I didn't like the mood in the ceiling in the bathroom, all the spiders (found on in the bed), tub was not clean at all, toilet was backed up, everything was broken (drawers, racks in the closet, light in bathroom blinking), wasn't vacuumed, i asked for a wake up cal at 7 am the clerk said ok and put it in the system, they never did it, when approached them about it, they said they don't do wake up calls,pool was closed the entire time.

convenient location. Elevator was very noisy and unsafe.I would put the decibel rating on the noise level close to that of a dumpster being unloaded!At 3:00 AM!!!!! The staff suggested we use the steps because the elevated only worked occasionally!!!!! (The cleaning crew was very kind and helpfull)

This room was horrific. We had to go buy our own blankets and pillows to sleep on because the bedding was so disgusting. There was nicotine dripping off the walls. There was dirty toilet paper on the bathroom floor, pubic hair on the nightstand, the toilet was clogged, and it wreaked of cigarette smoke. We didn’t even take our luggage in or take our shoes off. I changed clothes in the car and we only slept in the room for 4 hours. We ended up leaving and going to another hotel for the rest of our trip. The only reason we didn’t leave sooner is because all the hotels in the area were completely full. The hotel staff told us we were “lucky” to have this room and they could have been charging us $1200 for it instead of the $300 we paid. The Health Department should shut this place down.

The room we were given was accessible from the parking lot not a problem. The problem was there were multiple cars in the parking lot with people hamging out in them. The car parked directly in front of our room door had knives visable in it. Get in the room it smelled like someone had just left smoking weed. The blankehad burn holes all in it the Tv stand/dresser looked like it hadn't been cleaned dirt all under the glass that sat on the dresser. Spider webs in the corners spider crawling on closet door. Mirror in the bathroom broke. Burn marks on toilet seat. Shower walls and soap holder dirty like they hadnt been cleaned.Vent in bathroom moldy and broke. All out dirty and and very unsafe.

This place needs to close and undergo a complete renovation. Front desk folks were nice, but seemed confused and were hard to understand. No receipt at checkout; located right next to major road—LOUD!; neighbors (long-term?) sitting outside of door talking loud until after 11pm; dead roach (HUGE!) outside of room upon arrival, live roach visiting dead roach (later), then live roach squished nearby (still there after I left); filthy tub; no hot water and low water pressure in sink; no drain stoppers; bad odor; leftover dirty washcloth in shower and many hairs in tub and wall; dirty shower curtain; furniture badly worn; closet door peeling apart; walls in need of repair; some hotel hangers in closet and some from dry cleaners; no room cleaning. Just repugnant and unsanitary!

Location of the hotel was great. I understand that this is an older building; however, the rooms should not reflect this, and they did. The room had lots of dust buddies and lint bugs. We had to go and purchase new linen because of the uncertainty and the uncleanliness of the room.

Had plenty of places to eat, close to interstate, only 30 minutes to cruise port. Room was very run down. Shower curtain was awful. Needs painted and cleaned really good. People running and talking loudly all night.

People talking loudly outside of the room at 2 in the morning. Breakfast consisted of bread, cold cereal, yogurt, bananas and pancakes no meat of any kind. only one of the doors to the closet would open. The sink looks like it was painted with regular paint and it had started peeling. You had to push/slam the bathroom door in order for it to close properly.

Bed was comfortable and table with 2 chairs is a very nice bonus.... otherwise, average in every way. Cig burn holes on bed sheets do not make good first impression, but my lower rating comes from dust and pub hairs in the bathroom floor corners, which show a lack of seriousness toward cleaning. Good for a stay with naughty girlfriend, but maybe not the whole family

You get what you pay for. Relative to cost, this is a good deal. In a few years this place will be too beat up for my liking, it’s not aging well. Cheap renovations don’t last, e.g. pairing the tub/shower. If you’re a Hilton/Marriott regular, don’t come here expecting that kind of quality for $60 a night, that’s silly.

First there was no remote to work television after finally getting a remote issues with cable service that I was told was getting repaired but cable never came on. The heater in room only blew out cool air no heat. No microwave in room. Front desk was called several times. But no one came back to room to take care of the issues.

reserved a non smoking room.. both beds had cigarette burns in linens.. pillow cases were dirty. ash on floor.. went and told front desk and theu said they would be upnin 10 min.. i was there 4 nights and still waiting when i checked out.. hoise keeping was nowhere to be seen.. 4 nights and not one bed change or room refresh!!! i paid ritz Carlton money and got a crack motel!!!

Kendal was very professional and accommodating to provide a quick check in. He went beyond and chased me down in the rain to let me know that I parked on the wrong side of the hotel as to where my room was located.

