The front desk personnel was extremely friendly, helpful and professional!!! My room was ok, but it was not cleaned thoroughly. There was hair in the tub/shower and mold around the tub. And please dust over of the headboard. Lastly, the hotel exterior has not been kept up properly, especially by the pool area. But the bed was super comfortable and breakfast was good. I would stay again for a short-term stay and hope to see some upgrades and necessary repair.

The manager on duty (unfortunately cant remember her name) and Shackera went above and beyond to take care of my reservation. The only thing I would say is there needs to be some more upgrades to the room i was in. The bathroom door drags and the bed..mattress is sank into the middle. But all in all I would stay again

One overnight at this hotel near the airport. Selected it due to the location and presence of the hotel shuttle. Appreciated: 1) breakfast during the week goes till 9:30, very nice since that most hotels only go to 9, 2) decorative waterfall and fireplace in the lobby, 3) room had the basics, everything I needed, 3) parking in front was available even though the hotel appeared to be full. Staff were very nice, especially April. Considerations for future stays: 1) the hotel is good for an overnight but you can tell the age despite the paint and update. Lobby and main floor halls felt oddly dark, 2) area isn't walkable, 3) plan to get your meals (other than breakfast) and snacks elsewhere as there's nothing immediately nearby.

We had a short stay here with a friend while exploring Atlanta, and overall it was a great experience for the price! The hotel is conveniently located right next to the airport, which made getting around easy. The room was clean, the sheets were fresh, and the staff were friendly. We were initially given the wrong room, but the staff quickly fixed the mistake and got us situated. The continental breakfast was decent and gave us a good start to our busy days exploring the city. Great value for the price, and I’d definitely stay here again!

Llegue al hotel pasadas las 4:00 porque mi vuelo se atrasó y cuando llegue al hotel la reservación estaba cancelada porque no pudieron hacer el cobro en mi tarjeta porque estaba en pleno vuelo a las 3:00 pm entonces me dijeron que volviera a hacer la reservación en hoteles. Com, pero de tantos intentos que hicieron a la tarjeta el banco me la bloqueó y ya no me dejó pagarla, pero gracias a Dios había habitaciones y la pague en efectivo pero tuve que esperar una hora mas para que me volvieran a atender en la recepción. El cuarto estaba muy limpio pero estaba tan húmedo que el piso se sentía mojado y me resbalaba con las pantuflas, el baño también muy limpio y toallas muy limpias!!! Y un punto importante que deben saber las personas es que el transporte gratuito que tienen en el hotel y que es muy puntual, es que solo te recoge y te deja en el aeropuerto doméstico, ahí en ese aeropuerto hay que tomar un camioncito azul que te lleva al aeropuerto internacional, y viceversa, realmente es fácil,pero si te toma unos 30 minutos llegar al aeropuerto internacional.
