La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cleveland - Airport North

The property and rooms were fairly clean. ( Dust in the bathroom corners) The rooms were spacious. We booked 2 suites at the same time and one they gave us was very spacious with a separate living area, table, and large bathroom. The other had a very small bathroom with the sink outside the bathroom but was still roomy with space enough for the king-size bed as well as fold out couch. The sofa bed did not come with sheets and it took two trips back down to the front desk to get some. When I requested blankets for the sofa beds as well, they said they were out of blankets. Thankfully, the kids made due with just a sheet.

My room wasn’t the cleanest. The hotel had an odor to it that encompasses you the second you walk thru the doors. The hotel itself wasn’t clean. You’re getting what you pay for with this hotel. The staff was decent. And security was talking outside loud enough u could hear them at 2am. And the lighting from outside came thru the curtains.

There was blood on the bedsheets. And the room just was not clean. They moved me to another room and that room had ants carrying food across the floor so I left

Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and plenty of parking. I was charged twice but it was taken care of as soon as I brought it to their attention. So just keep an eye on that.

I was in town because I had someone in the ICU at Cleveland Clinic. They were booked out for one day so I originally only booked 2 days. They found out about my situation and made room for me on their booked day and gave me a discount rate so I could afford to stay longer. They are an amazing team
