The hotel was really nice. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. My family all slept very comfortably. The treadmill machine was broken, which was disappointing because there was only one of them.

The property was overall run down. Front lobby doors were broken. Other entrances were propped open with rocks. The room was average, dirty floors. Bed was comfortable. Noisy guests. Would not recommend for travelers.

Everything was ok just the elevator kept going out so we had to take the stairs

Breakfast was not good. 4 cereals- 2 empty. Limited pastries to - toast/ bagel/honey bun/ small muffin. No yogurt- no fresh fruit. Eggs and potatoes/waffles were the hot choices. PET friendly- but no “grass” on property Anywhere

Good clean hotel with great staff and is quiet. The only issue was the elevator was having difficulties and the parking can get a little tight especially for work vehicles.

Very clean room, the whole property was well cared for. Only negative was the pool was out of service, but with the extreme weather that had just come through the area I fully understood why.

This hotel is convenient to where we wanted to be, it was clean and the evening staff was friendly and helpful. I do wish we had known it is very close to the interstate and the side that faces the building was considerably noisy. We also encountered issues with the elevator not working properly from the third floor and the automatic door that opened and closed to the lobby was inoperable and had a sign, handwritten and taped to it that said to “please Push door closed.” There only seemed to be two luggage carts and when it was time for checkout, there was none to be found so I had to make multiple trips from the third floor in order to get our luggage and other items to the car. The price was right and I suppose we did get what we paid for but the experience could’ve been better if the building was better maintained.

Staff was very nice. Elevator needs to be check last checked was 2021. Fire alarm did go out and staff did not come to the fourth floor

The gentleman at the front desk who assisted me with check-in was wonderful. Extremely pleasant while being professional and efficient. The hotel is easily accessible from the highway, and has multiple dining and coffee options nearby. The breakfast that was included was decent, and the property and rooms were nice. The one big detractor for me was the exterior door at our end of the hotel didn’t close all the way, which was a little concerning for safety. Other than that, I was happy with our stay, and would stay here again.

I got this room for my sister in law who needed to be near the hospital where her husband and my brother had just had open heart surgery. It was late at night and she had to get three room keys before getting the door opened to the room only to find bugs on the floor. She kindly declined the room and made arrangements at another hotel.

First impression: the overpowering smell of Marijuana in the lobby caused my head to hurt. I had to Google if Marijuana was legal in GA! Ridiculous. Secondly, I have never had a breakfast at a hotel that did not serve any kind of meat. No bacon, no sausage. No ice machine. And no seating other than the dining area.

The chemical smell from the old carpets mixed with bleach and chlorine overwhelming. They give this hotel a “solid “ rating. Loud - doors slamming all night and just a miserable experience

The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was very dirty. The floors were sticky. The sheets were not clean. I asked for clean sheets and informed the staff how the beds were dirty. She apologized and gave me clean linens. The hallway and room had an odor. It smelled like cigarettes and an overpowering air freshener. Convenient location, friendly staff, but over priced for the lack of cleanliness. I was disappointed and will not return.

Upon entering, the lobby looked very clean but had an extremely damp smell that followed us into the room. The room door, outside and inside, had smears and streaks of who knows what on it. The carpet inside the room needs a tremendous deep clean. The bathroom had so many hairs from the wall to the shower curtain. The shelf in the shower was broken and the caulking in some places was growing mold. Towels had stains. The breakfast bar wasn’t restocked and neither was the coffee bar. Overall we just needed a place to sleep as this was an emergency visit but I wouldn’t stay here again.

The stay was only salvaged by a nice young man named Parish. He was the kindest person we encountered in the state of Georgia. We arrived at 1am. We were tired and wanted to sleep. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling. It's fine we'll deal with it. They changed our room. That's cool- whatever. Our new room had bad water pressure in the sink-whatever right. We pulled back the sheets and WHOA! Some gross stuff on the sheets. Okay fine, we'll use the other bed in the room. This bed was worse. Grit and fleks of stuff from the bottom of feet and even some hot wings sauce on the sheets. I was disturbed by this. Ultimately I was so tired i asked for sheets and pillow cases and covered up the problems. The front desk employee was grossed out and face timed the owner in our room to show our concerns. Breakfast wasnt great but it was adequate. The hash browns/fries were like warmed up red robin fries that had been in my fridge for 2 days and the eggs were tasteless. The food sustained us basically. We were very good customers. We probably could have gotten this stay for wicked cheap, but all I asked for was the pet fee to be waved. They quickly agreed to do that. Maybe the housekeeping staff hate their jobs or just had a bad day, but there is no excuse for the beds to be discusting. Management needs to be better about checking rooms ate clean and for performing maintenance and upkeep. Keep Parish. He was the only redeeming factor in this stay.

