Place was filthy and scent of weed everywhere. We were sent to an occupied room. Then when we came back to reception and was given another room, there was roaches crawling in the room. This place seemed very unsafe.

Front desk was locked. Waited for almost 20 minutes and not one soul. Called and no answer. Went around the area and all I saw was sketchy people. The building looked like it's under construction.

I’m not sure how much of the room got cleaned. When I walked barefoot my feet got very dirty. Something was left in the fridge. We could hear other guests outside & in the room next door. People were smoking outside including weed. Some people were wondering around the building.

There was no problem with the room but they only room available was on the 3rd floor. My husband and myself are both disabled. My husband only has one leg and I have mobility issues. The evaluator was out of order so that was greatly inconvenient to have to climb 3 levels of stairs and we had pets with us.

Worse place we’ve ever stayed. TV did not work. Window curtain not in place. Roaches and bugs everywhere. (Killed 6 roaches the morning we left.) commode seat loose. No hangers in closet. No smoke detector. Big crack around entry door. Bed was made with top sheet on top of blanket instead of on top of fitted sheet. Housekeeping issues need to be addressed. Certainly not worth the $250 nightly charge.

Check in was excellent but after entering the room, it went to terrible. If the Motel 6 corporate owns this property then they need to visit it. This property needs attention. Upon check in, my wife and I terminated 8 roaches and then requested another room. If I list all of the other problem we had it will take another page of typing. This was our first trip to Augusta and it was for the Masters tournament that I was lucky enough to win. I searched for a place to stay for 2 nights and the motel 6 was the only place available with in our budget. I understand that pricing is raised during this tournament but to charge $200 a night and then have the kind of accommodations that we had would be considered beyond the pale. I highly recommend that travelocity not recommend this motel on their web site. I will also try to contact Motel Six corporation and discuss this experience with them.

Th me toilet wasn’t flushed and the shower hadn’t been cleaned. There was a naked man on drugs in the room Nextdoor that kept screaming. Needless to say…. We did not stay there. Run. This place is like a long term brothel for section 8 housing, and completely unsafe.

Walked in the room and it smelt like Cat or dog piss! Dirty sheets! Floor dirty and sticky! Did not get the room i paid for. Paid for a kitchenette and didnt have one. Told receptionist and they said theres nothing she could do about it. Was charged a $50 pet deposit and walked in and it smelt like a kennel. Charged another $50 deposit for what i dont know. Worst motel room i ever walked in.

Front desk staff (Patrick) was amazing. Housekeeping staff very welcoming. However, the property and rooms were less than adequate. The smokey smell almost made us ill. We had to use a refrigerator as a table (everything else was nailed to the wall). No amenities in the bathroom except a very small bar of soap. No hair dryer. Beds were like futons. Some of the long term residents (not aware of this) were very nice, but loud at night. Though very convenient to our destination, definitely not worth the $200 per night. We left after first night of our anticipated two night stay.

This was, hands down, the most disgusting and disappointing motel experience we've ever had. The room was shabby, the furnishings were cheap and spartan, there was a small table but no chairs, the bed was an awful foam mattress with a hole in the middle, and they gave us only 2 small pillows for a king size bed. But the worst part was that, despite 3 times requesting that they clean the room, we were there for 5 nights and they never cleaned the room. The staff was surly, combative, and completely unhelpful. We were there for the Masters tournament, so we were out all day and only needed a place to sleep at night, but the experience was just awful.

The bed was firm and they really give you privacy if asked. The room had water nets and mild dew in the room. The shower always dripped in my husband had to fix the sink in the bathroom.

It took twenty five minutes to check me in There was only one person ahead of me to check in . Then I was told that even though I reserved a nonsmoking room, only smoking rooms were available. Then the check in clerk was unable to print up my receipt., so I unloaded me luggage to my room. When I returned to the window to pick up my receipt. there was a sign inthewindow saying closed so the clerk could pick up her takeout meal, sorry for the inconvenience. This is a three story HUGE building with not many cars in the parking lot. I do not understand withsomany empty rooms theycouldnotfind a non smokingroom for me. I will bestayingatthishotel again on June 10. I Hope I Don't Have To Go Through the same dog snd pony show again.

