The front desk staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was not terribly clean, and there were stains on the sheets, so if it weren't for the front desk clerk I probably would have taken away a star, but overall they were very accommodating, had a nice continental breakfast, and a nice pool which my children enjoyed using very much.

The check in was great. Jaime was really friendly.. Parking is limited because they allow big trucks to park there at night. I told them that they should not allow big trucks to park there because it takes up several parking spaces..

Some external renovations underway at the entrance. This did not interfere with our comings and goings. Very convenient to local restaurants and shopping. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. We’d stay here again.

Recommended & Ā Okay 👍 by me! Easy access from-to I85. Friendly staff, 68° room, and a nice Dog walking area. The pool was cool and sparkling clean. THE PRICE THOUGH TRAVELOCITY is truly the best rate.

Dirty room smelled like dog really bad. We moved rooms and it was dirty and needs a deep cleaning and smelled musty. Not sure how this hotel has such high reviews. The outside of the hotel looks nice but the rooms are not good.

We checked in and immediately checked-out because the rooms smelled like weed and dead skunk smell. I had my wife and kids with me and was not impressed. Really disgusted us and was so bad. I know we didn’t get refund coverage but would love a refund because it was not good.

The room was absolutely filthy (black hairs stuck on shower walls - obviously not cleaned daily) and the room smelled very bad - like some type of cover up odor. The hallway carpet smelled very sour, was old and needed to be changed. I expect more than this from LaQuinta - disappointed. It made me feel 'dirty' the whole time which was NOT enjoyable and very uncomfortable. I would NOT recommend this property.

I brought my granddaughters to stay here for a concert and the location was perfect. The beds were very comfortable and clear of bed bugs. (I always check) The hotel could use some paint as there’s some paint peeling on the ceiling and walls. Overall, we had a great experience.

Everyone was very nice. The night clerk was friendly and checked us in quickly. We were on the backside of the hotel which sits by a tree line. It was very quiet. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were small and not as soft as the mattress. The bathroom and shower were very clean. They even provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. The free breakfast had limited choices, but it was all hot and plentiful. I will definitely be staying here on my next trip through Ga.

The hotel is very nice and clean and the first night was excellent however the second night at 315 am I was awoken by the night clerk yelling at someone on the phone she was obviously arguing with somebody she knew in regards to loaning her car. She was so lowed she woke dogs in other rooms and got them barking. I checked out at 5:30 am and she was still on the phone yelling

Overall I liked it and would stay again. The only problems I had was the first shift girl was rude for no reason so if I stayed again I would check in on another shift besides hers and the floor in the room had not been swept, it was long strands of hair all over the floor. The second shift front desk lady as well as the ladies that do breakfast and the housekeeping staff that I had contact with were all really nice.

Great hotel and staff. Clean and comfy. Staff was quick to respond to a disturbance call I had to make around 4am. Pretty severe fight, but they had it resolved in minutes. Not their fault, as it’s a very busy area off the Interstate so I’m sure they get all walks of life.

The breakfast is first rate! Pancakes, eggs, sausage, muffins and fruit and bread for toast, including raisin bread and coffee and juice! The staff is very friendly and helpful. There’s a little store with snacks, pain meds and ice cream and drinks. A common area with tvs if you want to spread out! The room is great with a refrigerator and coffee maker. Bonus that there are several restaurants nearby! I would definitely stay again!! Thank you so much for your service!

The rooms are clean and comfortable but the tub and bathroom had signs of rust. Also the shower curtain was stained. Most importantly, breakfast had pork as an option only. So many people for many different reasons do not eat pork, in 2025 most hotels know this and offer more options.

Hotel was graet .The breakfast was not...Would have been ok but the one person at the front desk was over the breakfast and just didn't want to cook anything else with people waiting....Breakfast ended at 10am and at 9:30 everything was out and atleast 10 people had to leave with nothing....

For the most part we enjoyed our brief stay at the hotel. The only complaint I had was we expected a full breakfast, but only got a continental one? Maybe because of the holidays? I would definitely stay again in the future!!

This hotel was absolutely amazing and the staff was friendly and made us feel like we were home. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty to go around.

Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The room was filthy. There was a musty smell as we walked in. It was cold and even though we turned the AC to off it stayed on from somewhere. The floor was so slippery and damp we placed towels in a path that led to the bathroom so we didnt slip. There was a candy wrapper on the frame of the bed which could be seen by anyone making the bed. There was a hair in the shower. The guy that checked us in was nice and knowledgeable. The lady that we called twice didn’t seem to know how to help us at all. In the middle of the night a noticeable red bar on the phone kept blinking and waking us up. She was unaware of why and said we had no messages. Finally, I unplugged the phone. I will NEVER stay in a LaQuinta again I will never stay in LaGrange again.

The young man that checked us in was great!! My only issue was ....we had an accessible room and the floor was extremely slick. Felt damp (the whole time) maybe from the extremely high humidity??

Don’t stay here. The room was dirty our bed had yellow stained sheets, the bathroom wall had patches of putty on drywall. It look like they had not even change the towels. Not greeted by the staff she was in her personal phone. Full of weird people outside on bikes smoking right in the entrance of lobby. Worst stay ever

It was in a good location right off the interstate, next to fast foods The rooms at first glance was clean but random hairs were found in the bathroom that I know was not ours since I’m asain The breakfast was so bad I had to go next door to eat
