Villa Josephine with pool in Costa Paradiso

The views are everything you can imagine from the pictures, which we enjoyed very much. The house however is very dated and run down. The house had a moldy smell to it, the beds were the worst beds I've ere slept on and the house is HOT. The windows do not offer screens so it is impossible to keep the house cool at night without getting eaten by mosquitos. We had to ask for fans as the house did not have any. The first night was sleepless. We were dreading our next two nights, which did get a little better with the fans but not much as we couldn't open the windows. The house was dated and had several broken pieces of uncomfortable furniture. The area is very nice but I would not stay at this property again. It was a terrible experience.

Estremamente soddisfatto dalla prenotazione al check out. Tutto il personale è sempre stato molto attento, gentile, onesto e disponibile ad esaudire ogni richiesta in qualsiasi momento. In particolare la Signora Rina, la quale è stata molto molto disponibile durante il nostro soggiorno, rispondendo tempestivamente ad ogni richiesta e trovando sempre la giusta soluzione, molto competente ed esperta della zona. La villa corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione, anzi, la vista è ancora più mozzafiato rispetto alle immagini. La casa possedeva ogni cosa necessaria, i letti molto comodi, pulizia impeccabile. È stato veramente un piacere essere cliente di Sardinia Unlimited e la prossima vacanza sarà sicuramente con loro

Een werkelijk prachtige plek, hoog boven de zee. Fabelachtig uitzicht en elke dag de zonsondergang. De villa is heel mooi weggewerkt tussen de rotsen. Met een prachtig zwembad erbij, dat deel je met één andere woning maar in de praktijk is het gewoon een privé zwembad. Huis heeft voldoende ruimte en alles wat je nodig hebt. Gastvrouw Rina is zeer vriendelijk bij de checkin en goed via app te bereiken. Snelle reacties. We mochten zelfs de laatste dag paar uur later uitchecken, ook geregeld door Rina. Super! Een betere vakantie villa hebben wij nog niet gehad, een absolute aanrader!

Insgesamt hat es uns gut gefallen, leider ist das Anwesen schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Ein neuer Toaster könnte mal angeschafft werden, das wäre nur ein kleiner Aufwand, oder die Küche könnte erneuert werden. Schade, dass alles extra kostet, wir hatten uns etwas verfahren und mussten so die extra Gebühr für den Late- Check-in bezahlen. Hier gibt es keine Kulanz. Kontaktloser Check-in wäre wünschenswert, dann muss sich niemand beeilen oder auf jemanden warten. Auch das Internet kostet extra - solch eine Leistung sollte heutzutage inklusive sein. Wunderschöner Blick, aber für diesen Preis hätten wir uns eine komfortablere Ausstattung gewünscht.