There was a communication issue between hotels.com and the actual hotel. The hotel had no rooms available when i booked and i couldn't contact either party about a refund for the issue. We had to leave and find another place to stay.

Horrible customer service. Had a reservation and showed up at 3:30 am after a long drive and am told that they overbooked and our room is unavailable and they couldn't do anything. Did not get any warning or email/call and no offer for a refund.

Reserved a room, got there and was told immediately there was no room. Now I have to convince Expedia to refund me the money, neat.

This was by far the worst hotel i have ever been. I arrived early for my check in time i was traveling for work so i check to see if maybe i could check in about hour and half early. The lady at the front desk told me no, which was not a problem the issue i had was she took my number down and said she would call as soon as she had my room ready. well i mever got a call so i went ip there agaonand when she gave me the key to my room which was a no smoking rooom i askee for . i went to check the room out and first off u better carry some pwpper apeay caise thwre is alot of ahady people who are around aelling deigs and evwrything. so i went to thw rrrom andtjay was the most nasty dorty place tje ameell wqs so bad the dreaser was broken tje table was missing thw chaora was there and ot was a smoking room. so i eent back to thw office and asked agon for a

Place was filthy and scent of weed everywhere. We were sent to an occupied room. Then when we came back to reception and was given another room, there was roaches crawling in the room. This place seemed very unsafe.

Front desk was locked. Waited for almost 20 minutes and not one soul. Called and no answer. Went around the area and all I saw was sketchy people. The building looked like it's under construction.

If you want cold water, roaches, security constantly being called for people fighting in other rooms go ahead and book your stay. Otherwise stay away and don’t ever stay here !!

I’m not sure how much of the room got cleaned. When I walked barefoot my feet got very dirty. Something was left in the fridge. We could hear other guests outside & in the room next door. People were smoking outside including weed. Some people were wondering around the building.

This was was disgusting. We first were given a dirty I cleaned room. The. Given a second that smelled of mold and fresh cigarette smoke. Th me toilet wasn’t flushed and the shower hadn’t been cleaned. There was a naked man on drugs in the room Nextdoor that kept screaming. Needless to say…. We did not stay there. Run. This place is like a long term brothel for section 8 housing, and completely unsafe.

Do not stay here! It was filthy and infested with cockroaches! There were no blankets or towels in the room. You could hear everything going on outside. Disgusted with the whole experience!

Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich. Man wollte mir 10€ für den Hund berechnen, obwohl der laut Hotel.com kostenfrei ist. Überall waren Hunde Verboten Schilder aufgestellt. Zum Glück konnten wir bei MC Donald auf den Rasrn ausweichen. Morgens 8:30 Uhr war der Kaffee bereits alle. Die Rezeption war oft geschlossen oder es war einfach niemand dort, um sich unserer Probleme anzunehmen. Wir hatten keinen Mülleimer im Zimmer, es gab nur ein Schulterzucken. Kakerlaken rannten die Wände hoch, Schimmel in der Dusche, Brandmelder ohne Batterie, der Toilettenpapierhalter fiel von der Wand. Dieses Motel 6 war das bisher schlechteste, wo wir geschlafen haben.

In my hurry to get a room, I accidentally got a smoking room! It didn't smell bad at all just when I got in bed the pillow smelled a little like smoke! That says something about how clean the room was! One the bad side is wanted a hot shower before going to bed, there wasn't any hot water! Overall it was a very good stay! Thank you!

We got there and no one was at the front desk we waited 2 hours after we call we were going to be there next day at 6 am and the door was lock and nobody there I call nobody pick up the phone finally call Expedia and they gave me another hotel

It's a motel 6 so don't expect anything great. Just somewhere cheap to shower, sleep and leave. The ladies at the front desk were great. Housekeeping was great. It really is the people who make the experience with it.