Rooms in bad need of overhaul - cheap and in bad shape furniture - cant believe this is called quality inn _~ it should be called bad quality inn It took over 30 min to check in at 11:30 pm We had two rooms The staff manage to give two times the same rooom! Some guests before us got a room that had guests in them they requested a full refund n left Other guests came to lobby to complain about clogged toilet and staff said she could not do anything about it and that in the morning the toilets were working …. Anyways in 30 min so many things can go wrong I bet they run a pretty bad hotel here Run the other way and don’t book a room here On first floor past midnight it was party time in one room and it was very loud and nothing was being done to keep them quiet I cant believe the amount I was charged for this Hotel - Obviously there s a big shortage of competent staff

It was terrible!!! First they gave us a room that had people in it already! Then when they gave new room. At 10pm we had people trying to come into our room!! The front desk had put another guest in our room!!! Front desk person was awful!! No care af all!! and unapologetic!!

The room we were provided was near a busy road and the traffic continued throughout the night. The room next to ours had a gentleman who periodically stepped out to smoke weed while we were there. At one point someone knocked on our door asking if “Smokey” was there. As I was there with my 13 year old son for a basketball tournament, I was both embarrassed and disappointed in my choice of places to stay.

Flea bag hotel. Rooms not up to standard. Stinks of smoke and lots of unsavory characters hanging around. We didn’t even stay even though rooms were already paid for. Don’t waste your money.

convenient location. Elevator was very noisy and unsafe.I would put the decibel rating on the noise level close to that of a dumpster being unloaded!At 3:00 AM!!!!! The staff suggested we use the steps because the elevated only worked occasionally!!!!! (The cleaning crew was very kind and helpfull)

The only thing I did like was it was convenient to everything you need. Other than that, the property is dirty outside and inside. We had 2 rooms with children in them. The smoke detectors were hanging or missing in each room, the tubs were so filthy we went buy cleaners and disinfectant spray before using them. One of the rooms looked like the pullow case had already been slept on. One room had a desk with no chair and the refrigerator was not in the place for the refrigerator and was not working but was still leaking water. Addicts do live here and hangout around the hotel as well. One night when coming in from church, there were police all arpund the hotel searching for someone. The next morning as we were packing up to leave, you could see a possible homeless addict trying to surveillance cars to get into them as people are packing to leave. The workers never came around to our rooms to see if we needed anything and we had to search for them to get towels and washcloths for a 3 night stay. Everything was just filthy about the place. I would not recommend to anyone, especially if traveling with children.

Very disappointed, we lasted ten minutes then left. The room was dirty, our shoes stuck to the bathroom floor. The tub had layer of dirt and looked like it hasn’t been scrubbed in months. The walls and doors were dirty. Non smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. And their kitchen is under renovation so they weren’t serving breakfast, which was included in the stay. Unfortunately I had prepaid so was unable to get a refund. We ended up at the Hampton Inn which was 1,000 times cleaner and better.

I enjoyed my stay. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Front desk was very welcoming and the few issues I had they resolved very quickly. I would surely stay here again. Breakfast is not that great. They were out of sugar and front desk said he was too busy to get more but breakfast area was very clean.

The hotel is very old and needs tp be upgraded. I would not take my wife or kids there. Breakfast consisted of milk, kid cereal, white bread and bananas -only. No protein meat products, or condements were available. Parking lot need to be cleaned daily. I stayed there beacuse I had to be close to another hotel that was hosting the conference I was attending.

The employees were very friendly. Did not like that the smoking rooms were next to the non-smoking and the smell got into the non-smoking rooms. Did not like that the stairs smelled really bad. Did not like that the tub was dirty. Liked that it had breakfast. Liked that the lobby was clean.

They offered a hot breakfast that was a misconception. They only gve you very small thin pancakes. The other foods were cereal and muffins. Where was the bacon or sausage?

The room was nothing like the pictures! It smelled so bad, Marijuana and wet dog smell! We had 2 beds, only had one pillow per bed, and the pillows were all stained up. The bedspread had burn holes all in it. The bed looked like it was quickly made without changing sheets! Tv wouldn't work, coffee pot was filthy, no cups or coffee to use anyway! Cigarette butts left on floor! To much to write about bathroom, but it was unclean and filthy! We didn't stay, we checked out as fast as we got in they're. We will never go back or recommend to anyone to stay there!

We did not end up staying here. We were told we’d get a refund from a third party and have yet to get it. The bed lamp was completely broken and hanging with wires exposed. The entire room was filthy. The tub had pubic hair in it.
