feel clean. One shower still had hair in it. The lock inside of one door was dirty with an unknown substance. One refrigerator did not work. The sinks had a tendency to clog up. The only things that worked properly were the lights, the AC, and the TV. Also the complementary breakfast we were promised had a time limit that no one told us about.

Overall everyone was friendly. But the check in time was actually 3. Was informed at site since it isn’t updated. The room was ok definitely not worth $100 due to electrical outlets outside the wall Tv was in and out Smoke detector beeped and the guy just came and took the battery out, and didn’t replace battery. Breakfast was just make your own waffle.

1st room, no air, 80 something degrees in the room! 2nd room an hour later when you didn't fix the air, had HUGEST bug I ever saw in my life crawling on the ceiling!! Before moving to second room... Got ice... Had a roach FROZEN in an ice cube!!! Unacceptable!!! Third room... Was tolerable but doesn't make up for my earlier experience!!! I'm exhausted. I came here to REST!!!!

Let me start with the good. First I will say the staff was wonderful. I will also say that if you’re a guy on a business trip flopping for one night the value is good. And the water pressure was great. Now the not so good. It seems to sit right at the edge off the safe side of town. They do have cameras all around so thats a bit of a plus. Id recommend arriving while it is still light out. Now the bad. It looks like it was last updated in 1989. I wouldn’t say it was excessively dirty but certainly not the cleanest. But everything looks dirty because everything is old and wore out. The only thing that looked decent was the carpet in my room. The carpet in the hall was another story. Large patches of bleach stains all over the carpets. And they are so old and faded, you could barely make out the pattern on the carpet. Overall I would give it 2 out of 5 stars. I would not take my kids or family there.

Checking in took longer than it should. There were 3 people in front of me and only one person checking people in. Reserved a room with two queen beds, given two doubles instead. Floor by one bed was sticky, there was a stain on one of the comforters. I was wanting to make coffee, they had the personal coffee pot, coffee but no cups. The bathroom is tiny and needs a deep clean. You have to walk in and go between the bathtub and toilet to shut the door. Hair on the walls and maybe mold in the shower. Beds were comfortable, so that is a positive. Walls are super thin. I could hear people talking in the hallways and they were not being loud. Breakfast was a joke. No one to refill anything. Only thing available was dry cereal without milk, juice was super watered down. They did have a waffle machine but the line was super long since that was the only thing left. I will have to say that I stayed on a busy weekend, but still, for $180 I expected way more. I had 3 kids and myself and we all were afraid to take our shoes off because the room floor was so dirty. When we tried the TV it didn't work. After playing with it, we got it on. The window blind was also messed up. If I wasn't so tired, I would have packed up and drive the rest of the way home. Very disappointed

I booked a king bed, accessible room due to my neuromuscular condition. When I checked in, I was given a double queen, regular room. I called down to the front desk to let them know, but they insisted my reservation was a double queen, regular room. I showed them my receipt from Expedia and he told me because I booked third party, there’s nothing he can do to change my room, even knowing my neuromuscular condition. I have this entire exchange on video with him saying his name. I had the most difficult time showering and moving around this room and I felt I basically was punished for booking third party. He says it’s Expedia’s fault and he gets people who have the wrong room booked from Expedia all the time.

Clerks customer was all around horrible he was slow to check in several ppl when I first walked in on Friday. He opened my door without knocking or announcing himself. When I was late checking out instead of letting me know he’d have to charge me he instead threatened to call the cops I’m not sure if this was because of race or not but I found this odd as I was never asked to leave prior to this interaction. Very unprofessional some of the worst service I’ve had in my life couldn’t pay me to stay at this inn again all because he works there and mind you, all this harassment happen while the hotel was empty it’s not booked or busy and I can see why do better quality inn

Almost needed to go looking for another hotel even that I had paid for two rooms in advance. They wanted me to share 1 room with my extended family members. I called earlier more than 10 times and they never picked up. We arrived late (around 10pm) and the people that arrived after me weren’t able to get a room. They sent them away.

Let me start with the good. First I will say the staff was wonderful. I will also say that if you’re a guy on a business trip flopping for one night the value is good. And the water pressure was great. Now the not so good. It seems to sit right at the edge off the safe side of town. They do have cameras all around so thats a bit of a plus. Id recommend arriving while it is still light out. Now the bad. It looks like it was last updated in 1989. I wouldn’t say it was excessively dirty but certainly not the cleanest. But everything looks dirty because everything is old and wore out. The only thing that looked decent was the carpet in my room. The carpet in the hall was another story. Large patches of bleach stains all over the carpets. And they are so old and faded, you could barely make out the pattern on the carpet. Overall I would give it 2 out of 5 stars. I would not take my kids or family there.

