Their advertised photos are false, they are not photos of the actual property. The rooms were okay, they do include a mini fridge and microwave. Front desk seemed as if you interrupted their candy crush game and were not friendly. Breakfast items are very limited and expired. Cereal no milk, spoiled waffle mix and hard boiled eggs. No extra towels on site. Apparently a service delivers their towels, but only during the day. Regardless, we were never able to get access new clean even during the day. The gym was inoperable, belt on the treadmill was extremely loose and jerky. Pedals falling off the elliptical, weight bench peeling paint and the free weights were extremely rusted. Be prepared to see many scantily, clad dressed prostitutes in and outside of the hotel. Fishnet clothing with just a thong on.

The property is safe, has a lot of dining options, professional and friendly staff but no business center or a computer and printer to use for business reasons.

Checked in and my card would not work. I think I had to go to the front desk at least 4 times to get it fixed. My family and I took the elevator when we first got there and we noticed how loud it was and looked at the inspection on display and it expired in 2021. Not even two hours later there was an out of order sign on the elevator. The hallways had a smell, almost like dirty shoes. Went to the continental breakfast and the food was stale. We checked out early.

Friendly staff but no computer for airline check in

Besides the prostitution, drugs, non-existent continental breakfast, poor excuse for a gym and semi-dirty room, everything was decent. I’m from the hood so it didn’t bother me one bit, but you definitely get what you pay for.

At the advertisement stated that have a swimming pool. When I got to the hotel there not swimming pool.

We were unaware of their $50 room deposit rule and it took some time for the disinterested employee to explain the $50 increase on our bill. The room keycards didn’t work well causing us to repeatedly have front desk staff reauthorize our keys. The free breakfast had limited options and we were not allowed to take any breakfast items(including coffee)to our rooms. The breakfast items were not replenished once they ran out, so show up at 7AM if you expect to eat! Additionally, from our first day to our last we smelled marijuana in the hallways. We stayed 3 days, only because our money would not have been returned, and our room was not cleaned. The cleaning staff were nice but they only exchanged our used tows for clean one and asked if we required any supplies ( toilet tissue). I do not believe that the parking lot had adequate lighting. The rooms were clean, small and they had cable and WiFi

Smells moldy. Pool was filthy and unusable, which sucked for our summer visit. Our first room has bugs and hadn't been cleaned. The front desk was helpful and moved us to another room, and they were the only redeeming part of the trip. Oh and we got stuck on the elevator. Overall not a good time.

We got in very late, started putting our things in the room. Stopped immediately and saw blood on walls, blood on box spring and many more disturbing things. Tried to get someone to come and waited over an hour with no one ever coming. My husband and I fell asleep in two chairs that were in the room, while waiting, not touching the bed. We left early for our flight, but told the front desk again before leaving. This is unacceptable and disgusting. I have pictures with all that was happening in this room

I had to have my sheets and blanket replaced because there was food on them upon check-in it took 24 hours to get towels and there were roaches wound up checking out a day early

Mold and hair everywhere

Hotel was not in great shape physically- room had some cracked, pushed-in spots in walls. When we arrived, the air conditioning had not been pre-turned on, and it was 95° outside, so the room was stifling hot! We turned on the air conditioning unit, but in the middle of the night there was a storm and the power went out. Woke up cycling hot again. Power finally came on a few hours later, and had to go return on everything to cool down. Large roach like water bug came down the wall behind my bed in the morning, and I had a spider incident when I went to the bathroom overnight. Staff barely spoke to us, and it kind of felt like they didn’t care.

Rough neighborhood. Surprisingly well maintained property. Halls smelled of marijuana at night, but room clean and excellent bed. Breakfast decent and airport transport a great amenity. Overall a decent value.

The lady that checked us in was not a happy camper she was rude . The room needs work. The shower was dirty. The refrigerator wouldn’t open or close at times.

Room was dirty,

Stains everywhere. Blood on carpet, Bathroom door had 2 holes in it didn’t even know it was the bathroom until I opened it up. Light bulb was broken, tried seeing why light wasn’t working and whole bulb was crushed. Outside of building looks just as nasty.

Found a nasty hairball in the bathroom. The entire property was old, dingy and had a not pleasant smell. I referred to the place as the "Low Quality" inn and Suites

Our room was absolutely disgusting. Stains on the mattress and looked like blood, dirty, used bandaid near the bed and candy wrappers, dirty walls. The room we had was adjoining but not with people we knew and the guests were very loud and it sounded like they were in our room. Their alarm rang at 3:45am and it woke us up. We did not bother trying the continental breakfast so I can’t comment on that and there was no issues with the staff but how this hotel is rated best for their cleanliness is beyond me. The most disgusting room I’ve ever rented and for the price, would definitely not recommend, there’s more options, equal distance to the airport that I would rather spend more money on.

Near from the airport. Comfortable bed

The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. What I didn't like was that the ceiling had water damage and puffy cracks that appeared like water would come through any moment. After seeing some questionable men in the hallway and down in the lobby, I did not feel safe enough to leave the room except when I had to. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Maintenance came to my room to fix the remote for the television. He was very nice and even offered to change my room when I pointed out the cracked ceiling. Because I was only staying overnight, I didn't see the need.

The air conditioner was not working properly.

