Very old hotel with outside walkways and entry like a Motel 6. My room was dingy and dated with worn-out carpet and fixtures. The highway noise was loud all night long. I had a better stay in the Red Roof next door on my last visit.

This is the saddest Hampton I have stayed in. Outside entrances to rooms which I’ve never seen at a Hampton. This is right on the insterstste so it was very loud which made it hard to sleep. The rooms were clean but this felt more like a Super 8 not a Hampton.

Horrible for a Hampton. Not even close to the quality that Hampton sells yet the price was even with a really good hotel. We didn’t sleep at all because of the freeway noise. The condition of the hotel was poor and we didn’t feel safe. The floor was sticky feeling and there was mold on the bathroom ceiling. This hotel was rated a 8.5 out of 10. Really? I think not

We are Hampton People...this particular location for over 15 years! BUT..8 pm checkin to a room that smelled on entering with a dehumidifier going..not a good sign! The carpet was all damp throughout! We were so tired couldn't try for another room! So disappointed! This location's rooms all need to be updated and gutted! The bedding is so nice but if the room is scummy who cares about the bedding on entering.

It is in an excellent spot near grocery stores and restaurants. Also a really cool shopping center across the street. The room as okay. Had a musty smell and needed to be renovated. Wasn't super clean either. Shower dripped, toilet barely flushed everything down.

It is unique to experience a bed that you roll to the center because of how old it is. I also noticed that the desk bowed to center. None of the amenities that I have been used to seeing at a Hampton were present at this location. Must do better.

I would never stay at this property again. The bed was the worst bed I’ve ever slept in …room 144 the springs were basically coming through the mattress. And the box spring was filthy and dirty (and you could physically see it, bc it wasn’t even covered properly) The couch looked like it was 30 years old. Unless you are looking for an uncomfortable stay, please say away from this property

Conveniently right off the highway, which could be heard from inside the room. Room seemed clean, with some visible staining on some towels and the comforter... still washed and clean though. Outside entry, which isn't my favorite, but I remembered that we stayed in a Disney resort that was outside entry and it was amazing... this room was less than amazing. I don't like leaving sub-5 star reviews, but maybe an owner will see this and be inspired to make improvements. The bathroom is where I really make some decisions on how to review, so here it is... not the worst I've seen, but ... close. There wasn't any visible mold on the bathtub or grunginess on the toilet or sink, which was fantastic! However, it looked like a quick and easy spray paint job was done on the ceiling to cover some up... instead of bleaching it and drying it out before painting. The air circulation in there was non-existent, so when condensation built up, the paint peeled away and dripped colorful water in the shower and rest of the bathroom... kinda icky. But, no apparent bugs, breakfast was excellent, and staff was nice, quick, and helpful! So, I'd say 3 stars.

The room was fine. The customer service was good. The breakfast was great. Our only complaint is the AC was loud and the toilet was low to the floor and the water level was too high in the basin. When you sat on the toilet your butt got wet or things hanging down got wet.

We were assigned a room, got the key went in, it was not cleaned. Back to the front desk. Got assigned another room. Went to pull out the pull out couch, no sheets for it. Back to front desk for sheets. My credit card got charged again, after paying for the room on May 30th (I have the receipt) they were going to look into it. Pool was great. Breakfast was great.

Very worn down hotel. Good location off the highway, Very professional, courteous staff This hotel is VERY OVERPRICED Beds were making noise when you toss and turn So super basic, very 1980's but priced well above what's it's worth. It was loud at first but quiet later Bathroom was way overdue for remodeling. Look at the photos I posted, judge it for yourself. Room was sprayed with air freshener a lot(don't know why) maybe to overcome other odors? Bathroom was either just cleaned (we checked in after 6pm) or used so much bleach! I don't regret staying here but I regret paying almost $200/night although we booked ahead of time.

Though the lovely treed photo in use has nothing to do with the actual hotel amid parking lots, the folks at the front desk were wonderful enough to make my stay trustworthy and comfortable. Though the lovely treed photo in use has nothing to do with the actual hotel amid parking lots, the folks at the front desk were wonderful enough to make my stay trustworthy and comfortable. The room was fine. The customer service was good. The breakfast was great. Our only complaint is the AC was loud and the toilet was low to the floor and the water level was too high in the basin. When you sat on the toilet your butt got wet or things hanging down got wet.

The hotel is older with the room access on the outside. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was descent for the price. We were on our way home and needed to rest for a while and didnt want to spend a lot of money. The bed and pillows were really small.

Very old hotel with outside walkways and entry like a Motel 6. My room was dingy and dated with worn-out carpet and fixtures. The highway noise was loud all night long. I had a better stay in the Red Roof next door on my last visit.

It is in an excellent spot near grocery stores and restaurants. Also a really cool shopping center across the street. The room as okay. Had a musty smell and needed to be renovated. Wasn't super clean either. Shower dripped, toilet barely flushed everything down.

We were assigned a room, got the key went in, it was not cleaned. Back to the front desk. Got assigned another room. Went to pull out the pull out couch, no sheets for it. Back to front desk for sheets. My credit card got charged again, after paying for the room on May 30th (I have the receipt) they were going to look into it. Pool was great. Breakfast was great.

Conveniently right off the highway, which could be heard from inside the room. Room seemed clean, with some visible staining on some towels and the comforter... still washed and clean though. Outside entry, which isn't my favorite, but I remembered that we stayed in a Disney resort that was outside entry and it was amazing... this room was less than amazing. I don't like leaving sub-5 star reviews, but maybe an owner will see this and be inspired to make improvements. The bathroom is where I really make some decisions on how to review, so here it is... not the worst I've seen, but ... close. There wasn't any visible mold on the bathtub or grunginess on the toilet or sink, which was fantastic! However, it looked like a quick and easy spray paint job was done on the ceiling to cover some up... instead of bleaching it and drying it out before painting. The air circulation in there was non-existent, so when condensation built up, the paint peeled away and dripped colorful water in the shower and rest of the bathroom... kinda icky. But, no apparent bugs, breakfast was excellent, and staff was nice, quick, and helpful! So, I'd say 3 stars.

This is the saddest Hampton I have stayed in. Outside entrances to rooms which I’ve never seen at a Hampton. This is right on the insterstste so it was very loud which made it hard to sleep. The rooms were clean but this felt more like a Super 8 not a Hampton.

Horrible for a Hampton. Not even close to the quality that Hampton sells yet the price was even with a really good hotel. We didn’t sleep at all because of the freeway noise. The condition of the hotel was poor and we didn’t feel safe. The floor was sticky feeling and there was mold on the bathroom ceiling. This hotel was rated a 8.5 out of 10. Really? I think not