Stay was very good the only thing that sucks there is security for your vehicles in the parking lot. They have two big screen TVs for security downstairs and my vehicle's park right in front of the office window and my truck was broken into as well as eight or nine other vehicles in the front and in the back.

The front entrance of the hotel is not presentable at all, but the surrounding areas seem safe. I noticed no pimps, prostitute, nor drug dealers hanging around in plain view. In the hotel, first floor across the reception desk is an ATM machine then about 15 feet is a Snack shop with frozen dinner, chips, noodles etc. On each floor is an Ice machine, a Microwave for the guests (no microwave in the room), a coin washing machine and dryer (a Laundry room). In my room, the carpet seemed clean and decent. There were Iron and iron board, a safe, a medium size fridge, a desk table with desk chair, a small closet to store your clothes and belongings, a 32 inch Fire tv with remote. No cable nor local TV stations were available. The tv does give you option to access your Netflix and Prime account. Moreover, there was a small coffee machine. The hotel did provide toiletries. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were firm. Breakfast was available upon request, which was hand-delivered in a small brown paper bag. It is consists of an apple, 2 small tangerine, a very small muffin, a couple small bags of baked cookie snacks. Upon entering the hotel and your room, you will experience a strong citrus smell. To get rid of the smell, just run the AC for at least 10 minutes.

The breakfast bar only had cereal and no milk at 8:30. There was one bagel, one tiny brownie, some slices of white bread. My son got the last cup of waffle batter. No eggs or meat. Where do I start? This was a disgusting hotel!! There was mold all in the tub, the toilet seat was broken and it had a horrible smell. There was not even a pool but it was advertised that there was. Now for the breakfast, they had no milk for the cereal, and the only juice they had was orange juice to drink. The kitchen was dirty, smelled and was hot. They also tried to charge me another night under a different persons name with my debit card. They also have no manager on duty… or at least that’s what they said. So, I was given a number to reach the manager. It was chaos checking in and getting that other mess straightened out. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!

I have seen better Quality Inn hotels, the room was ok, but the breakfast was terrible, it should be 6 to 9am, when we went at 7:30 we barely found anything to eat, I complained to the front desk but never got any response but an apology that they cannot do anything about it.. just like that

They were shooting a movie and parking was scarce. The lobby was crowded with movie stuff often. The rooms were very musty. I had to move from the first room because of that. The second room was somewhat better, but tolerable. The breakfast was only available on weekends. The desk clerk was very nice and helpful. The property was very convenient to access from the main road.

This hotel took my Driver's License and never gave it back to me. I called them after I realized they still had it and they did NOTHING to send it back to me. I stayed there a week ago. I asked them could they mail it to me. They never responded. I ended up ordering a replacement and called the hotel to tell them to shred my Driver's license. The man on the phone said they would and they would take a picture of it and send it to me. THEY DID NO SUCH THING. This was a very unprofessional hotel and I am truly disappointed. If y'all do anything with my information I will be taking legal action.

It wasn't what we expected. It smelled funny and they asked for a $60 deposit that we would get back at end of our stay that they kept. They said we could give them cash or card so we did our card and the transaction was pending the whole stay of our trip but the day after we got home the transaction went through where they kept it instead of refunding it

The smell of mildew or mold was really pungent. The "Gym" had a treadmill and very limited weightlifting option. There were limited items for breakfast options. Eggs, cereal with no milk available and frozen biscuits. The pancake machine AND the waffle maker were both out of service which seems to be the norm based off the other reviews. We have booked this place multiple times before and had no issues. This is our final review and LAST time staying here. DO NOT BOOK! We had a $60 deposit and only $100. The clerk asked if he could keep the $100 because they did not have change. After we declined to allow him to keep the $100, he somehow found change for us afterwards. (1st red flag). We check in everything is fine and we go out and return for the night. Upon check out, the same staff member checks the room. He claims we left stains in the bed and we did not. when we asked to go look at the room, he claimed the housekeeping already started cleaning. We asked for proof and he obviously took pictures of a different room and kept our deposit. They scam people from out of town for deposits please me mindful when booking.