You can tell this was once an old property that they renovated. Room was very clean. Bed not very comfortable but were only staying 1 night. The safety lock was broken off door. If my husband wasnt with me and my child i would of switched rooms. Otherwise, for a short stay it wasnt bad. I wouldn't stay longer than 2 days.

I wasn’t expecting this one night stay to be a Hilton or offer concierge services, but it definitely exceeded my expectations! We had a king suite room, which was very spacious and included a couch with tv, spacious bathroom with tub shower combo, and a king size bed with a second tv. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable I’ve ever been in (a bit more firm than I prefer) but it offered a good night sleep for one evening and felt clean and welcoming. The front desk agent was super friendly and welcoming, and while there were some small superficial things that could use attention (I.e. the headboard could use refinishing and the ceiling in the bathroom could use repainting), the hotel and room were very clean and satisfactory especially considering the rate. Hotel was close to many restaurants and activities as well. Very happy with our stay!

Room was very clean. Water pressure in shower was very very low, other than that everything was excellent. Very good rate for such a pristine hotel. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was very good.

The shower water was lukewarm at best and the breakfast was unappetizing. Sports channels were unavailable to top it all off. Staff was friendly and bed was comfortable, but overall not my favorite stay.

Very loud traffic and people

Very close to Interstate highway and lots of noise throughout the night. Need to improve breakfast options. Hotel should not allow parties in rooms that result in sleepless nights for other guests. Will not stay there again.

We stay here often -heading to & from Fl with our 2 dogs. Property is decently maintained -check in staff this time was not as friendly as usual but ok…but check out staff very friendly! There are good places to shop -eat & walk our dogs! But I’m starting to notice people hanging outside end of bldg smoking ??? -not always sure? We used to stay at extended stay of America -but during covid the place went way downhill -poor maintenance of property inside & out-unfriendly staff & lot of shady people hanging around. Notice it’s rating have gone from 8-9 to 6! So hope this doesn’t happen here. It’s a decently nice place to stay-with pets!

Across from a large Mall and easy access to entertainment, shopping, dining and the freeway. For a 'through' traveller, checks all the boxes.

The gal at the front desk was so funny and welcoming. My room was super lovely and the bed was so comfy. The hotel is located in an amazing area with a mall and tons of restaurants. Great place to stay!

We were there for a travel ball tournament. The location was great. The rooms were clean with no carpet. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a great place for the price.

I needed a pet friendly hotel, and Best Western fit the bill. The desk agent was super friendly and had dinner suggestions. The property itself had very little area for walking a dog, but a sidewalk allowed me to walk to a more grassy area. Plenty of places to eat in the area and it's close to a shopping mall, although I didn't have time to shop.

What I didn’t like was the breakfast. No microwave to heat biscuit for biscuits and gravy. The gravy was so so and it got cold quick putting it on cold biscuit. No bacon or sausage.

The BREAKFAST had a lot to be desired. Had eggs and tater tots but no meat. Brown sugar was rock hard. Coffee and Tea were on the other side of the lobby not very convenient for breakfast crowd. Only a couple slices of bread and a few bagels available.

We came down for the weekend for an event and the check in was very quick. The staff was nice all shifts. The breakfast was ok but they kept the area clean. I would definitely recommend this place.

This facility met most of the requirements that we have for a good stay at a modern hotel. A comfortable and clean room were especially appreciated. The location is great and it seems to be right in the middle of everything desirable in the immediate area. We felt the included breakfast was lacking and actually went out somewhere else for breakfast on the second night's stay. The bottom line is we would stay here again when we are in the area.

The room was decent and I had no problems there, but the hallway wreaked of weed! 2/3 of the staff were friendly. The 3rd person wasnt bad but he had a durag on halfway covering his eyes while talking to me. The environment aside was pleasent The breakfast was very limited! 3 cereals, eggs, muffins, oatmeal. The toppings for the oatmeal were stuck/ melted together and the bacon was gone before 9.

There were multiple dirty and stained towel in my room, and the breakfast was very lacking.