This place was such a disappointment. I reserved a "nonsmoking room". but received one with a heavy odor of cigarettes. They gave me another room on the second floor that was almost as bad. I wanted to cancel the reservation, get a refund and stay somewhere else.They refused to give me a refund. You either prepay or pay upon getting there so they already had my money. The elevator also had an odor of cigarettes, so I walked up and down the stairs every time. The television didn't work properly. I was getting snowy screens. so I asked that they send someone to fix it but the person at the front desk said she didn't have anyone to send up. Finally, 2 days later, during a heavy rain, I finally got it to where I was able to receive some channels. No major channels such as CBS, TMC, and others. The remote wasn't a proper remote and didn't have a "Guide" button so there was no way of knowing what was playing. The room was very dimly. It wasn't worth the aggravation. As for the internet, which was crucial to me, every time I signed on, I got a "weak signal" and I would get disconnected after 5-10 minutes at most. Then I had to sign in with the password again. The system wouldn't let you save the password. You just have to sign in as a guest every time. The "Continental Breakfast" available is a choice of cold sugary cereal, small bagels, small bagels, small hard boiled eggs, small muffins, waffles that you have to make yourself, and old, poor quality apples.

Comfortable bed

The first room i were in the toilet was broken, i had to go to the front desk to get a new room. The toilet are very low to the ground. That was a big no no for me.. i was only there for one night only, the wifi connection horrible

Ignore the bad reviews out there. This place was nice, service was friendly. It was quiet - we did NOT hear airport noise. Room was clean and everything worked just fine. We had a 2Q room on the second floor. Breakfast was more than continental, but muffins were stale and food was being cleared away by 8:55, which didn't work for my last minute breakfast.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Make sure to bring a cube for usb, since there aasnt anywhere to plug in usb cord. Turned tv up to drown out noise from next room and music outside.

Air conditioner is too noisy!

Walls are way to thin.

They wouldn’t allow me to check in. I called ahead and said my plane wasn’t arriving until 3am but they said it will be fine as long as I checked out on time. They didn’t allow me in my room.

It was a last minute reservation since we missed missed our connecting flight due to our flight being delayed. The front desk made sure to call us and let us know when the next shuttle would be at the airport to bring us to the hotel. They had us checked in before we arrived so we could go right up to our room and get some sleep before the next mornings early departure. So fast and very kind service.

I cannot express how awful this hotel is. I was traveling with my 13-year-old son, and when we arrived just after 3 AM, the staff refused to let us check in. They were rude, cold, and completely unwilling to help — they literally left us standing outside in the middle of the night with nowhere to go. As a parent, this was terrifying. The property itself is dangerous — hallways feel unsafe, facilities are in terrible shape, and there were prostitutes and shady people hanging around the parking lot. I did not feel safe bringing my child here at all. The area around the hotel is dirty, dark, and unsafe, and this is the last place you would want to be stranded late at night. This is not just bad service — this is inhumane treatment. No family should ever have to experience what we went through. If you care about your safety or your children’s safety, stay far, far away from this place.

Housekeeping was great! So friendly, so helpful. The same with the front desk staff. Any surprises during my visit were only good surprises.

It is a horrible experience for me. I arrived at the hotel after my travel delay early in the morning. Only for the hotel to tell me that it has passed their checked in time. I have to start looking for a place to lay my head that early morning. I am novice in the area, I drove to another hotel near-by and mistakenly entered the next parking lot to the hotel. I was thinking that it was linked to the hotel parking per GPS direction. I noticed a bunch of people smoking illicit drugs. They all looked at me as an intruder. I noticed it an quickly turn pan drove off.

It was ok but area seems unsafe. I took all of the things from my car up to my room just in case.

For the money - great hotel - the area is rough. Little to no food around you. Free shuttle service to airport is nice.

The property was ok for the price but the area it’s unsecure

The inside was very clean and the staff was nice! A little language barrier but very respectful! The room was clean but dated ie broken lamp shade and worn out furniture! The outside area was filled with cigarette butts and the area did not look safe. Recommend for a quick overnight stay to go to the airport or for a trucker, but not for a family stay!

The surroundings do not inspire a sense of security; specially at night. Burger King is conveniently close, and also a taco place and a McDonalds. The hotel is close to the airport

Even though the hotel seemed dated, the room was exceptionally clean and looked just like the picture posted on Expedia. It was the surrounding area that was a little disturbing - seemed to be homeless people and prostitutes close by. I would not walk around outside. Once I got to the hotel, I stayed in my room. I stayed here just for one night because it was cheap and had a free airport shuttle and I was catching a flight at Atlanta Hartsfield the next morning. There were several flight attendants at the hotel - so for me that was a good sign. I did not have breakfast there as I left to catch my flight. Even though you had planes flying right overhead, once in your room with the AC going, could not hear the planes or any noise from the other rooms.

The room was clean & comfortable. But if you're looking for a decent breakfast you'd be disappointed. Only a few pieces of cutlery out. The mini muffins were stale, there was no bread, just a few bagels, and only Trix yogurt. Not what we've experienced at other Quality Inns.

Check in was fast and easy. The airport shuttle ran about every 30 minutes. Breakfast was lacking, there wasn't much but it was more of a continental breakfast I guess.

It was close to everything it was ok the staff was nice breakfast was there at mornings pretty basic but fulfilling. The property was clean and didnt smell moldy. I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was poor very little choice

I didn’t like the fact that they say continental breakfast when there was seriously just a few bagels and muffins. I also wanted to ask for more shampoo since it was 4 of us and there was no number for us to call front desk.

Wasnt a major problem but the renovations going on preventing the breakfast not being served. It was the whole reason i chose this location because it was one of the few places that served breakfast as esrly as they normally do.

My room was clean and so neat. I love it. I didn't like the breakfast. Boiled eggs, waffles, muffins, buns, orange, apple, yogurt, and cereal. Those are the options.
